The owner of this towing company has displayed unprofessional and rude behavior, showing a lack of concern for customer service. Their main priority seems to be making money, rather than providing quality service to their customers. I would not recommend using this company for any towing needs. PLS DON’T USE!!

I arrived to pick up a vehicle they had towed earlier in the day and the fence was closed and locked so I called the number for someone to come and let me in and the representative said they were all out at the moment. They told me to wait about half an hour until they arrived, that it would be a while. I went home to wait and called them about an hour later and the representative- a woman I believe- told me there was nobody at the location to open the fence yet- that it would be more than half an hour again. I asked how long it would be this time and she said very sarcastically “ more than 30 minutes i don’t have a jet” but she said it very rudely and then i laughed because i THOUGHT it was a joke and i asked, “ okay so then when” ,and she sighed in an exasperated tone said “ a few minutes” ( which contradicts everything she said) and HUNG UP ON ME without letting me speak !! she kept talking over me, she just didn’t let me explain myself then was rude. work on your customer service skills Victory Towing ! especially that lady. so unprofessional !

Not even worth one star. I was told the ETA would be 12:46. I got a call at 1:00 asking if service was completed so I called the towing company myself. The guy said no one was sent because I didn't answer my phone. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL AND WHEN I TOLD THE GUY I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL, HE ASKED IF I WANTED TO ARGUE ABOUT NOT BEING CALLED. HOW RUDE!! The next eta was 3:00. That's 5 hours total I would have waited. I canceled and called another tow company.

This place is horrible and unprofessional do not ever use them. I was told my car would be towed between 7:30 and 8:30 at night and they had me wait for over 4 hours and never showed up. I called after 2 hours and they were super rude to me and threatened me to cancel the tow, I was told that someone named Mike would be calling me when he was coming. After 3 hours Mike did call and say that he was still coming and then never showed up. I tried to call him 3 times but no answer and his mailbox was full and i couldn't leave a message so i texted him and asked if he was still coming and got no respone. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Through our roadside we had to call for a tow, we were informed that Victory Towing would be at our house at 2:30 Thurs afternoon, at 3:30 I called to see where they were at, I was told about 15 minutes out. At 4:40 got the call they were on their way, our shop closes at 5 and locks the gates. We told them nevermind they were to late, talked to another guy that was very apologetic and said they would be back at 9 A.M. SHARP!! So I get up and wait... at 9:30 I called, I was told they don't take appointments, (after clearly being told the night before they would be here at 9 SHARP) I was told at 9:30 about 20 mins away. We waited until 12 NOON still no tow truck. We waisted 2 days sitting around waiting on them so we left. Our neighbor informed us when we got home that they did show up around 12:30 P.M. I made a formal complaint with our roadside service against them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Shaun was terrific. Showed up, got the car loaded onto the flatbed, and transported to Firestone lickety-split. Friendly, professional and quick. Would absolutely use them again (although one hopes one wouldn't have to)!

I put in a service request through my roadside assistance company at 9:43 am. I received a call at 10:11am letting me know that the ETA would be around noon. At 11:25 am my roadside program contacted me and asked if I had received the tow yet and I told them no. They contacted The company and responded back to me saying they would arrive in about 30 minutes. At 12:00 they again updated saying it would be another 30 minutes. At 1:09 pm I contacted the towing company myself this time to see if I could get a better update. The man that answered the phone was very rude and condescending explaining that they were a little backed up but that I was next in line and it should be 20-30 minutes. So when I asked him if that was really a good ETA because I had already been told twice that it would be 30 minutes he went off saying how they weren't the ones that told me that and I didn't know what I was talking about. I tried to explain that I was not trying to argue what I had been told and that it was told to me by the roadside program he just hung up on me. I called back and he was still rude and condescending telling me that I needed to contact my roadside program and see if someone else can come out sooner because I was just cutting him off when in fact he was the one that wouldn't even let me say a work and then he hung up on me again. If this is the man that you have representing your company and who is supposed to be helping people in their time of need, you may want to rethink that. I will NEVER use or recommend this company, even to my worst enemy. Nobody deserves to be talked to and treated so rude and disrespectfully.

Jacob was my tow driver and he was awesome, took very great care of my car! (Cadillac DeVille) It ended up being the radiator hose that had popped off (I didn't know at the time lol), so I didn't need a mechanic through these guys. It took a little while for someone to arrive for the tow (I didn't mind), but he got my car back to my house and he was extremely careful and professional. Phone call when he got to my car and a call when he was on the way to my house. The tow was covered by my insurance, so I had no out-of-pocket costs or fees. I would absolutely recommend Victory towing.

