We called Ace Wrecker out of Orlando. Our driver, Quincy, was absolutely fantastic—super courteous, professional. I was in an awesome location and Quincy, worked with thr staff very politely and got my truck out with no issues! Very knowledgeable and fast.
Caleb was quick on arriving very helpful and got me to my next location. Promptly even gave me some helpful advice on the ride thank you. I appreciate it a lot.!!!

Man what can I say, clutch went out in my 389 and had to get towed to a shop! Here my truck is a car hauler loaded down with large units with very little turn radius and I just have to say Caleb came out and did an awesome job! Very nice, professional all around operator! I also have to say the equipment that was used was very clean and well kept! The way a company takes care of its equipment tells a lot about them! Caleb and Jon worked diligently and hard to get me from being stuck on a construction site. I missed the turn at the love’s truck stop in my semi thinking I had found a good turn around spot and failed. They were great and did not give up they got me out and I was so happy and excited because I could now go to sleep. Thank you guys so much for your hard work and dedication to your job. I'm a cdl driver got stuck yesterday. My company called Ace wrecker, and they told us 90 minutes out. 2 minutes later the wrecker driver Calab call me and informed me he was 40 45 minutes out. He got there bout 35, very professional communications the entire time making sure i was ok. Got there said I will have you out 5 minutes. Got me out in 2, told me everything he was doing. He also informed me what I should do next time. Real life worker with a real review, thanks Calab for all you do and I appreciate your courtesy and professionalism.
Caleb is the man for the job experience goes a long way I got a call from Caleb checking on the location of the pickup point and also give me an estimated time of arrival and then a second call about his distance from where my truck was as I said experience goes a long way in now time we were hankered to the tow truck and of we went also our drive back was not a silent boring one we talked about a little day to day work. Caleb is a great driver if all was up to me and needed a tow truck he would be my request 5 stars all the way nough respect

Other than the wait(was told because they were busy) service was excellent. Pickup person friendly, careful with my suv, explained process, and delivered to service place as directed and gave key to people directly. (Did not just drop keys in box and run ). Payment process was convenient and easy. Would recommend use of service.

He had a great attitude, was funny, and just an all-around really nice person. He took his time and did everything the right way: safety chains, tow lights, dropped the driveshaft, and made sure everything was secure. The inside of the truck was spotless, and Quincy made what could have been a stressful situation feel totally under control.
These guys really know how to take care of their customers. Couldn’t be more thrilled with the service. Highly recommend!
