There's always 2 sides to a story. We've been very patient with this man. Bartlett Towing always strives to keep business on a professional level. This is in response to Tajh Barber's review.

I would give this company zero stars if possible. They were contracted by the Florida Highway Patrol to tow my vehicle after I experienced a flat tire. While I understand the necessity of the initial tow, the company's subsequent business practices have been deeply troubling and reflect a severe lack of professionalism. My vehicle was towed on a Friday, yet despite the multiple attempts to contact them, and their office being closed on weekends, I was still charged storage fees for Saturday and Sunday. Upon arriving on Monday to retrieve my vehicle, I was informed I owed $344.00 in towing and storage fees. Despite making multiple phone calls and being physically present at their location, I was only notified ten minutes before closing that they only accept cash payments. This last-minute notification forced me to rush to the bank to withdraw the necessary amount. Upon my return, I was initially refused service, though they eventually took my payment and did not release custody of my vehicle. Incredibly, after 45 minutes, an employee threw the cash onto the hood of the vehicle I arrived in, a blatant display of disrespect. Furthermore, another staff member entered the tow yard, only to block my vehicle by moving another car in front of it pinning it against the fence. I returned to the tow yard today, September 10, 2024, with the same cash, only to be met with further refusal by the receptionist, who declined to speak with me or accept the payment. Meanwhile, they continue to add storage fees to my invoice, compounding an already unacceptable situation. I have made repeated attempts to speak this matter to the manager or owner, who has refused to communicate with me in general. This forced me to involve the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. At the time of this review, my vehicle remains in the company’s custody. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for basic customer service is utterly unacceptable, and I strongly caution others against doing business with this company.

Joe and his team at Bartlett Towing are absolute lifesavers! As an auto shop owner, I rely on their prompt and professional service frequently, and they never disappoint. Their team is always courteous, efficient, and goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. I can't recommend them highly enough! Five stars all the way!

Driver with E9951e plate cut me off on obt with no signal light and almost hit me then continued to drive erratic 1/22/24 they need to be taken off the road

We called them directly rather going through insurance to avoid making a claim. The driver was helpful to my daughter, who had a flat after hitting a pot hole. I would use them again!

Great tow company! Good communication, didn’t take long for them to arrive, and friendly driver, who turned out to be the owner! The tow truck was immaculate inside and out. It’s apparent that he takes pride in his business.

I've used Bartlett numerous times with great results. Pickup is when they say it will be, my vehicles never get damaged through load and unload and the price is always fair.

My daughter and I had just finished grocery shopping. My truck wouldn’t start, I called Bartlett Towing they were there in 15 min. Pleasant and Fast!

They were very professional. Came when they said they were coming. Very nice and friendly. They take cash and credit cards. The owner gave us a business card and I will definitely recommend them.

I really can’t say enough good things about this service! In fact, I don’t believe I’ve used anyone else. Fast, reliable, and professional. Tosh was the absolute bomb! Personable and courteous. And she was genuinely concerned about the problem I had with my Pathfinder. A1 service!

I want to thank Bartlett towing. Most of all I want to think the blonde lady (I forgot to get her name) that got to me in 25 minutes. I was broke down at a gas station with children alone in a bad area. She was super nice, fast and even called when my car got to the shop. Give that woman a raise!!!! I'm forever grateful 🙏

This is a good tow company, they answered the call right away and within 15 minutes picked me and my motorcycle. The driver Joshua had the bike up on the truck and secure in less time it took him to get there. I would use this company again, but hopping I’ll never have to again.

Absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough. Had a tire blow on my BMW M2 in Orlando. Called to verify that they had a flatbed rig (which they did). Dispatcher said it would be around 30 minutes to my location & the driver got there in 25. Lincoln (the driver) showed up in the nicest looking rig I've ever seen. The rig sits on air bags & has the perfect setup for getting the car in place without any damage. I could tell Lincoln was a pro from the start. We ended up towing it to our fav tire shop in Winter Springs for a VERY, VERY reasonable rate. Between the pro-rig, Lincoln's personality & the rate, I was super impressed. Nobody wants to have to tow their car, but I wouldn't think twice about calling these guys in the future. Hopefully Lincoln shows up again, he's a great guy. Cheers!!

Unfortunately I needed tow services twice within past 3 months. Fortunately, I was referred to Bartlet Towing. The first time I was stuck on the turnpike (at night) and I received fast (<25) minute service! The second time the service was equally as fast. In addition, the two young men arrived accommodating my situation and being very friendly and informative! I’m hoping not to need them again for a bit; but, just know you’re in good hands if you do! Thank you

Tim provided excellent service, going above and beyond to move two classic cars (that don’t run!), helping us precisely maneuver them out of a small garage and into two other garages. Tim was extremely professional, nice and talented at what he does. Thanks, Bartlett Towing!!!

Best tow service I've had. They very qucik. Showed up in the time frame they quoted. They were priced appropriately and we're very professional. Highly recommend.

These guys are great... I called 5 tow companies close to where my final tow drop off for a 28+ foot box truck and they were quick to respond with my message. Joe who I spoke with called me back quickly unlike the others and he could tow it on a whim in a few hours. And that is what they did. On the day of the tow I called and 15 minutes later the truck driver Tim called and said he would be there in 15 minutes... Tim went over and above to help me get the truck in question out of the warehouse to get hooked up to be towed. I highly recommend Bartlett Towing if you need a tow... They are a top notch operation with nice people and their trucks look pretty damn nice too.
