I had the best experience today at NAPA in Homestead the sales person was so knowledgeable, personable, polite and friendly. I bought a commercial battery, and gave her the wrong size when I got back to my shop I had given her the wrong measurements, I called her she said no problem bring it back and we will get the proper one, she was so kind and gracious her name is B Gibson I think. She’s a diamond of a sales person. Thanks for listening and I will be back there thank you again
I went there friday for my wife toyota chr needed battery i read online that they change your battery if you ask. I asked employee if he can change it he said no company policy.they cant even help you per employee. They gave me some old tools for me to do it. Next time ill go to autozone this place sucks
Great knowledgeable staff, more parts for more cars, and a bunch of other stuff too! And now they can help you with all of your Milwaukee tool needs with a great selection on hand!
Out of all the places that sell car parts this is the only place that we actually like because they have the best prices and the quality of the parts are better than the other places. My Grandfather knows many of the staffs here and they are amazing, especially when you create a solid friendship with these people. Always preffered this place over the other auto part stores.
Been going to Napa for decades, between Ron and Olella their expertise is bar none. Specifically Olella, her help never goes unnoticed. She goes above and beyond insuring that my orders are correct and up to par.
I wish I could of given this store negative stars, but, to post a review, you have to select at least one star, Geez..The Napa store in Homestead, Florida on Mowry drive has a short, white American, old timer counter worker there, who wears glasses, who takes care of his own, instead of telling them to wait on line like everyone else does.
Horrible experience with salesman Fernando! Actually refused to honor battery warranty despite presenting him with original receipt showing battery was only 18 months old with 3 year warranty (gold). Fernando said I had to return battery to store where it was originally purchased (18 miles away). Called next day, Sunday, to pick up battery and get warranty refund at another location, thankfully a better salesperson answered and said I can come in and she would honor warranty. Apparently, Fernando is known to frequently and willfully refused proper customer care. Why has he not been dismissed? Thank you Maylen for your superb assistance in what should've been done the previous night. Cost me a second trip and time wasted from my weekend but at least I got my money back. Stay clear of Fernando! Hopefully management takes care of this problem for everyone's sake.