Corey was awesome! My wife, Julie, and I are so very grateful for his expertise and ability to get our disabled car towed, late last night. No one wants their new car to break down. He made the process so much less stressful and had the right vehicle for the job! Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Nick and Corey were very helpful! My truck broke down on 275 while hauling a trailer. I live in Naples so I’m 2 hours away from my home. Nick came right away and towed me and my trailer to the closest rest are while I waited for my friend to come rescue me and my trailer (because I needed the trailer for work the next morning.) Corey met me at the rest area immediately after letting him know my ride was almost here to pick me up. Corey came and met me there just before my ride arrived and couldn’t ask for better timing and great service! Overall very professional and excellent customer service.

I want to say thank you to Jacob who towed my car and was so professional and wonderful. He called to update me on his ETA. This is a great company to go with. Also he backed my car in to the driveway with out this tire holder thingy not scraping or touching my driveway. Jacob you ROCK!!!!

Jacob was early, very professional and provided quality service. This company is lucky to have a guy like him. Thanks again for your kindness and attention to detail with towing my vehicle!

I had contacted my insurance company for roadside assistance due to my alternator going out. I knew enough as my brand new battery that was 2 days old was not the issue. I called my insurance company USAA at 7:45am to put in a request for roadside assistance. I was set for ETA pick up at 9:09am, sounds great. The truck arrived at 12:15pm. They never reached out to give me status updates or let me know they were on their way. During these 3 hours, I continuously called my insurance company and they had to make multiple attempts to get ahold of them. I was then told pick-up was going to be at 10am. Then, 10:45am. Then "hopefully" only another 45mins at 11:30am.....they showed up at 12:15. My driver was Thomas. Once he was there, he then hooked up my battery to his charger and the car started. However, I told him it would but it is still not safe to drive as it is the alternator that went out and the battery will drain almost instantly if I was to drive the vehicle again. The car will run on battery since the alternator is out and I wouldn't make it far being an SUV. This is exactly what had happened that morning on my way to work - hence the call for a tow truck. He got an attitude with me and stated I should just leave work right now and drive it to the dealership since it's running as if he didn't want to be bothered towing my car. I am a Doctor, I have patients, I don't have time for this. Please sir, just do your job. I declined and stated that I wanted my car towed to the dealership just as I had requested. He then handed me his card and asked me "to leave a 5 star review with his name so his boss can stop hating him and start liking him again." I'm sorry what? You were rude, you didn't want to do your job and tried to convince me to drive my UNSAFE car 20mins down the road, and you showed up THREE HOURS LATE. Why would I give you 5 stars? I immediately called my insurance company back as they asked how my experience was and they said that they would make a note to NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. This is USAA, for military families and veterans. Even they said this was unacceptable and apologized profusely. My car would have been repaired and driven back to me at my clinic by the end of my work day Friday had they shown up at 9am. They showed up 3 hours late, which meant my car would not be repaired by the end of my work day now leaving me stranded at work. This all could have been prevented had they done their job and showed up when they said they would. A free tow service by my insurance has now cost me an additional $150 dollars for a rental which should not have been needed. Unreal. Do NOT use this company.

I put in a service request through my insurance company for vehicle towing at 1:40pm, and Victory Towing accepted the request. My ETA was listed for 3:10pm. At 3:30pm, the tow truck had still not arrived so I called my insurance company. The representative kept me on hold while she contacted Victory Towing. She informed me that the person she spoke with said they were finishing up another job and I was next in line, and it would take less than an hour. Another hour went by with no updates, so I called Victory Towing this time. The man I spoke with was very rude, condescending, and completely unapologetic. He had the nerve to tell me he was going to cancel my service request because, and I quote, “clearly I don’t need him because I can run his business better than him.” He then proceeded to hang up on me. I promptly called him back and expressed that it is uncalled for to treat a customer so disrespectfully, he continued to accuse me of interrupting him when I could barely get a word in edgewise. Every time he stopped his tirade and I tried to speak, he would say, “oh there you go cutting me off again.” To his credit, he did apologize at the end of the phone call, and while I did somewhat appreciate the gesture, it did not excuse the previous rude behavior. The tow truck did finally arrive around 6pm (3 hours after the original ETA) and the driver was friendly and helpful, but this still does not make up for the phone representative’s complete lack of professionalism and poor customer service skills. I will never work with this company again and if you want to save yourself a major headache, you won’t either.

John came to pick my truck up after I noticed a mechanical issue. It took a little longer than expected but he kept me updated on exactly when he'd be here. He even helped me clean up some transmission fluid that had spilled. I'm thankful for good tow operators like John! Thanks again man.

