The service was great. The company came and did a professional job moving my car and transporting it to the auto shop great company great workers great personalities!
There are bad companies, and then there are those who go out of their way to be really bad… Owning old cars, towing services are not uncommon for me. But this company took the better part of 8 hours to deliver my car, from the moment they called me to let me know they would be on their way within the hour (took them documented 3.5 hours to pick the car up), to dropping it off 50 miles and another 4.5 hours later WITH my car. I had to call the police to see if they could get involved. Every time I called, I would be told a different city (even one farther than pick up some 3 hours after), but the car would be arriving 25-30 minutes. After one too many of these disingenuous, deliberate lies, the genius on the other side of the phone replied “Hey, bro… this is Miami - that’s how we do it here.”
If multiple calls over an 8 hour period where they had my car for 4.5 hours was not bad enough, they used chains to restrain my car and to no one’s surprise, caused damage to my car so severe, that it removed all layers of paint where they decided to restrain that portion of the car.
These people and the company are pure garbage. I am absolutely positive what happened to me is not an isolated incident and they should have their towing license revoked. I would not trust them to transport a BMX bicycle. I have proof of everything so I hope they respond so I can then show the public what kind of deceitful, malicious people own and run the company.
I got a flat tire on Friday, Mercedes Roadside assistance hired them to transport the vehicle to the dealer. They ended up keeping the car till Monday because they weren't "opened" on the weekends. Roadside assistance requested to have the vehicle released 4 times. Even sent another towing company and they still wouldn't release it. Now they are charging outrageous fees in order to have the vehicle released. They literally kept my car hostage for the whole week. Now ive been without a car going on 4 days for a FLAT tire. Customer service at Treasure towing was horrible. I spoke to the Director of Operations, and he was not helpful at all. Asked to speak to his supervisor and i was told that he wasn't allowed to give out that information.
The best service fast and reliable, as a Truck Driver want to say that de Tow truck driver he showed some great skills communication and the work he was done . Professionalism. Respect for this company well recommended .
Despite the situation, using this tow service was a very pleasant experience! Noah was patient, polite, he maintained good communication throughout the ordeal, and the wait time was reasonable. I would definitely recommend!
I got stuck with my motorcycle and I called Treasure Towing to come pick me up in the middle of the night. Adam answered the phone and gave an extraordinary service. Totally happy with their customer service. Very good professionals.
My car died at the Miami airport. After giving up on AAA I found Treasure towing and they were wonderful. The dispatcher was so nice and he got me a tow -during Friday, rush hour - in 30 minutes. The driver, Keith, was an expert, a wonderful driver and very very nice. I know who to call if I ever get stuck again.
Worst company ever they tell you will arrive withing 30 to 60 minutes and after 2 hours plus of waiting you call yhem and they hadent even Dispatch the tow truck. This company dont deserve to be in business
Tow processed at 823am. 1125am no one here. All updates from this company were bulls$$. "20-30mins", "60mins", "there was a problem w your truck", "we only have one driver today". They could not be honest once. Being straight up and giving information instead of lies would have made this all a non-issue.
I've wasted my morning waiting for these people. Horrific and typical miami stuff.

I broke down in front of the airport! My husband found treasure on Google and Noah was so helpful. He even got the truck there super quick at no extra charge (even though we offered to pay more to get out of this stressful situation). The driver was really nice and so fast. This could have been a really unpleasant day but Treasure really blessed us which made this a really nice memoty. Hope I never need them again but I would definitely use them and recommend to friends
Everything was fine until I found out that after the tow the tow truck driver broke my inner tie rod. The steering wheel doesn't turn the front axle. I don't know where he hooked on at the bottom of the car but that definitely cost me.

Very responsive and kind place. My car was towed due to the flood in April and all communication was easy and straightforward. Fortunately was able to retrieve personal belongings and was helped by a kind man. Should you need a tow, give them a call. Easy location right off 95 in Miami
Was stranded on the side of the turnpike so I contacted multiple towing companies and there company was the most responsive. Treasure towing responded in a timely manner. They offered reasonable pricing for the distance I was going. I would definitely recommend them to long or short distant towing.
Please beware. This towing service was supposed to tow my car to an auto repair in Wellington, FL. Apparently this never happened. When I followed up, they had taken my car to a lot in Miami, over an hour away from my home. They acknowledged the mistake and offered to bring my car to my house so that I could gather my belongings. I thought that would suffice given the convenience they offered. The next day they informed me that they would not he bringing my car because they couldn’t anymore. If I wanted me stuff, I would need to take a 3 hour round trip to their lot. Mind you I don’t even have a car at the moment. I would strongly advise using a different company unless you want empty promises and your car to end up whenever they put it with no say in the matter. Seriously one of the worst services I’ve ever gotten.
PS- the good reviews they have, are likely from fake accounts. I have tried to reach out for their experience and they lead to dead ends
My insurance company found them after recent flooding… they were able to get the car away even after I sought higher ground snd helped me retrieve my belongings inside even when keys failed
10/11. Yesterday, Nick from treasure towing was dispatched to us all the way from Miami to Dania Beach. He was a huge help, he brought us out of our flooded car and put it on his flatbed. He then also helped someone else, which is a true representation of his character. He is an awesome dude, and he really went the extra mile by bringing us home in the flooded waters and watched us to make sure we got into our homes safely. He refused to take any extra tip too. God Bless you Nick, you really saved us. 11/10, if you need towing, get it from these guys!!

I can’t thank treasure towing enough, I was in a bad accident stuck on the 95 , in a dangerous spot, the driver from treasure towing arrived within 15 min and got me to safety. They drove me home and delivered my car directly to the repair shop. I’m very pleased with their response time and empathy. I highly recommend them, I’m super happy with their service! :)
