Why close @ 4:30pm on a WEEK DAY when most shops close @ 6pm? Do the customers who work 9 to 5pm not matter? I can understand closing early on a weekend but not for a week day, way to close ur doors when im sure a good majority of customers need u the most!
First of all when you call, the answering machine tells you to check the inventory on the web and hangs up on you. When I checked the website it showed 2 vehicles with the part I needed on the vehicle with the row/location on the property to find the vehicles. I showed up at the Pick Your Part entry gate and asked if this is where I can find this vehicle with this part on it. I was told it is where it should be located and that I had to pay three dollars to enter. I paid $3 and found the vehicles exactly where they were supposed to be. Neither vehicle had the mirror that I was looking for, even though the part was on both vehicles in the picture on the website. When I went to get my three dollars back, I was told no refunds. I told him 1. you don’t answer the phone to verify the part is available 2. The website shows the part intact on the vehicle as of an hour before I showed up at the junkyard. 3. You still pay the $3 even though you’re not walking out with a part. Plus the fact that you just wasted gas$ and time!
Called for information and was given a scripted response and hung up on. I know there is a website no need to tell me that. I'm calling to speak to someone and of course an agency that not related answers. They outsource their customer service and the 3rd party does not care what you have to say they just tell you to go on the website. Save your time don't call.
Way over price on used items and charging you insurance on everything. Rubber seal . Glass plastics trims. Etc waste of time and energy at this location. And the cashiers act like they don't want to be bothered ... take youŕ money else where and get better service
I had an excellent experience at this establishment. I needed a hardware component for an armrest for my 2004 vehicle. They had two vehicles in the same make and model as mine. One of them had the component I was looking for. The cost was $3.00 to enter...and since I only needed a few components and not the entire armrest, the representative gave it to me for way less than full price. Had I taken the entire armrest, the charge would have been $13.00. The establishment was efficient and well-laid out. I would highly recommend them.
I would give them a zero stars one of their employees was extremely rude and thought it was a good idea to mock me. We were paying customers and they had bad customer service. Funny thing is we buy parts all the times from them
I would give zero stars if possible. The woman that answered the phone doesn’t understand English and is so rude! Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
This place has turned into a nightmare ever since it was taken over by foreign hands it has become disturbing. You can no longer speak to someone you can understand, nor can you speak to someone about parts. This use to be a friendly place.

Overpriced and greedy, go to a different junkyard if possible. Went to buy a temperature control panel that is listed for $32. When I got to checkout, I was charged an extra $22 for a screen even thought it comes as an asembly. It is not listed on their website as with or without a screen, guy at the window decided to upcharge me. Also they charge you with warranty and most of the time don't tell you about it. Scummy business, go elsewhere.
Clear instructions, friendly staff and helpful staff, and everything is clearly marked and fair prices.
Sadly, the hoses I was trying to find were cut. So I'm not sure if that's the fault of the yard or someone decided to do that, but since I don't know so I won't knock them for it.
I call and they don't even answer properly, they don't know what they have on the yard , very rude and they send you all the time to look on their page but it doesn't say on the page what parts still available and they allways tell you to go to the yard . If I'm calling is to know if the truck I'm looking for is available and no answer at all . All the time is (we don't know what we have you have to come to the yard) I told the if they pay me the gas I'll lose my time looking there if they have the truck available.
I preferre to go somewhere else where the customer service is better than here .
"Pick Your Pockets" forgets that at the end of the day it's a pull your own part JUNKyard!!!!! You are doing no one that goes any extra favors then piling in rows JUNK cars in a big backyard. The pricing on lots of items is ridiculous. Can be bought on eBay for cheaper 9/10. Some time ago tried to return something with receipt and had warranty. Gave me a hard time and thought would just let me hang out front while they figure it out. Place is a waste of time. Left after 10 mins. Surprised some of them speak any kind of English. Place might be better off scraping everything and turning into a Taco Stand
The prices have gone through the roof. In a lot of cases you can buy new for the same price or less. Also, it's very deceiving how they automatically charge you for a warranty without asking. It's sad because this place used to be great.
Absolute rip off. 67$ for a small fan motor. Including that price is a $12 “guarantee” fee that it works. Also, $8 core charge for a FAN MOTOR. Not to mention a $3 fee just to walk in the door. GO TO U-pull and pay orlando! Way better pricing by almost half!
It is organized well and easy to find the vehicle you are looking for. Prices are high. I could have bought the same part new online for less. They do not ask you if you want the warranty they just charge you for it and don't tell you it is optional.

I sold my car to them after I was in a major car accident. They offered me top dollar especially for the condition of the car. It was quick & easy. The ladies at the window are very nice and accommodating. I worked with Roberto & and he was very patient and worked with me since my car caught fire and everything in it was a loss including my title licenses and documents. They were able to work with the info i had & still towed my car from the impound right away!!! And gave me time to retrieve my documents so we could complete the sell. I am so grateful for my experience with them they made the process so easy and stress free during a very stress full time. Current inventory is good and yard is not dangerously cluttered, but prices are very much higher than any other yard I have been to in the area charging twice as much as other yards that infrequent, and if you don’t tell them not to they will charge you extra (on top of the high prices) for a warranty. Who else makes you pay extra for a warranty on the part their selling you?
The experience was easy which was a surprise as I have never been to a salvage/junkyard before. I used their inventory page on my phone to navigate the area and was able to find the parts I was looking for. The information on their website and easy process made it a great experience.
Very high prices for old used parts, probably just better off paying the extra money to buy brand new online instead of sweating your butt off and lugging your tools out there to pull old parts that they charge dealership prices for. Crazy HIGH prices, the owner needs to lower prices or lose customers.
I went today to exchange a part I brought yesterday that when I got home it was broke so I went back to exchange the guy says we. Don't exchange we give u money back I said don't want money just to change u believe I had to pay 3 dollars again just to exchange my part that was broken I don't think it's right plus they. High price two pieces of plastic 30 dollars unbelievable lkq never charge u to go exchange part that's now they started doing it that's wrong
The cashier 3375 is very rude. I told him I want to know the price of headlights for Toyota highlander 2008, he told me it’s different from car to car and I need to take a picture for that car. I told him I’m telling the make, model and year what else he wants. But his response wasn’t good he made me like l’m a deaf person not hearing him.

Their prices have gone up so much, almost as much as brand new parts from the dealer!!!! $210 for one side tail light of a Mercury 2010. DO NOT RECOMMEND
First junkyard I went to and had a great experience, they charge $3 per person for entrance and will assist with the location of a specific vehicle. They will search your toolbox/bag which is understandable, so don’t be alarmed at that. You go and pick the part out with your tools. They have wheel barrels to help carry stuff.
When you checkout, they automatically include the warranty, if you don’t want it SAY you don’t want it. They will add it to everything, even a plastic piece.
Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this place. They also have an email system to notify you of a vehicle being sent there.
Prices are very reasonable and there is a wide selection of vehicles. The yard is very organized and the website works well. You can set alerts for vehicles you are looking for. There are return warranty's on most parts in case it's defective. It's a good place to get genuine OEM replacement parts for a vehicle at a great price.
I like the "pull your own part" experience. The yard is fairly well organized. Pricing is good. They provide bottles of drinking water, nice touch, it gets hot out there. First place I would recommend.
