We needed Johnsons' Heavy Duty towing at work. Our Grapple truck broke down at the landfill and needed to get it back to our City Fleet shop. It was late in the day, it was not an emergency. Johnson's worked with us to pick it up the following day. A dispatcher called me the night before to verify locations and scheduling for the next day. The next day another dispatcher reached out and told me when the driver will be available. Then driver (Kevin) called with an exact time of pickup. I met Kevin at the landfill with keys and we went over best routes to take, to make it the easiest on the driver. Kevin brought it back to our facility and placed it where we needed it with no problems. Our experience with Johnson's was great! The dispatchers communicated well with me and the driver was very good as well.

Brent Hauk was efficient and very helpful when my daughter was in a car accident and her car needed to be towed. He was friendly and very quick moving getting the car ready to be towed from the sidewalk. When my daughter was crying he said the most important thing was that she was alive. Cars can be replaced. Wait time was a little longer than I was told and a little longer than I had hoped for but not too bad, driver was great and super friendly. Tow was as expected with no issue and price was actually a little better than the last company I used for the exact same tow, over all great experience.

Dan of Johnson’s Wrecker Service was most professional with towing our motor home. He was extremely competent and meticulous, always caring for the wellbeing of our motor home. He not only had to desire the tow, but also disconnect the drive shaft - all in extremely humid Florida heat. He helped us problem solve along the way, and helped secure the coach in a temporary location where it awaits service. The company was the identified vendor for our Good Sam Roadside Assistance, and it worked out well. Kudos to Dan for a job well done.

Called at about 3:00 in the morning and they arrived in about 30 minutes two trucks two drivers one to assist the other with my commercial sweeper Kaboom did a great job loading and unloading at my shop and the dispatcher gave me a really good price if you've got commercial trucks these are the guys to go with
I have an older vehicle and recently started having some trouble with the charging system where I needed to be towed two different occasions. Very friendly from start to finish, I originally thought I needed a jump for my battery but he noticed immediately that it was very possibly a starter issue but still gave another attempt to jump my battery. When that didn't work I requested his towing service on the spot and he was very accommodating and his set-up skills were efficient and quick.
I explained, on the original call and to the driver, where the car was, multiple times. They still struggled to find it! The driver then questioned where he was bringing the car even though he had the address clearly displayed on his phone. Then when he got to our community he called to tell me that he was at the guard gate and the arms were down, even though our community has it clearly outlined how you are to gain entry. I did give the company an extra star cause they answered right away at 3am and the price they quoted me on the phone was the price they charged me so there's that.
Found this company online. Booked them because I needed long distance towing, from Orlando to Tampa. The team (especially Rick) communicated excellently and broke everything down for me price wise. And Jerry came and picked up my vehicle and safely delivered it. The payment process was very simple as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
