Last night my husband and I were driving from Miami to Orlando and our tire popped 50 minutes out from our destination . Zachary was literally heaven sent . It was freezing last night and he automatically put us in his tow truck and turned on the heater . Gave me a charger because my phone was dying and made great conversation the whole ride ! Zach thank you because I was about to cry on the road and you changed my mood right away! Highly recommended
I had an excellent experience with this tow truck company. Adam was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He acted swiftly to send the tag and followed up promptly to make sure everything was handled correctly. On top of that, he went above and beyond by helping me get rid of my car after it was totaled, which took a huge burden off my shoulders. My BMW broke had a flat tire and I called them, and a very nice gentleman called Marwan came in about 10 minutes later to help. He was getting patient even tho I changed the locations multiple times he still took me there 10/10
Had my BMW towed from Kissimmee to Orlando. They were extremely reasonably priced and professional when I went to go pick up the car.
I had one small issue. There was a missing piece on the bumper when I picked it up from the dealership and confirmed it was the tow company.
The owners were extremely honorable and immediately Zelle’d me the money. I would highly recommend this company as they are very honorable and do a great job.

Initially, I called a two truck because my car keys was unrecognizable to my car. I was told that I would need to go to the dealership to get the keys fixed. But, my friendly truck driver, Willie, realized that it was my car battery that was not working.
He charged my battery for me and influenced me to go to the nearest auto shop to get a new battery with my warranty which I did. I’m so happy for his advice and understanding to the situation. Make sure to ask for Willie if you’re in a pickle especially for the ladies!
AATR is a really good flat bed company. Maurice was the technician sent out this morning to help us with a large boat trailer. He was a great problem solver, courteous and got the job done with a pleasant attitude. The BEST!
Let me tell you a story about a manager named George!!!! He is useless and believes in robbing Peter to pay Paul... His driver I asked his driver to drop me and the car off at the next exit and I would have AAA meet me there to pick up my car. He didn't really say anything. When we got there he asked do you need anything else from your car. I said no but thought it was a weird question. The next thing I see is him driving off. So I ran after him screaming but never cought up. He was going to tow me home for $178 I really didn't have that much money.
So he never told me about the extra fees. So I called on Saturday and they said anything about the extra fees. So there lot is CLOSED and they charged me $125 a day. If the driver would have told me about the extra fees I would have borrowed money and took it home. So what could have been $178 was now $537. This company is a scam... Think twice before you use them!!!!!
My brand new 2025 car broke down for whatever reason and I was referred to this towing company by Geico. After a quick call with Geico, I waited no more than 20 minutes until Willie showed up. Willie provided me an exceptional service. He first tried to diagnose the problem before moving forward with the tow. He also worked with me despite my car having the parking brakes on and even helped transport the car into my garage. Willie is the absolute best.
Fast response time and good communication. Driver Victor Catala really helped me out by helping find the issue with my battery. Avoiding me having to go to mechanic.
My vehicle broke down at a stoplight at a busy intersection tonight. The tow truck driver who came was excellent. I didn’t catch his name, but I really wish I would have. He was both knowledgeable and caring, and instantly put me at ease in a very stressful situation. I highly recommend this company!

Awesome company. Geico used them to tow my disabled vehicle to my house. Dispatch reached out promptly and was very professional. Willie showed up and dropped off my vehicle. He was very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend them for your towing needs!
I would give them a negative 0 star if I could. I’ve waited over 5 hours for them to dropped off my car. Their customer service is awful!!! They kept hanging up on me and they demanded the full rate and never once apologized for their incompetencies and on top of everything else, they driver claimed he did not have any change and just took my hard earned money!!!!! He wouldn’t put the car in my driveway, instead he literally dumped it right near my mailbox.
GEICO utilized this company to pick up my disabled vehicle and deliver to the body shop. When booked, the shop called and texted to tell me that the driver would arrive in one hour. Willie came rollling up 58 minutes later and whisked my ride away. Top notch service and accurate with timing, which is huge. Thank you!

Manuel is literally a life savor. My insurance uses this towing company and Manuel came super fast in the same time they said it would take for him to arrive. He was extremely careful with my corvette making sure to not cause any damage which I appreciate greatly. He also managed to bring the car in a very tight spot where my shop is so he's legitimately the best tow truck driver I've seen. Thank you Manuel for helping me out.
