INSTANT perfection!!! Luis who I spoke with, and Christian, my car's chauffeur for the trip, 😁are friendly and comforting, yet professional. My car decided she was tired and went to sleep, lol, everything shut down. I was able to make it to the side of the road, and with a brief description, Luis knew where I was! Minutes later Christian showed up! Completely impeccable, unlike any other tow service I've used in the past. Will keep their number in my phone!!!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this towing company. From start to finish, everything was unprofessional and frustrating. The driver showed up extremely late with no communication or updates, leaving me stranded and unsure if help was even coming.
When they finally arrived, the attitude was rude and dismissive, like my situation was an inconvenience. They handled my vehicle carelessly, which made me worried about potential damage. On top of that, the pricing was way higher than what was originally quoted, with vague explanations for the extra charges.
Customer service was no better—trying to get answers or resolve anything felt like a waste of time. Overall, this company lacks basic professionalism, reliability, and respect for customers. I would not recommend them to anyone and strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you want dependable service.
Met with Colton and the level of professionalism is top tier. He made sure I was taken care of and making sure my property didn’t have any unwanted cars. Thank you Colton for your services.
These people sell cars and finance too ,my experience is great with them ...and hopefully for the next two years ...i had a issue with a car i was looking at as it was my first time financing a car ,and the sales person was extremely patient i had many questions and pointed things out on the car and he answered my question or had a mechanic checked ...after I purchased the car some issues came up with the car ..which wasnt there fault at all or even the cars ...just basic wear and tear ...so he helped me and got me into a malibu and let me say ...best thing that ever happened...he sells cars for the price that gives u expectations in condition and he finances really nice cars ....
These people are horrible!! Predatory towing cars that were flooded during hurricane!! Ruthless. My car was towed from complex parking lot that was on the water, obviously flooded and most people evacuated!! I did get my money back after much fighting from property manager that had told them Not to tow anyone on the property snd then I personally had to fight to get the check!!!

They tow my work truck and when I went to pick it up had a flat tire...they told me to move it out of the gate or they will charge me extra for storage.
Employees should not be working with the public they're rude discourteous and arrogant you're already in a bad mood for having your car towed you shouldn't have to deal with people like this on top of it
Commtow is full of good people, they have a tough job. People get mad at them, but it is usually their own fault if they wind up here.

CommTow is not known for good service or good reviews. However, this location has more to offer than your towed car recovery. There is a Budget Truck Rental as well as a used car dealership. You can get some really good deals on the vehicles on the lot. It appears the sales guy is pretty straight forward with the mechanical issues associated with the car before your purchase. If your in need of a car with low payments, easy terms, and a small down payment. It may be a good option, and they will work with you on your payments if your late... communicate!! (I am not a customer, just an observation analyst)
I had a car towed and was given a price to pick up. When I got there the price was much higher. They said I missed a pick up time. I never had a pick up time and no calls to corporate were returned. Stay away1
