The Clunker Junker was extremely easy to use to sell an older car that I no longer wanted. They made arrangements to come out the next day and made the transaction very easy. They paid me in cash and gave me a QR code to scan to alert the DMV that I no longer owned the vehicle. Great company!

I went online and recieved a quote within minutes for my 2008 Camry. Once I accepted the offer, I heard from someone less than 24 hours later. The customer reps stayed in good contact with me regarding setting up a final pick up time, and they were all super nice and professional. Less than 48 hours later from my initial online quote, a driver was at my home to pick up the car. After approval, I recieved cash in hand.The tow truck driver was super nice, helpful and professional. From start to finish it was an easy and smoothe process. I was very pleased and will definitely use their services again in the future if ever needed.

Aside from the fact that my engine on my Hyundai (won't buy one again) went out, and that I kept my car in good condition with repairs and regular maintenance it was hard to let it go for only $850, but given the alternative-which was essentially no alternative, I looked up 3 different salvage companies and got 3 different quotes--with Clunker coming in at the top. I too, was concerned they would arrive and back out of their offer but the tow guy, came and hooked up my car and presented me with the initial amount agreed on and I signed over my title and off he went. Everything pretty much went like clockwork, and for that I'm grateful. If I recall correctly, this company has an A+ with the BBB--FYI.

My experience today was great! I contacted CJ on 1/24 before a big winter storm hit, and the truck was picked up on 1/29. Communication was easy! Transferring the vehicle to them was easy! And I was paid on-site after it was inspected!

I would give 10 stars if I could, I also called another place who offered me $120 for a 2007 still drivable Silverado, these guys gave me $720, I called on Saturday, they picked it up on Monday! The Clunker Junker company is very convenient. I didn't realize it is a company that has different local companies they work with, but it still was pretty easy. We communicated through texting. Excellent service. Easy and honest. I put my old car information on the online form and an offer came up immediately. Once i confirmed my acceptance of the offer. A follow-up email confirmed the time for pickup a few days later. The driver called me the day before to confirm the time. On the agreed upon day, the driver showed up on-time with a check for the agreed upon offer in hand. I gave him the keys and he hooked up the old car and drove it away. Quick and without hassle.

For a couple of months we have been trying to research and sell our car and we discovered 2 companies that gave the best offers for our old car. Clunker Junker and Cash for Cars. Clunker Junker had the highest offer for the car and it is about $2500. So I did all that the steps that was required for the offer to be accepted and waited about a couple of days and our car was picked up by CoPart and the driver gave us a check while we gave our keys and the title. The check takes about a day or two to deposit. We did have issues with waiting for their calls. So you have to pick-up to make sure to connect with the company and driver to ensure smooth and a successful transaction. Will definitely use their company again in the future. Thank you!
