I had an amazing experience thanks to Austin H! I came in not totally sure what size windshield wipers I needed, and he went above and beyond to help me figure it out. He took the time to double-check the fit, explained the differences between the options, and made sure I left with the correct blades for both the driver and passenger sides. He even helped me grab the right washer fluid while I was there. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely great customer service. Employees like Austin H make a huge difference — I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service I received today!

That manager Dominga with the mustache really is on a crazy power trip lmao. Only autozone I’ve ever been to that made me push the cart myself to throw oil in the tank while she watches YOU pour the oil in the tank to see if it looks even a bit contaminated so she can reject it.
So guess what we just put the oils she didn’t want to take behind the dumpster. Screw her sorry for the people that have to work under her

Absolutely amazing service from Pedro M!! Needed the clamps for my battery and I didn’t know how to install. He happily offered to change it and clean it for me!!! Very nice and awesome!! :)

Austin did an awesome job with with helping me with my battery issues. He was able to help me swap out my bad battery for a new duralast gold battery. Austin switched out the old battery quickly and got me back on the road in no time. Thanks for the help!

I hate it when I go to a store and meet a once in a lifetime amazing employees and they leave. Alejandra helped me and my friends change our battery and she went above and beyond to make sure we were educated about possible things that was causing the battery to drain. Because of my costumer service experience with her, I won’t be going to advanced auto parts any more 🔥. Keep her. She is awesome🙏🏾🔥 She said she loves her Job and it shows with how she treats people
Dominga at Store 4839 was truly an angel. She helped my husband and I get back on the road after a wild night on the street behind the store. She didn't have the exact part but found something that worked well enough to get us going. We can't thank her enough for her help!!

Huges thanks to your dedicated employee Carlos who offered to help me when I found myself in a serious jam on 10/20! I started experiencing serious car problems unexpectedly when I went to start up my car after getting Jimmy Johns (next door to AutoZone). In a moment of panic, I ran into your store and started asking employees for help. It was ultimately decided Carlos was going to be most helpful. He came outside, looked under the hood and gave me his professional opinion. He was so kind answering all my questions and gave me some great advice! Today I had the pleasure of being served by the most amazing Auto Zone yet to come . Walking in the atmosphere was very customer friendly. From the gentleman in the gray polo shirts to the young lady in the gray polo shirts . Her name is Carol she happens to be the store manager and I must say her customer service skills are amazing.