Pretty much what other people have posted about this company. The tow truck didn't show up when scheduled, when I called, the driver said he was 90 minutes away, two hours later I called again and he said "when the driver shows up he will call you", but he was the driver himself. Two more hours went by until I finally called him again. The guy was very rude on the phone, and hung up on me when I told him I needed the car towed to the repair shop during working hours and now it was too late. I tried to call him back, but he would deny my calls. I also called my insurance company to tell them about the incident and complain about this company. Whatever you do, don't give them your business, they are very unprofessional.

Operator Chris just hooked up my vehicle to be serviced for a single car accident. Chris was very kind, patient, and understanding regarding my situation. Victory showed up even faster than they had originally estimated. Combine that with great customer service from Chris and I now have one less concern on my plate. Thank you Chris and Victory Towing!!!

I called for a tow truck and Shaun from Victory Towing & Recovery came to my rescue. Not only did he call ahead and give me an accurate estimate of his arrival time (only 15 minutes!), but he arrived right on time and went WAY above and beyond to assist me. I can't thank him enough for his work ethic and dedication to help me. I would write him a thousand reviews if I could! I definitely recommend asking for Shaun.

We assigned Victory towing through our roadside assistance. At 1:30 pm we were given 90 minutes as an arrival time. At 2:30 they called and assured us they would be there before 5. At 5 I had to call them and was told it would be another hour due to another priority call. We called our roadside assistance and canceled. Their customer service does not exist. I do not recommend this company. You'll be wasting your time waiting for them.

There's nothing I can write that hasn't been expressed by other 1 star reviews by my fellow unfortunate victims of this amateur-hour outfit. These people will lie to you directly and not even bat an eye about it. Several times my wife and I were flat out lied to by whomever answered the phone at this company. After waiting 9 hours. NINE HOURS PEOPLE. N-I-N-E. I finally had my car delivered to my home. Under no circumstances should this company be open and able to conduct business in this state. DO NOT call them, do not accept them as your roadside assistance designated company. If you need a tow in Manatee or Sarasota Counties, avoid at ALL COSTS. This is your warning!!!

I've been waiting on my car to be towed since 1 pm. They lie, everytime I call, saying it's on the way. It's now after 9 p.m., still no car. The original order said they'd be there in 30 mins. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life! You could carry your car faster them these people could tow it. DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE!
May 23, 2020 -
Stay away from them. Horrible service. They don’t keep their word, keep lying. Company is just 15 min away from my location, they keep saying traffic, even after 8pm. Waited almost 5 hours and never showed up. Finally I called my insurance company to cancel and assign another towing company. Anyone should check the bad reviews they have. If google review has 0 star, I would love to give them 0 star.

Very helpful! I got into an accident on the skyway bridge, the police called and my car was towed by victory towing. Later they gave me information about how to get it covered through my insurance. I still would up paying cash (my error) It was very easy and smooth. Thank you!

They are really friendly people and the Mechanic Art is a miracle worker. As long as a tow truck hasn't broke down he is fast and affordable. He will repair a part if possible rather than buying brand new and charging s bunch if ridiculous fees. Like a well trusted back yard mechanic but with a company name on the line. He worked as a mechanic for dealerships longer than I've been alive. My only complaint is communication between front snd back office and call returns.

Waited for 4 hours after I was originally was told 90 minutes. I called at least 4 times and was told a new lie every time about they got busy, someone had oversized tires, he could get the driver on the phone, his map wasn’t working, etc, but don’t worry someone would be there in “20 minutes.” I’d rather to business with someone who will give me accurate information the first time.

