The store and most of the staff were great, except for Danny. On the phone, Danny was rude and didn’t want to help when asked for assistance from team members. I’m sure the store would be better without Danny.
Not a bad place of business, always walk in and am attended with kindness and professionalism by staff I always have an issue with one individual named Kyle… I always believe in second chances but in this case on more then one occasion has sold me something wrong and or is constantly never sure about any questions I have. My last straw was when on a rainy day went in to buy wipers for one of my vehicles I wanted rain X.. upon getting home and going ahead and installing wipers I found they were Bosch…Furthermore I will not seek any help from this individual from this store again and will simply always seek help of other staff.
Very disappointed with my visit today. I came in just for a question and was standing by the front counter for over 10 minutes waiting to be helped. The phone was ringing non stop and a bigger line was forming behind me, to then find out that the female worker was sitting behind the counter the entire time completely ignoring my calls for assistance and the other customers. I was going to give a 1 star review for the unprofessional attitude of that rude female worker, however there was one other sales person that was stocking in the back that noticed what was going on after 10 minutes and he was very sweet and helped me with everything i needed, as well as the rest of the line all while his coworker sat behind the counter disregarding her job completely.
I came in a couple days ago to get a new battery for my car, and the manager Josh was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was quick and efficient in looking up the correct battery, and I was in and out of the store in like 5 minutes. Then, I had to come in a few days later to drop off the old battery, and also because I got a check engine light, and Aldo was very kind and pleasant to deal with as well. He quickly refunded me for my core, then he came out and scanned my car, and he even brought me back inside so he can give some print outs of what codes came up. The guys at this store know what they are doing, and they are very kind, professional, and easy to deal with. I’ll be coming back here for all my automotive needs 👍🏽
I just had a really bad experience on this store I went for a quick car scan and the guys in there didn’t had the best intentions in helping me Actually they didn’t, saying they couldn’t erase the old code stock on my car’s computer A guy named Joshua and another Aldo were very rude
Baught the wrong part at another oreillys I didn’t want a refund just store credit because store didn’t sell right part Josh store manager couldn’t find transaction so told me I’m out of luck I couldn’t get a credit or the right piece part was 200.00 I shop here all the time and I refuse to ever spend another dime here I went to another store and they gave me store credit this is Inlaw and u just customers should be protected when buying merchandise I thought we were ok and that just proved me wrong I’m glad someone helped me but kind of upset he didn’t help when he could have very dissatisfied expecailly with the amount of money I spend and the amazing relationship I
Have with the lower rank employees I believe this person manager should be coached on return policy
Was snow birding and headed home, the house batteries died in my RV. I just had rotator cuff surgery and couldn't even lift a battery. Josh the manager personally installed them for me and got me back on the road.
This location is the BOMB!!! Employees are extremely accommodating and professional. We had a brake issue on the way to Key West, stopped here, and purchased the parts for the repair. My husband changed out the brake in the parking lot. We were offered tools if needed. Thank you for your exceptional service .😁

As usual O'Reilly's has provided top notch customer service TOREY at the homestead location was the absolute best. He was very knowledgeable about any and everything I asked I came in with a bad cold not feeling well and he truly helped me to get the items I needed which made my day. This is the place is a a 5 Star parts store. The employees are trained professionally great customer service they know what they’re doing Adolfo the assistant manager is a five star employee truly dedicated and very knowledgeable willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I am truly blessed who found O’Reilly auto parts I would never go to AutoZone by any other of those franchise Poor service for those other places I give O’Reilly out of parts five star
My husband and I were at O’Reilly Auto Parts last week looking for a replacement battery for our motorcycle. We were well attended immediately and found what we were looking for.
Called ahead to see if they had an ACDelco battery to replace the one in my 2003 GMC. They were prompt in providing information. When I went into the store to buy the battery, I need to say they had excellent customer service.
Excellent. Saved me as I jeered a battery and was 50 miles from home. They had the exact one at fair price. My car is a firebird and the alternator stopped charging. They hooked me up with everything I needed. And my Car is in beautiful shape. Thank you Oriely Auto parts.
Kevin is the only competent employee . Had me in and out with in minutes. He gets five stars. Other employees told me they didn’t have the part in stock, because they wanted to juggle funnels instead. The fat guy with the corn rows, must fill an extra special quota, for dummies they have to hire according to state law.
I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts to purchase gear oil for my scooter. They sold me the wrong type so I came back on Tuesday. I entered the store and spoke to an employee show him my receipt and the oil I had and proceeded to walk to the oil section. I did not see what I was looking for so I went back to the counter spoke to another employee and he said they had nothing compatible to what I was looking for, then he asked me if I was going to buy the oil I had in my hand. I said no I bought it yesterday and showed him the receipt he said okay cool and so I left out the store. I put the receipt in the oil under my seat got on to my scooter and made a phone call. While I was on my scooter talking on the phone a large heavy set employee came out and asked me aggressive Lee for the receipt and the bottle of oil. I asked him why after I have already shown it 2 different times in the store. He explains that it just so happens that he is missing a bottle of that oil and thinks that I may have stolen it. I gladly get off the phone unlock my seat show him the bottle of oil and my receipt and he just walks away. Now I'm not prejudiced and I'm not racist but I am white show it just goes to show that everybody gets discriminated on especially at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Homestead
The customer service is phenomenal and the store layout is very easy to navigate. Prices are comparable to ordering online minus the shipping and their loyalty program is better than most. I will definitely be coming here instead of ordering online and trying to figure out myself what I need.
I came here a few months ago to have my rotors resurface. Not only they did a bad job and the service was not great the person that did the job told me I have to deal with
Upon my visit I had an issue with my car and needed to get a replacement part. Jose the manager was able to help me and provided exemplary work and service with helping me get the correct part. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I very much appreciated Jose's service and would highly recommend that everyone go here for excellent customer service!
The staff is always professional, there is an older gentleman that makes you feel like he owns the store, he listens and everytime i go there he pretry much knows were is everything at, he is quick precise like if he knew the store from top to bottom, I blame myself for not learning his name. There is also a female that is also very good and can find anything on that system. Overall the store is neat and clean. However there is something that O'Reilly must do and Im sorry if you do and I have never asked (price match). Overall this store is a favorite and they carry lots of stuff.
