Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with the daytime Driver’s attitude when I called was absolutely disrespectful.
The way he spoke to me while we were on the phone, making very rude Comments absolutely blows my mind. You can definitely tell it was about to be the end of his shift because he was looking for any and every excuse to not perform the service. I will say that the evening driver that I dealt with was very polite and very apologetic, but that does not change the original driver.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Called for a tow and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude the entire time, definitely did not receive my business.

Pulled me and my work truck out of sugar sand on W English lane (drivers beware). Tracy was awesome, he got out to me as soon as possible, and was able to get me out in a timely manner despite the inclement weather. 10/10 Would recommend.

The person behind the desk who was dealing with me was very rude and condescending to me and my brother. My driver's license and other important documents are in the vehicle. I had my brother go get my important documents and driver's license out of the vehicle. They had me on the phone but yet they would not let my brother take it without my permission so I had to text him and give him my permission which makes no since then they were still rude to me. I do not recommend this business
I was so impressed with Bernard at Precision towing I had already called him. Then I had an emergency with my daughter in Orlando she was admitted to the hospital ! Bernard his crew let me tell u never had anyone show up not just on time but early. Got my car to my house. AND was able to open the doors. I was so impressed. And that he did it while I was in Orlando. Thank you Bernard you guys are the best ever definitely gonna recommend you to all my family and friends !! Thanks for the amazing everything !!!!! 5 stars easy !!!!!! ?
Got stuck around midnight and my insurance said they had no one available until maybe in the morning. Called Precision and was helped out by Tracey. Mad friendly and knowledgeable guy. Got me out on the first try. Thanks again!
My son‘s car broke down on the way to work and Tracey was amazing at being able to get there quickly and make sure the whole process was wonderful. Would definitely use them again as they were incredible to work with.

I have to personally apologize to the owner of this company because I was out of line over things he really had no control over and I had very little knowledge about current law. After my son was in an accident- My car was towed to his business. Not knowing things have changed over the years in regards to handing over the title to a vehicle- that their legally bound to do things in a certain order- I was a little more than mean and in the wrong. I understand I am 100% responsible for those fees and will be paying them once I have the finances to do so. Steve was very patient with me and even put up with my anxiety episode. I am ashamed because he definitely did not deserve that and still was calm and respectful even when I was not. This is in no way an attempt to get out of my obligation but to let others know this company is very professional and they handle themselves well. It's a hard job and I should have listened rather than jump to conclusions.
We got stuck in one of the backroads, we thought we were stuck in sand but actually we were nosed into some rocks and could not move. Called Tracey, answered right away, got our location, gave us a careful estimate based on our story. Told us exactly how far away he was, arrived promptly. Told us his plan and executed it carefully so as not to damage our car. And then followed us to our destination to make sure we were ok. We were so happy that someone like Tracey could help us!
Would highly recommend their service. Was stuck in sand and was helped by Tracey - who is such a nice guy. He showed up in no time and did a great job of communicating what his plan was before touching my vehicle. His top priority was to ensure it wouldn't be damaged, which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable as well. 10/10

Absolutely amazing. I was grateful enough to have Tracey pick up my boyfriend’s truck after he was in an accident. He was extremely caring and careful with his vehicle and had it picked up and delivered to the house within an hours time from my phone call. I will recommend them for everything!! Tracy was amazing getting me n my family out of sugar sand after being stuck for hours coming from out of town with little ones n my daughter. He made sure i made it to the road safely. I appreciate him so much after having AAA n others tell me they couldn't help me after waiting over 6 hrs since 1:30pm.

Our car’s battery was completely dead after Hurricane Milton, and so options were already limited in getting our car fixed so we could return home. Precision Towing’s pricing was reasonable, they were quick to arrive and were able to transport our car to a local auto shop without issue. We were incredibly grateful for the service we received, and believe future customers are in good hands.
Tracey rescued me tonight and got me back on the road, after my van decided KP hole park was to nice to leave. Thought I needed a jump, turned out not to be the issue, however Tracey troubleshot and figured out my problem and still got us back on the road.

I needed tow service and called another service who gave me an estimated time of arrival, but never showed. When contacted, they acted as if they never agreed to the tow though I received text messages with ETA and tracking. Precision towing was then called. The ETA was given, and Tracey called me directly letting me know he was in route. He arrived at the stated time. He was efficient and quick. After 5 hours of being broken down, and it being 1030 at night, I was trying to arrange pick up from the drop location. Tracey got me to my home, dropped my vehicle and my keys in the drop box. I cannot say how much this helped me. It was wonderful to receive such personal service and to have someone go the extra mile. I wish I had contacted Precision Towing first. I highly recommend using their services
Jeep broke down and my favorite tow driver was busy. He recommended Presicion. Tracey answered and added humor to the situation which was needed. Super pleasant guy to talk to. Ever have the kind that act like they wish you didn't call or you woke them up? Not Tracey. The boss needs to keep this employee as he is an asset to the company.

Contacted precision directly as I was cold and tired of waiting and the driver Tracey was on the ball and had my truck sitting at the service shop within an hour. I had a bad tire blow out Friday evening, and had a terrible experience with another tow company based in Ocala. After having my time wasted for days after repeated broken promises and no-shows, instead I reached out to Precision Towing who were able to help me in a very quick period of time. In particular, the driver Tracey went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was well taken care of, and quickly taken to my preferred repair shop in town. Their prices are very competitive and I would greatly recommend Tracey and Precision Towing for anyone in need, and they are an amazing and very reliable company to have in this area.
I normally don’t like writing reviews however Tracey Cook went above and beyond helping me when AAA failed miserably. He was kind and polite a rare things these days and was eager to help. If I ever need a tow In the dunnelon area again I’d call them first
They helped us when we were in dire need of help.. the gentleman in the towing truck, Tracey, was absolutely fantastic! It was a busy day, he was getting lots of calls, but he made sure we were taken care first. I could not recommend this guy more! Outstanding customer service and towing skills!!