I recently had a horrible experience with Victory Towing that everyone needs to be made aware of. On August 31, 2019, my husband and I were driving to St. Petersburg (from our home in Sarasota) to meet friends for dinner and a movie when my car started shaking violently. It stopped doing it at speeds over 60. We were only a few miles away from St. Pete, so we decided to keep going and find on-street parking. Once there, I called my insurance company for Roadside Assistance because I knew it was not safe to drive back to Sarasota. In less than 5 minutes from that call, I received a call from Victory Towing. From here on out, I’ll be using Time Stamps to show the order of events. 8/31/19 - 6:22pm (Saturday) – Victory Towing calls. Tow is scheduled. Am told that tow truck driver will be there between 7:30-8pm. 8pm – I call Victory Towing. I update them on the address of my car. (I was off by a block on my first call.) They tell me that’s fine and they update it in the system. There had been a delay on their end, but I was next in line. 8:25pm – I call Victory Towing. I tell them we have a movie starting at 8:55pm. They inform me there has been another delay, but not to worry. They tell me to just leave the keys on the top of the left front tire, and the driver will get my car while I’m at the movie. 11:03pm – Car has yet to be picked up. I call Victory Towing. I am told that their tow truck was involved in an accident and that there had been another delay. Am told that the truck has to get back to Palmetto by the end of the night so getting my car to Bradenton is no problem. Told by dispatcher to leave my keys on the tire and let my friend drive me back to Sarasota. Dispatcher tells me I will receive a call when the car is picked up and dropped off. I’m nervous about leaving my car, but dispatcher assures me there is nothing to worry about. I try to stay awake waiting for the call, but I fall asleep after 1am. 9/1/19 – 8:42am (Sunday) – I speak with a woman at Victory Towing who looks in the system and tells me the job is marked completed. I breathe a sigh of relief. I called my dealership, but the service department is closed until Tuesday because of the Labor Day holiday. I leave a message. 9/3/19 – 9:30am (Tuesday) – I call service department at dealership to explain problems with my car. Am told they will look into and get back to me. 11:10am – I call dealership back because I had not heard from them. They tell me they have looked everywhere, but my car is not there. They will keep looking. 11:15am – I call Victory Towing and speak with Susan. She looks in the system. It says car had been dropped off at correct address, but she will investigate. 11:49am – Susan from Victory Towing calls back. She informs me that my car was never picked up in St. Pete. At this point, I’m furious. I ask why no one ever called me to tell me. I ask why their system said the job was completed. I get no answers. I hang up. At this point, I call my insurance, they send out a new tow truck (from a different company). That company is very good about keeping in contact with me. By some miracle (and probably because of the holiday weekend), my car is exactly where I had left it. No damage to it. No tickets. The new company tows it to my dealership, and it is repaired. So, there are two morals to the story. 1) Don’t leave your car on the street, even if the man on the phone sounds very nice and trusting. I trusted a business to do what they said they were going to do. I should have stayed with the car and waited for the tow truck. That is on me. 2) DON’T EVER USE VICTORY TOWING! YOU CAN’T TRUST THEM.

Thank you Eddie for exceptional service. You went above and beyond what was necessary in taking care of my car when it broke down- I truly appreciate the communication and keeping me updated. I will highly recommend you and your services to all of my friends and anyone in need of Towing service. Ms. Jones

Well start off with it all sounded great responding to an ad they needed contractors who had their own truck to run calls for them. Found out they satellite dispatch from Florida to Marietta Georgia we agreed to run theiraccounts as they come in and they dispatch to u. This meaning I leave my tow area in McDonough and put my account on hold to go and help cover their area and run their accounts. First night I ran for them the calls I was receiving where 3 and 4 hours late. How they kept those accounts but agero I do not know. The agreement was I run your calls and they pay me for whati ran at the end of the week. Well after two weeks I had received no payment from Joe or Jessica. So I did not want to run any more calls till payment was received they were told we had no fuel money to run because we have not been paid. Thir bill is $1,400 and they still refuse to pay. I am a small business and owner operator that may not seem like a large amount of money Tucson but to a small family-owned business like mine that is a large amount of money. Especially after I have used my equipment my fuel to go run their calls with no reimbursement like they promised in the agreement. Well I called the Better Business Bureau for help and now Hickory Towing Joe and Jessica go on Google and give me a review saying that I I'm a horrible business to deal with and I cannot tow cars because I have no fuel to run my truck. First off I have no fuel to run YOUR calls because you refuse to pay what you owe your contractors. So I will not waste no more my time or money. Is companies like Victory Towing that gives the towing industry a bad name. Victory Towing is a disgrace to the towing business they are con artists and thieves I would not recommend anyone to do business for this place unless you want to be lied to or stolen from it might even do you like they did me and go on Google and give you a horrible review just to try and mess your business up .

Would advise everyone to not use this company. I told my roadside to get rid of them. They are not professional at all. After waiting 6 hours for them with them talling every hour will be another hour. I finally called my roadside and asked for a new company who then showed up in less then 30 minutes. Not only did i lose time out of my work for this joke of a company i sat on the side of the road in the heat watching cars almost hitting me. Very poor business practices.

took over 6 hours to get my vehicle picked up, no phone call and by that time the repair shop was closed. the dispatcher offered to bring my vehicle back to their yard and bring to the repair shop the next morning, and informed Roadside Assistance that storage fee would be waived. I was also told the vehicle would be towed to repair shop "first thing". When I called the next morning the vehicle had not been towed and I was told it would not be towed for another hour, past the time the repair shop closed on a saturday. when I explained to the dispatcher what had happened she didn't seem to care, but then informed me that my vehicle was being towed "right away". I then called the repair shop an hour later and was told they still didn't have it (it's 10 minutes from the tow yard). When I called the tow yard again I was again told it would be at least another hour (After I was told it was being towed right away). one lie after another. Zero communication. I filed a complaint with my roadside assistance. Also, the first dispatcher I spoke to in the morning told me she was a manager and that she had no way to contact her boss.
