AATR is a really good flat bed company. Maurice was the technician sent out this morning to help us with a large boat trailer. He was a great problem solver, courteous and got the job done with a pleasant attitude. The BEST!
Let me tell you a story about a manager named George!!!! He is useless and believes in robbing Peter to pay Paul... His driver I asked his driver to drop me and the car off at the next exit and I would have AAA meet me there to pick up my car. He didn't really say anything. When we got there he asked do you need anything else from your car. I said no but thought it was a weird question. The next thing I see is him driving off. So I ran after him screaming but never cought up. He was going to tow me home for $178 I really didn't have that much money.
So he never told me about the extra fees. So I called on Saturday and they said anything about the extra fees. So there lot is CLOSED and they charged me $125 a day. If the driver would have told me about the extra fees I would have borrowed money and took it home. So what could have been $178 was now $537. This company is a scam... Think twice before you use them!!!!!
My brand new 2025 car broke down for whatever reason and I was referred to this towing company by Geico. After a quick call with Geico, I waited no more than 20 minutes until Willie showed up. Willie provided me an exceptional service. He first tried to diagnose the problem before moving forward with the tow. He also worked with me despite my car having the parking brakes on and even helped transport the car into my garage. Willie is the absolute best.
Fast response time and good communication. Driver Victor Catala really helped me out by helping find the issue with my battery. Avoiding me having to go to mechanic.
My vehicle broke down at a stoplight at a busy intersection tonight. The tow truck driver who came was excellent. I didn’t catch his name, but I really wish I would have. He was both knowledgeable and caring, and instantly put me at ease in a very stressful situation. I highly recommend this company!

I would give them a negative 0 star if I could. I’ve waited over 5 hours for them to dropped off my car. Their customer service is awful!!! They kept hanging up on me and they demanded the full rate and never once apologized for their incompetencies and on top of everything else, they driver claimed he did not have any change and just took my hard earned money!!!!!
He wouldn’t put the car in my driveway, instead he literally dumped it right near my mailbox.
GEICO utilized this company to pick up my disabled vehicle and deliver to the body shop. When booked, the shop called and texted to tell me that the driver would arrive in one hour. Willie came rollling up 58 minutes later and whisked my ride away. Top notch service and accurate with timing, which is huge. Thank you!
This company stole my Nintendo switch from my car a silver Mitsubishi on Monday the June 16th @ 930 am. The driver took my Nintendo switch is tall black dude with a afro. If u guys what your stuff stolen from your car be sure call this company will follow legally means till I get my property back

Whenever I check a companies reviews, I always read the lowest ones first.
I'm going to make this as short and sweet as I possibly can I was assigned AATR through Geico and Christian showed up and thank God that he did I won't go into all the detail but let me tell you this he did something with my car so that I didn't need to have it towed all the way down to Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando after all and spend what what I'm sure would have been at least a couple hundred dollars he didn't have to get involved he didn't have to ask me what the problem was but he did and he showed me the solution.
So two things one Geico is one of the best insurance auto insurance companies and if they contract with AATR then AATR must be doing something right. Secondly any company that is run well enough to hire and keep on board somebody like Christian well they are doing something right definitely.
I had to wait about 10 minutes before I could write this review because I was still laughing at the silliness of the bad reviews that I read about AATR.
Sure every company can have a bad day I'm not saying that every every single complaint was without marriage but I feel pretty confident that 90% of them were if I need a towing company in the future better believe it's going to be AATR and I suggest that you give them a try too because even if you don't get Christian I have a feeling that where there's one Christian there are others or similar employees at AATR.

Manuel is literally a life savor. My insurance uses this towing company and Manuel came super fast in the same time they said it would take for him to arrive. He was extremely careful with my corvette making sure to not cause any damage which I appreciate greatly. He also managed to bring the car in a very tight spot where my shop is so he's legitimately the best tow truck driver I've seen. Thank you Manuel for helping me out.
