They not only had my part at a fair price but they use to have a mechanic on site and they repaired and installed the part for us!!! Would recommend them to any one looking for used parts for their boat! Great customer service!
There has never been a time when I interact with these very very kind people that I haven't walked away completely satisfied. Do yourself a favor and do business with these people prices are perfect the customer service is perfect everything is perfect about it. They have great knowledge and know how to run a business you're not like the big name companies around here.
These guys have helped me get back on the water a couple times. I got a starter from them. 8 months later it locked up. Called them to buy another one. Once they saw that I'd gotten it from them they replaced it for free.
Great place to get your outboard engine parts. Truly a hidden gem. They were very helpful with all of my questions and had exactly what I needed. Also they have great prices that won’t break the bank. I highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again.
Terrible experience, the parts were damaged in shipping due to poor packaging, these guys claimed the ups insurance and never came good for replacing/refunding for the parts. Took my money, and the ups insurance money and ran. Won’t return phone calls. Would never recommend buying from this company period.

They reply to this review. Admit they’re wrong doing. Say they can’t contact me yet they have my number and I have called them multiple times. I even co operated with there ups claim sending all necessary pictures to ups for their refund. Yet they still refuse to issue a refund/return of the item. It’s still sitting in the box ready to be shipped back. Please call or answer my calls if your planning on making this right.

This is a great place for used OEM motor parts. Especially if you don't want to pay the high prices of new OEM parts. Their parts can be purchased on eBay.

These guys bailed me out HUUUUGE with my carburetors. They dont make certain carbs for my boat anymore and these guys had a set off a diffrent named motor and they searched parts and numbers to find out that these would work on my motor and the did!!! Bailed me out from having to sink my boat ? saved my boating

I found this place online and I was so impressed with their prices and inventory that I just had to talk my husband into going there in person to see exactly what they had that could help us rebuild our Yamaha outboard. We drove over an hour to get there and it was worth every mile. I hate to give away our secret outboard shop but they deserve to be noticed! They were extremely helpful!
I had an issue that clearly happened during shipment. I offered to ship the product back however they didn’t have another one in stock. So the gentleman gave me my money back. And told me hold onto the part anyway. Too bad most companies are not reputable like that anymore. Also every time I called I was able to get a hold of someone and that’s big in today’s times. I live in Wisconsin and found them on the web. Was really unsure of unit fitment but after talking with them and they doubled check all the numbers to ensure it was a good fit. They shipped it from Florida to Wisconsin and the unit arrived in good condition with no damage from shipping. I finally installed it and I'm happy to say the lower unit works just fine. Thank you!!!!!!!
I bought a lower unit from them and a few things went wrong but they made it right great people to deal with and I highly recommend them and I will be doing more businesswith them

Went there because Paul had a boat for sale on Craigslist.
Went there Saturday 6/23/2018 with my wife Rita.
After checking out the boat we made a deal for $6000 cash which I had with me.
There were a couple of minor things wrong with the boat and he agreed to fix them.
He told me the boat would be ready Tuesday because he had to register the trailer on Monday which was not registered.
We shook hands and even got a tour of his place and sat around his new boat talking for awhile.
Sunday he called me to tell me that he was on my boat for one last time and that I and my grand children were going to love it and what a great boat it was.
Monday came at 3:30 pm I decided to call to see if he had registered the boat.
He calmly told me he had just sold my boat. I thought he was kidding. He assured me he wasn't. He said someone offered him $500 more so he sold it to them.
Paul's word means nothing. He is not a man of integrity. If he would do this to me then what is he capable of doing to you.
Not someone that can be trusted. His word is only worth $500.
