I've been going there for years never had an issue. This last time I bought a ventilated battery that goes in the trunk of a chevy cobalt.it was bad sobi returned it. Tried to exchange ot with a non vented battery and told me its safe . No refunds because they didn't have tje one I needed. Please educate your employees and not allow them to say those things to customers that it's safe because it can cause an explosion and other risk factors.
My daughter went to buy a battery at that The business and the employee connected the battery terminals backwards, and the car caught fire. They said they weren't responsible for any damage it caused to the car.
You need a battery and dont have the money for a new one this place has refurbished car batteries to get you buy and they are good. But cash only with discount if u trade your old car battery.
Billy was amazing. I have used this location for the last 2 years and every time I have had a problem they have been amazing. They always go out of their way to help. Thank you guys.

I'm sure you did something similar at some point in time. That's the problem with everyone. You people have all day to do something, yet a lot of you just have to wait until the last damn minute. I'd close the door 10min early myself because it's not like your running mouth is going to keep it to just 10min. It's always something with you damn people.
Got here with 10 minutes till close and told me they were closed hours on Google say they're open till 5:00. Your employees shouldn't get a job if they don't want to work. Rude. And I needed it for my vehicle to start. Pissed 😡

Especially the one that was there 10 minutes before closing shutting doors and just said we're closed. Either change your hours on Google or make your employees stay their full shift

They have very fair prices and they honor your warranty. I would give them 5 stars but I had to go to a mechanic shop and pay to get my battery installed since they didn't have the proper tools to take it out.
Quick service and (hopefully)!good used batteries at 1/4 the price of a new one. I will update the review in a few months to report on the longevity of the used battery.
Called there and got a quote for my car. $50 cash not bad at all! Drove right over and picked it up. Only reason I gave 4 days because they couldn’t install it due to my battery being located underneath my passenger seat. Had to pay someone else to install it. But overall great customer service and great battery!
Bought a battery from them I totally forgot when but the car was not my service car so It went unused for months needless to say that battery died, went back to buy a new one and he put the new one on the table said that's still under warranty and walked away, I called him baco and asked how much for the new battery he said free that ones still under warranty, I had no clue when I purchased it not that I would walk away with a free battery...

Great Batteries on a budget. Comes with a 90 day warranty. I am still using my first Battery I purchased almost one year ago.
Update: the battery is finally died. 2 years. Going to Battery World tomorrow to get another.
Update. Battery went bad. They replaced it No Charge.
It took 30 minutes from calling them to getting my battery replaced by them. Can't beat the price in all of the USA. Fantastic service with humble people at work! Got nothing else to add!
Best and I feel most honest place to charge your battery. I took a battery to advance AutoZone and all those places told me my battery was dead I told my battery there a charge it over the night the next day I had a fully-working battery. When my battery did finally died I purchase another one from there and it's been working on this is the only place I'll call if I need
$33.50 for a refurbished battery is a score considering a brand new $160.00 battery doesn't last more than 3 years in Florida. If the $33.50 battery only lasts 1 year and you buy one every year it's cheaper than buying a new one. You are in and out of this place in 10 or 15 minutes with a new battery installed.
Worst Service ever. I purchased used battery which was garbage. Had to get new battery. My dad talk with these people, they won't give your money back its been less then 24hours since purchase. Obviously they never check batteries they sell. Waste if money & gas!

I had just purchased an expedition for only $700 and wasnt surprised when the battery started giving me problems. I was on my way to Wal-Mart to purchase another. I happened upon battery world. They looked at my battery and informed me that it was one of their batyeries and under warranty, so was replaced for free.
I was going to purchase a new battery, Don not only fixed my problem but informed me that my battery was fine! He could have sold me one but was very honest and friendly!! Great people and company!
This place is a blessing. I didn't have a lot of money all I was working with was $40.00. They help me out. The battery was great. They are helpful and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone out there.
