Juan was awesome, and went above and beyond for me! My truck broke down on 75 and I had a meeting to get to in Tampa. The truck sat for about 5 hours, and after calling a few other tow companies Juan was super fast to help. He had my truck picked up in less than an hour and had it back home before I arrived. Great customer service, follow thru, and action. Super thankful to have Juan take care of me on short notice!!! Definitely recommended and 5 star in my book!
I needed to tow for my classic 1937 Ford Woodie. Call Juan at Get Em Gone, very professional guy, great communication and arrived when he said. I highly recommend using him if you need a tow. I first started with trying to work with AAA and that was a disaster, waited 2 hours then got extended another 1-1/2hrs.

I am new to using a towing company and everything that it entails. From my first interaction with this company. I was very impressed. Juan was my tower and he was super polite, friendly, a great communicator, and helpful. I think the towing price was reasonable but that is what I think from what I saw when I Googled towing companies and reading their reviews/pricing. Lol. My daughter was in WaWa and I was on the phone with her. I was having problems cranking up my car and I had said that I may need a tow. She told me that there was a gentleman in the store and he has a tow company. I told her to ask him is he available to come help me out. He said yes and he was at my location within 15 minutes. I can only give 5 stars but if I could I would give 20! Julio was SUCH an incredible human being in our situation! We had a blown tire on a sports car that rides low. We needed a flatbed, no doubt. I contacted Julio, who had fortunately just finished another job and he said he's on his way (with a very reasonable quote and our authorization of course). He arrived within 30 minutes (roadside assistance was going to take over 2hrs). He treated our car like it way his own prized possession. It took a lot of work and effort to get it loaded but he was sooo patient and creative! I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH! This morning I stopped to a shell Station because I woke up to a tire with low pressure… the station had no quarters so I had to walk to the 7 Eleven use the ATM machine purchase cookies to break a $20… only to get back to the Shell and discover their machine didn’t work… however low & behold a kind & easy on the eye young strong strapping man was kind enough to assist me in my time of need!!! He was the sign that needed this morning because he cared, he was compassionate and willing to help! I didn’t get his name and it’s not on the card, but I will keep this company in mind for their courtesy service!

Amazing to work with. Customer service is often something you don't see done well in the towing industry. My car was loaded and delivered with extra care and coordinating pickup and delivery was as smooth as can be with ETA updates. I also felt the pricing was fair and reasonable. Easily recommend especially if you have a lowered or classic car you value!
Excellent service. I had a huge toolbox towed from my shop to a storage unit and unlike a vehicle, a toolbox has to be secured properly and it requires more work to get it loaded and locked down properly on a flatbed. Aside from being careful not to scratch it , he helped me push a 4,000 pound toolbox inside the storage unit so I didn’t have to do it myself since I was hurt on my last job and couldn’t help him much. Definitely his prices are fair. An ex military individual that just started in his own by providing a Much better towing service and experience compared to other tow truck drivers that I would never deal with again. Definitely call Get Em Gone Tow and Reco…. I like the guy and will deal with again.
