You need to give mr Alfredo a raise and make him general manager because he will fix the issues caused by all the other team members and not even blink when issues happen . He’s a good man who needs a raise
Had a bad experience at first, got a used part, and then got the wrong part, but this management team knows how to run a business. I was upset, they handled my frustration professionally and found solutions to issues that really weren't their location's fault, but the part storage facility. Manager (rick or Ken, can't remember) went above and beyond to get me the correct part and even ordered both the models it could be just in case. Effectively enough, this forethought saved the day and I was able to get the part installed just in time for my trip. HUGE thanks. Happy new years. Great team at the Dunnellon location.
Jessie is the Man, checked my battery, it was bad. He recommended what battery was best for my vehicle and showed me my options. Then he had it changed for me in under a half hour. Thank you so much Jessie!!!
The manager Carl was extremely helpful and kind, he took his time to help figure out the issue with my vehicle then GAVE us a battery! I have so much gratitude to give being me my 1 yo son, my mom and sister all rely on this one vehicle, thank you so much again!
We stopped for a headlight bulb, and the young man there was super helpful and changed it for us while showing me how it was done. Highly recommend this store.
NAPA auto parts sent me here because I wanted to know what type of fuse to put in my vehicle.
The gentleman told me that most cars use mini fuses, but I told him I needed a low profile fuse. I asked him if he could check my account to see if it would fit my vehicle as I’ve made many purchases at different stores across the country.
Apparently, this store cannot tell you what type of fuse to use on your vehicle.
Even Walmart tells you if your vehicle is compatible or not. Definitely hope that young man has a better day.
My check engine light came on so I went to O'Reilly's to get a read out on the problem. Staff gave me tip to solve problem and it all took less than 10 minutes. I will come back for parts when needed. Very pleased with service.
In our area O'Reilly Auto Parts is the best every time, and the people that work at this store are great. They go the extra yard to get ya what ya need
O'Reilly's is always pretty good some people don't know what they're talking about but they have them working in there anyways but you find that everywhere so it is what it is you just have to be patient and try to be respectful to the ones that don't really know what they're doing but other than that O'Reilly's is really nice to me

We have had the worst experience in this store. the manager Alfredo and another of the employees who told us not to buy in the store again. All because we bought an alternator for the car that broke the day after putting it in. They checked my battery themselves and told me that it was perfect and that the problem was the alternator. I bought it on Tuesday and on Wednesday the car died on the street with my baby inside. The alternator had a horrible burning smell and was delivering fewer amps than it should. It turns out that I am going to return what I bought and they tell me that they cannot refund the money or give me a new one because they have to see it working in the car. How am I going to bring the car if it doesn't work? I called customer service and they contacted the store and asked them to give me a new one right away. It turns out that they gave me one that doesn't work in my car and I had to return it. At that point they gave me my money back and told me not to come back again. when we have a merchant account with them and we have always bought everything there. His words were: don't come back and do no more business with us. I'm so upset that they were so unprofessional because they could have done that from the beginning and they just didn't want to do it. In the end I ended up buying the part at advanced auto parts and they explained everything to me very cordially and I give them 5 stars for their attention.
Anytime my husband needs parts for our vehicles, this store normally has them in stock. If we have to order the part online it's never a long wait. The staff is normally very knowledgeable and helpful.
James and Carl were instrumental in helping my broken down car get to where it needed to go. Their knowledge of the vehicle and their kindness in allowing me to use their lot kept me from losing my mind. Thank you so much, I'm forever grateful!
The staff here know their stuff and are so wonderful. We went to 2 other places trying to get parts, other places didn't come look at our custom car, but the guys here did. They also understood that you can look things up via a part number not just the male and model.
Anyone with an older car, unique car, or antique don't go anywhere else.... just go straight to O'Reilly.

I have been to this O'Reilly auto parts twice and both times where ok but nothing special. One time they had the part and another time they didn't but overall it always looks like they have a decent inventory on hand.
