Arranged to come pick up for me and told me they were coming and would be there in a hour, waited all day. Next day comes and they call me and tell me again they are coming at 3pm (in 2 hours time) never showed again. The 3rd day I called a different company and they came and picked it up. They showed up and complained and was mad at me because I got tired of waiting. I was paid more by the other company anyways so worked out.
Called and within hour and half picked up my non-moving car and gave me agreed upon price. Very satisfied and happy customer. Would recommend to anyone looking to junk their unwanted vehicles.
Was told one price on the phone when they got there tried to lower the initial price. Once I said if he couldn't pay what was offered he could leave then agreed to the price discussed over the phone....I do not recommend
Paid me the most out of 5 other local company bids.. 45 min start to finish process. Truck out of my yard and cash in my hand!. Ill use them again on my next part out
I was very disappointed. I was told a price then when they got there they dropped the price $100 over things that didn't make sense. I was shocked but didn't want to go through calling another company.
I was quoted a price for my clunker by email. When I accepted I was told at what time the driver would be at my house. He was punctual, no-nonsense, but friendly. He asked if the amount he mentioned, was what I was quoted in the email was $$. I said yes, expecting the haggling to start. He just nodded his head and gave me the money. I filled out the paperwork, signed the title and we were done.
I still can't believe it.
The company that came out the day before tried to give me almost 30% less than the quote.
I called to see if they had parts for a motorcycle and the woman who picked up the phone said NO , BYE *click* that made me so mad . if you dont care about your job dont work there . just saying .
