On a trip in south Florida, had a flat came into the shop. Turns out the rim was bent so they recommended a wheel repair place in Miami and charged us nothing to diagnose. Great service, great place.

I came into Firestone in Homestead to replace the tires on my antique 1978 Chevy Corvette Anniversary Edition, and the experience was outstanding.
Right away I was greeted by the front desk team, and I was lucky to work with Eddie again. Eddie previously helped my 2007 Toyota Tacoma run better even with 300k+ miles, and this visit was the same energy: great hospitality, clear guidance, and he genuinely cared about putting me in the best option for my car.
When it was time for the install, Eddie introduced me to one of their master mechanics, Angel (aka “The Immortal”). Angel was straight to business—no wasted time, no shortcuts—just focused, professional work done the right way. Once everything was set, he shared his passion for older vehicles and gave me helpful preventative maintenance advice so my Vette can stay “immortal” too. That’s when his nickname made perfect sense.
I’m grateful to have met people like Eddie and Angel. They made the whole experience smooth, respectful, and positive. Highly recommend this Firestone location.
I arrived as a walk in expecting to wait for a while. But Frank took great care of me. i was not there long at all and I put in a inquiry for some other tires that i am interested in . Just waiting for Frank to let me know if he can ge them. Great service Keep up the good work

I had a great experience at Firestone. After getting an oil change done at a different place, I noticed an oil leak. I brought my car to Firestone, and they quickly found the issue and replaced a small copper cap/seal near the oil. They fixed the problem right away and were professional, honest, and easy to work with. I really appreciated how helpful they were and how smoothly everything was handled. I would definitely recommend them.
Frank was amazing. He got me in quickly, put new tires on my car and had me out the door headed to work in about an hour. Amazing and I won't use anyone else other than Frank and Firestone. Thank you so very much.

Went on a Tuesday morning; got alignment, tire rotation, oil change, fuel system and brake fluid service. Was in and out in under 2 hours. Very reasonable and friendly service. Very appreciated.
In November 2024 I purchased a tire from Firestone, they installed the wrong tire unbeknownst to me. Fast forward to November 2025 my mechanic shop was doing some work on my car and they informed that one of my tires was the wrong size. I knew I purchased the tire from Firestone, I still had the receipt, but it was now a year and a couple weeks from the original purchase date in 2024. I went to Firestone anyway with the receipt and explained the situation to them that they had installed the wrong tire in 2024. I spoke with Frank, the manager, he acknowledged it was their mistake and offered to install the correct tire free of charge. I realize Firestone could have declined to correct the mistake since it had been a little over a year since I purchased the tire. Frank, however, was very professional, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout the entire process from beginning to end. Thanks again Frank, I appreciate everything you did, keep up the good work.

Frank From Firestone In Homestead, Was Really Great. Came In In A Bit Of A Hurry For An Alignment & He Took Care Of Me As There Was Only One Car Before Me. I Explained That I Had To Be Up In Miami By Noon & He Was Very Considerate & Assured Me They Will Be Able To Finish In Time. Great Customer Service.
Fast Eddie saved the holiday! Last-minute flat tire, nobody else in town had the right size, and he came through like a legend. Give that man a raise and a Christmas bonus!
Needed a tire fast. Called Firestone late in the afternoon and Eddy told me to come on down and he'll help me out. Got there and Eddy was great. Got me the tire I needed and out of there within a hour. Great service . Will definitely be back.
Great customer service! I needed an oil change and I decided to call this location. Eddy answered the phone and got me in for an oil change immediately with no wait times. No hidden fees, he told me the price upfront and they completed the service in under 40 minutes. Also gave me some recommendations for future services. Good people working here!

My daughter was quoted 1 price by 1 associate. She confirmed the price. For 4 new tires with an alignment, only to make it to the appointment at 8am to be told no your appointment is at 9 after being texted a number of times that we had an 8am appointment. But it only gets better
Gentlemen you tried to service us mentioned a price $400 more than we were quoted over the phone. Sounds like the classic bait and switch sounds like something the #floridaattorneygeneral may need to look into this. Looking to also reach out to the #BBB
Great e experience I called five shops and no one knew what they were talking about especially tire kingdom. Unlike those other five shops, this Firestone knew exactly what tires I needed and understood exactly that my car was a diesel. A model that the other dealers could not seem to find. They took care of my car quickly and were very pleasant.
Eddie and Jorge were amazing to work with — genuine professionals who truly care about their customers. They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me peace of mind throughout the process, and made sure my vehicle was in perfect shape before I left. This place is terrible. I had gone to this location for years, but in the last couple of years its been a nightmare. They told my daughter that she needed tires, which she did not and took advantage of her. Then they did not align my wife's car correctly and had her believing it was something else, until she took it to a mom and pop shop were they told her the alignment was the reason, and now the car drives perfectly. Then to top it all off we are leaving on a long road trip and go to get my new tires that I purchased there about 6 months ago, and they tell me that all the shaking I was feeling was from 2 bent rims. So I went and bought wheels before my trip. Guess what, when I took it to the wheel shop they said who told you that. They just didn't balance it right. The Firestone crew had it twice and the manager assured in writing that the rims were bent. So I spent all this time and money for BS. Then you would think that an area or regional manager would call after I called cooperate, they did not. This establishment needs to be shutdown. From now on all my money goes to local shops. If I can give them a minus I would.

Awesome helpful staff, I came in for a set of Brand new tires. I didnt have to wait, they had the tires already in stock. They were straight to the point, no funny games. Great price, comfortable waiting room. New tires ride great and are quiet on the road. Definitely coming back. Thank you
Just got all 4 tires replaced and these guys were awesome. It was my first time having to do this so had lots of questions and wanted to understand the process and more about how tires work. They happily answered all my questions and even helped me reset my TPMS after the work was done. Definitely returning to this location for my car needs.
