The worst service I have ever had anywhere. I called ahead to make sure they had the part I needed and they did. I showed up and the guy was so rude. Of course usual protocol they check if you have anything on you to make sure you do not take off with something before and after which was fine. The person in front of me was asking him a few questions and for some reason the worker lost it. He starts screaming and says no one goes inside you must pay and started writing a sign up. Most junkyards do charge to go back and look around however I cleared that with him on the phone just prior to arriving. After finding the part I needed I asked him how much it would be. Mind you this is a tiny button I needed. He tells me $30. I just told him never mind because I can buy it at the dealership at that price. At this moment he proceeds to get angry with me. I then carried by belonging and left the place. On the bright side the closest junkyard beside them had the same part and charged me $5. Not every day is going to be your best day but as an employee and possible business owner there is no need to lash out on customers. I will never return to this place for anything and I advise many people to stay away from this place.
