These people are a complete rip off and give towing services a bad name. Horrible customer service, rude people who do NOT care. And they charge $250 administrative fee on top of every other charge. The $250 is not the cost of the tow. It’s just an extra charge they choose to add on. Don’t know how this is allowed but this kind of behavior should be illegal. Tow companies are notoriously bad but I’ve never seen anything like them. Also this was a regular car, nothing unusual.
I had a very bad experience with this towing company. We agreed in advance that they would load eight pallets, and the driver confirmed it before starting. Once he arrived, he loaded only six pallets and refused to load the remaining two. When I asked why, he changed his story multiple times, first blaming weight, then saying the pallet was broken, which was not true.
Even though they did less work than agreed, they still charged me the full rate. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or fair service.

First I just want to say WOW… this tow yard treats you with care and compassion. My car was towed here after an auto accident and when I called to get release info I spoke with Patty… who was INCREDIBLE… she was so kind and compassionate and helpful. She made me feel so at ease during an already stressful and difficult time. Second shout out goes to Kevin the tow yard guy. He was also very kind and generous with his time.. because as we got to my vehicle I started to break down a bit. He reassured me to take my time, helped me get my plates off my car, and helped me getting back into my car. Truly an AMAZING human he is. All I can say is I’ve never had a good experience with a tow yard before until this one. So again thank you so, so very much for treating me like a human and with the up most care and compassion.
The driver did amazing on keeping my car safe and keeping my calm! the dispatcher (miseal I think it was) who took all my info and gave me a great price was amazing!! You are guys are life savers!! Will be calling if we need anything and recommending you guys to our friends and family!
10/20/25 I’m sorry I didn’t catch the dispatch that night I spoke to on 10/19/25 and the driver names that pick my car up on the 20th they were very professional, knowledgeable and had a positive attitude when the driver pick up my car he made me feel very comfortable this company should have more drivers like him thanks for taking care of me I would recommend this company to anyone today is 11/04/2025 and this time again they pick my car up always the same thing very pleasant and professional Thanks I will use them always
The service at the location was good; no issues there. My only problem was that the deputy and the person who showed up at the site gave the wrong information. The deputy told me the service was not going to cost me anything, and the person who showed up to tow the car never told me they could take the car anywhere of my choosing. When I arrived at the place and asked the question, they said, "Yeah, you could have towed it anywhere, not necessarily to the lot." This could have saved me the hassle of driving to the place and just paying the fee to take it home. Now I have to pay the fee and a tow company to take it to my house. It smells like a side hustle on their part.

My car was stolen from my AirBnB and eventually ended up at Johnson's lot after police help. While nobody likes paying money to get their own property back, I appreciated the staff's patience and understanding as I was very flustered. After learning the details of my situation, more than one employee gave me advice regarding disconnecting the battery as the thieves still had my car key. Very courteous and professional staff.
Wow wow wow! Amazing service tonight. My vehicle ran out of gas and after we sourced gas and tried to start it up we realized the battery died. I intended to tow with johnson but the amazing gentleman was able to jump start it with his jumper. Only charged us half! That’s amazing service

I had a good experience. My airbag self deployed and Kaboom was nearby. I had to wait until police arrived before getting it towed. He was friendly and quick he talked me through the process and towed my car back where I requested it to be towed. Thank you.
Alex, Randy, and Zach were so helpful. Unfortunately got in my first accident but they did amazing from the start. Alex picked me up and made me feel super comfortable throughout all my emotions. Randy then helped me load up everything from my car in the super hot sun at that. Had my whole life in my car and with the craziness of the situation, I forgot something and had to go back again with Randy. They deserve more, especially in the pay department!!!! They made this bad situation as smooth and helpful as it could be . God bless these guys!!!
Normally a towing company will lie and say the driver will be there 10-15. They didn’t lie! The price was reasonable and the service was fast. I HIGHLY recommend calling them, especially after an accident. 10/10
They bent over backwards for me. I've never had a company treat me so good. They helped save me money and time and made sure I knew everything I needed to know and helped me with everything. Held my hand through it all. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! Customer service was SUPERB!! Very nice people!! The staff at Johnson’s Wrecking were extremely helpful and professional. I worked specifically with Chris and she answered each of my questions, both on site and over the phone, thoroughly and helpfully. Car accidents can be extremely stressful, but this company’s excellent service relieved some of that stress. I highly recommend them.
Super friendly staff and great customer service. Richelle has outstanding customer service and definitely goes above and beyond to help! Her follow-up skills are second to none! I needed to get a piece of equipment loaded onto a hotshot truck's trailer which was too low for our dock height. Matt arrived on site promptly to assist with his 75 ton rotator. Unfortunately, the hotshot driver was late. Matt ended up leaving and coming back two hours later once the hotshot driver finally arrived. Matt is down to earth, very professional, wasn't bothered about having to leave and comeback to complete the job. Outstanding service! I'll definitely be using Johnson's Wrecker Service again. Special thanks to Richelle, Matt, and Julio!
I would have given them a 0 if I could, they towed my car after an accident and the accident was not that effective they towed my car and when I came to get it back it did not look like it was before the top part was completely destroyed I called 911 for them but they said it was a civil law not a criminal law so I am taking it to court and sue them I have evidence I have before and after photos. Please try not to come here or you’ll experience the same thing I did.
I know it's unusual to write a positive review about a place that has taken your car, but I must say that the process of retrieving my car was much smoother compared to previous experiences.
Brody took me to my car a black mustang on 5/25/23 to retrieve items. He was courteous well spoking and very helpful. Nice to deal with friendly people for a change. Thanks again Mike
