The whole towing process was smooth from start to finish and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Highly recommend if you need reliable towing or recovery assistance in Apopka!
Brian had great people skills, was quick to arrive, took good care in hooking up my truck, checked his set up several times and knew where my repair shop was. After the truck was delivered he texted me that it was in the shop.
Called at 9am. Driver said he would meet me at my truck to tow it at 1230pm. Tow Truck never showed. I tried to call 6 times over a 3 hr time fram, left messages etc, driver not company ever called back. Had me waiting 3 hrs and 45 min for a tow tha never showed up. I would try another tow company, because this one will have you waiting forever, or NEVER show up.
The driver driving the Red tow truck on College Ave and then turning onto 17th Ave with a large semi cab on the back of his tow truck needs to learn how to drive!!! Making a left hand turn from the inside lane coming off 20th Ave to college just missed me who was on the outside lant turning left and 2 suv's that were behind me had to slam on there brakes just to miss being crushed!
Deserves no stars but I had to give one to post.. The tow truck driver Dustin is rude and unprofessional. He is very miserable and needs to find another career without dealing with people..Won't ever recommend their company to anyone not even my worst enemy.. He towed our truck from a private property without permission of ours ..Has outrageous towing fees and it other fees that can't be accounted for . His company seems fishy to me because it's definitely under a different location then provided on Google and has different names as well.. Do not use this company .Do ur research !
