My car was stolen from my AirBnB and eventually ended up at Johnson's lot after police help. While nobody likes paying money to get their own property back, I appreciated the staff's patience and understanding as I was very flustered. After learning the details of my situation, more than one employee gave me advice regarding disconnecting the battery as the thieves still had my car key. Very courteous and professional staff.
Wow wow wow! Amazing service tonight. My vehicle ran out of gas and after we sourced gas and tried to start it up we realized the battery died. I intended to tow with johnson but the amazing gentleman was able to jump start it with his jumper. Only charged us half! That’s amazing service

I had a good experience. My airbag self deployed and Kaboom was nearby. I had to wait until police arrived before getting it towed. He was friendly and quick he talked me through the process and towed my car back where I requested it to be towed. Thank you.
Alex, Randy, and Zach were so helpful. Unfortunately got in my first accident but they did amazing from the start. Alex picked me up and made me feel super comfortable throughout all my emotions. Randy then helped me load up everything from my car in the super hot sun at that. Had my whole life in my car and with the craziness of the situation, I forgot something and had to go back again with Randy. They deserve more, especially in the pay department!!!! They made this bad situation as smooth and helpful as it could be . God bless these guys!!!
Normally a towing company will lie and say the driver will be there 10-15. They didn’t lie! The price was reasonable and the service was fast. I HIGHLY recommend calling them, especially after an accident. 10/10

My son totaled my car in Orlando, towed it. Im in South Bradenton and had no way to get over there to pay the towing fee 235 and impound fee 240. They put a towing lien against my title and had to pay it before I could renew my tag on another car. I didn't have a good experience because they got you over a barrel. Oh yeah, they actioned off the wreaked car.
They bent over backwards for me. I've never had a company treat me so good. They helped save me money and time and made sure I knew everything I needed to know and helped me with everything. Held my hand through it all. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! Customer service was SUPERB!! Very nice people!! Great business and it wasn't about money to them, they treated me like I was a family member. Love yall
I can't speak for the towing side of the business, but if are thinking of calling them to move a conex.... from the 3 I witnessed them move , find someone else. You are paying for a tag team (2) of inexperienced employees who take forever to get the job done.
My bill was over $1200?? It took 3 hours from the time they arrived to get the conex on the trailer ready to transport. It took another 2 hrs to get it off ??? Other companies that have dropped/picked up here are in and out in 45 min.
Either aquire the proper equipment or stop trying to do a job you are ill equipped to perform.

Slid the Honda on , strapped it down , and off we went to the DMV.
Came back here unstrapped it slid it off .

I worked specifically with Chris and she answered each of my questions, both on site and over the phone, thoroughly and helpfully. Car accidents can be extremely stressful, but this company’s excellent service relieved some of that stress. I highly recommend them.
When my truck stopped running in a 7'2" parking garage, I called around and many people said they didn't have the right tools for the job. However, when I needed them most, Johnson's Wrecker Service was able to send out a specialized low clearance tow truck and get my truck to a mechanic. Alex did a fantastic job! Came out very quick on short notice and got my truck to the shop, even let me ride with them to the mechanic. 10/10, will recommend! Thank you Alex!
I was downtown near Lake Eola, when somebody stole my bike, they took it somewhere else, discarded it, and eventually this company towed the bike. As I was trying to explain this to the front desk lady named Shay, she called me a liar and told me that my story didn’t make sense and to get my story straight. Which I thought was super disrespectful especially due to the fact my bf and I have called multiple times since the bike got stolen to see if they towed it. They had not taken down any notes of either of us calling so I was trying to understand and find out the exact date that it got towed, where it got towed, and why.
I was trying ask these questions and asked Shay why we never got contacted. She instantly gave me an attitude…. Considering the fact they towed my motorcycle without being contacted, after the fact that we’ve called everyday for three weeks. I was trying to get Shay to understand yet, she kept talking over me and being rude. I don’t know where you people learn customer service but that ain’t it honey. She hung up on me so I called back cause I still did not have all the information that I needed for MY motorcycle. I called back and asked her why she would do that and what her problem was and if there was someone else I could talk to. She hung up on me again….. lol okay. So I called again and spoke to Jose. Who was actually very helpful. I’m not gonna lie after talking to that rude front desk lady I was on level ten talking to Jose. Which I do respectfully apologize to. He did help me with the information and got everything I needed from that man.
The questions I was asking were not that hard and she could’ve easily looked up the information on their system. I am actually dumbfounded with the customer service I received. Especially after knowing they either sold or destroyed the bike that got towed. We have literally been looking for this bike for months.

Do not use this company! They have had the FHP contract this year, but will not be getting it for 2025. The driver overcharged for his time, 30 minutes is included and I was charged for an additional 35 minutes even though there was an officer onsite with the vehicle who called in the tow. It took over 3 hours to get back to the lot that was an hour away from where the vehicle was picked up. When they brought my vehicle out from behind the gate their forklift dropped it (I have this on video and it happened more than one time) and caused damage to the rear end. I was told I need to speak with Eric as he is the one that handles these issues but he wasn’t in at the time. I have called to speak with him consistently for about 10 days and one of the ladies in the office is very rude. I have been told “he will get back to you” over and over. When he did call back after about a week of calling I wasn’t able to answer but called him back minutes later, left a voicemail, and haven’t heard back. This company is ridiculous, DO NOT USE!
Darryl Strickland was amazing. Three other tow companies didn’t have his skill to load my car. He saved the day and car was safely dropped at dealer.
Electronic transmission locked in park so he knew how to load it without car being in neutral.
Super friendly staff and great customer service. Richelle has outstanding customer service and definitely goes above and beyond to help! Her follow-up skills are second to none! I needed to get a piece of equipment loaded onto a hotshot truck's trailer which was too low for our dock height. Matt arrived on site promptly to assist with his 75 ton rotator. Unfortunately, the hotshot driver was late. Matt ended up leaving and coming back two hours later once the hotshot driver finally arrived. Matt is down to earth, very professional, wasn't bothered about having to leave and comeback to complete the job. Outstanding service! I'll definitely be using Johnson's Wrecker Service again. Special thanks to Richelle, Matt, and Julio!
I would have given them a 0 if I could, they towed my car after an accident and the accident was not that effective they towed my car and when I came to get it back it did not look like it was before the top part was completely destroyed I called 911 for them but they said it was a civil law not a criminal law so I am taking it to court and sue them I have evidence I have before and after photos. Please try not to come here or you’ll experience the same thing I did.
I know it's unusual to write a positive review about a place that has taken your car, but I must say that the process of retrieving my car was much smoother compared to previous experiences.
Brody took me to my car a black mustang on 5/25/23 to retrieve items. He was courteous well spoking and very helpful. Nice to deal with friendly people for a change.
