I was on my way to work on the FL Turnpike, when my car suddenly overheated to 120 degrees and the car message system informed me that I needed to shut the engine off immediately! I turned off at the next exit and pulled into a Motel 6 parking lot right off the exit. Randomly, a City Tow flatbed was there in to tow an Amazon van! I called the number on the side of the truck and 20 minutes later, Frank was there to rescue me and take me back home. Once home, my hubby figured out that it was a loose radiator hose that allowed my engine coolant to dump out. He fixed it and got me back on the road to get my business back on the road! But I can’t say enough about Frank and City Towing! I got amazing, fast, competent, and (BTW) cool service, which enabled me to keep my day in forward motion… even though I had to go back home to get my day rocking into Take Two: Pam going to Broward to conduct business! I cannot endorse them enough!!

To the gentlemen that answer the phone this morning thank you again you were amazing even with my misinformation you were able to help me the peace of mind I need with no hassle or gimmicks. The driver didn’t even acknowledge me. Then he asked if I knew how to open the hood. After he was finished. He went to close the hood leaving the cap off my battery.

Aside from the mechanical issues and the frustration of being stranded and towed by City Tow, what truly stood out was Francisco.
Despite the 1 hour and 45 minutes in traffic, he remained calm, professional, and genuinely kind. His relaxed conversation turned a stressful situation into a much more manageable experience. His patience and attitude made all the difference.
If I have the possibility to put nine stars I will definitely do it. Flatter 4hs of waiting, they cancel the service and they didn’t answer my call anymore
The driver arrived promptly as per the estimated time I was provided when I requested the tow. The driver was polite, efficient and ensured I received my receipt after payment. The price was also reasonable. I highly recommend City Tow.
An amazing company who got me a driver/operator fast. Really fast. Driver just blew my mind he was so good and fast. My bus is huge and sat very low to the ground. He worked a lot of miracles to get me to the shop. I was stunned at the price when I first heard it. Then when I saw what he had to do I understood and had no problem whatsoever with the price. The actual tow itself was only about 10% of the work.

Just disa[ppointed that the cab only had room for one passenger, we were 2 people so we had to organize an uber to take us home and did not know where the Car was being taken, especially as the Body shop had closed by the time Progressive found us a tow company that actually came - eventually. We were waiting over 2 hours for a tow truck, the first vendor did not turn up and then cancelled after waiting over an hour.
We were stuck roadside in a 40ft. bus. City absolutely provided 100% great service. They came quite a distance, late in the evening, and then had to make a temp repair for the bus to roll. Additionally, Joel towed us and placed us like a true professional. Very happy with their service and care of our motorhome. Thank you Joel.
My car needed to be towed to the shop from my home. I scheduled it online the night before, thru my insurance.
The gentleman that came to pick it up was very professional and knew what he was doing. Within a few minutes he had the car on the flatbed and was on his way to the shop.
Since I had coverage from my auto insurance, I didn’t have to pay anything.
The young man that came was wonderful; did the hand charger but it was not charged but then quickly jumped me with

Driver communicated well. Found location quickly. Knew the requirements of towing an electric 4WD. The egress was a tight space. The driver planned ahead and proceeded carefully.
My bumper was stuck on top of a screw that came out of the wheel/park stopper. I was panicking but Francisco arrived 7 minutes after I placed the service call and fixed it so fast. He even popped the hood to ensure that my radiator and all else wasn’t affected. Thank you so much!!
Excellent service, wait was a little long but rescuer went above and beyond to help me since I just had Total hip replacement and was going to the pharmacy. He even towed the car to the dealership. I didn't get the driver's name but kudos to him.
