I desperately needed to shift an unserviceable vehicle from one place on my property to another to avoid a code violation warning, the squeeze was a little tight and precarious, the angles are odd, and honestly, the vehicle was becoming entrenched, but Scally's was there to help! The tow person they sent was insanely fast, brilliant at figuring every issue out and problem solving new ones as they arose, he was kind and professional, and did I mention fast!? All of this took maybe, MAYBE 15 minutes. On a personal level, I have been a complete wreck trying to move this stupid thing for a week and Scally's swept in and fixed everything in under 30 minutes. All that weight is gone now and it was making me terribly sick. I can finally get some sleep! Oh my gosh, Scally's crew, you just don't know how much you saved me today!

We own G&J Towing out of Melbourne, Fl. While doing an across state tow, we needed assistance from another rollback. Scally’s was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. It’s always a pleasure to work with another company that’s doing it right. Thank you Scally’s!

I went in for oil change today, in my opinion the price was a little high, $112.00 for full synthetic. I will say it was a Mercedes and it does take 8 quarts of oil. However, my floor mat wasn't protected from the mechanics filthy shoes and ended up with a very large black grease stain on it. You would think they could afford a piece of paper to keep my car clean. Also most places will show you the used parts like the filter when finished just as a courtesy, while writing this, I'm wondering if the filter was actually changed... I'm not happy and won't be going back.

Insurance tried to ask them to tow our vehicle. They doubled the miles so of course the insurance wouldn’t cover the whole thing. And upon trying to understand why it was excessive miles the guy got extremely frustrated hung up on me and canceled the request through the insurance! Such a jerk

We were rear ended today and called roadside assistance. We didn't even wait 20 minutes and they were there. Anthony was very Courteous and helpful to our needs. Very efficient at his job. We just wanted to say thank you for being so prompt and kind. Would definitely recommend.

I run a business that is busy. I need constant work on vehicles and equipment. Sometimes we need stuff completed in emergency fashion to complete a job. Shawn at Scallys had zero issue getting us done and out the door in an emergency. Fairly priced and with no stress. They are amazing and fair. Any vehicle issues call them. I recommend 100%.

door signage says they are open until noon on Saturdays and has two phone numbers to call if no one is in office. I arrived at 10:15am and no one was on property. Called one number never got an answer and the other is the call center for towing and even though the lady was very nice, she couldn't get anyone to come there and help me in my situation. I was there to pick up my fleet truck for my worker to complete a renovation job that day. I was told that they won't be open again until Monday, which made MY company look bad to MY customer! Take the signage and info OFF website so a customer can deal with them accordingly!!! The gentleman that helped me on Monday morning could have cared less when I explained my situation....not good customer relations for sure - will not be using them again!

As a retired Service Manager I feel compelled to comment on what may seem like small potatoes to some...but its a huge deal to me. I woke up with a flat tire on my Escalade. Decided to jack up the bohemoth and swap it out with spare...after about an hour of a seriously death defying task. I took the flat to Scalleys. $30 to patch a tire. Fine. Turned out it was an issue at the bead...and someone had applied bead sealer in the past...they cleaned the rim, applied bead sealer, still $30...im happy. At time of payment..I reluctantly asked if they could re-install the wheel (its a terrible task on your back with 22 inch wheels) no problem, they did it. Still $30...im thrilled! But heres the kicker! I get home, put on my worst clothes and go out to put the spare back under the suv...not only was the spare back in its proper place, all the tools designed by the Grim Reaper, to assist in your untimely death, swapping out a spare, we all neatly back in there bag where they started. KUDOS! Thats what seperates a "service center" from "repair facilty". Thats great service! I'll be a repeat customer...hopefully not too soon!

Towed our bus from Ocala and took the time to give feedback on what could be the issue. Brendan was right! We fixed the battery the next day and we’re back on the road. Thanks for quick efficient service!

The 2 drivers from scally's towing did an outstanding job at a great price. Had two 20' containers that needed to be moved an hr away and they did it no problem. Thank you Matt I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future

I encountered the Scally’s Towing due to an unfortunate circumstance with my family member. It actually left my family member in an unfortunate situation. But is on the roadway of healing. All I can say is Scally’s Towing was unaware of the entire circumstance but was professional and honest enough to help with understanding, understood my part communicating best I could. The arrangements they made will never go forgotten. Thank you! Your entire staff was friendly and attentive for I’m beginning to end.

They do not even deserve the one star it makes you put. This company came out to tow my neighbors truck. Upon arrival this truck went all the way into MY property, in my front yard, approximately 10 feet from my bedroom window, to reverse across the street. He tore up the terrain in my front yard and upon calling Scallys to notify them, the Manager Sean laughed in our face. This is unacceptable no matter how you try and justify. This company has no respect for others property and do not care if they destroy it. The will not apologize and fix the ruts along my front yard either. Beware of this shady company!!!

Very grateful for Sean, Kevin & the Scally's crew for helping me with my truck! They were able to get my injured tire repaired within the hour of me showing up & needing assistance. I was back on the road & heading to work, without the stress of my tire needing another plug or going flat. Very fair pricing, great customer service & I will definitely recommend them/return to their business if I'm in need. I appreciate you all for your swift service & helping me get to work, turning my Monday blue's around & my frown upside down.

My friends and I made the decision to stay at a local HipCamp site with our RV’s. When trying to situate the RV’s for the site, my friends RV buried to its frame in the sand (no exaggeration). We called Precision Towing, with big wreckers for semi-trucks, and they said they couldn’t help. They told us to try Scally’s and we’re so glad they recommended this company. Google said they were closed but we gave them a call anyway. Most wreckers operate 24 hrs so we tried and the wrecker portion of the business was operating. The driver showed up, with his sweet red headed wife (noted because I don’t know his name and he deserves recognition for this job), and he was driving a little wrecker for passenger vehicles. The RV that was stuck, buried to its frame from front to rear, was a diesel pusher - a 35,000 lb house on a semi truck frame. When the driver arrived, my friend and I looked at each other questioning who we’d called. That question would soon come to an end. In less than an hour the RV was free from its sand trap. During the process, the wrecker driver took obvious care in trying not to do any damage to the RV. It’s tough not doing damage to RV’s when involving wreckers because of how far the axles set from the end of the body. Bury one to its frame, where there’s nothing to access, and this chance of damage multiplies. Once out, the only damage was a small cracked portion of fiberglass and paint on the rear grill assembly. The driver felt so bad but, before he pulled us out, we actually thought we were going to end up with the need of significant body repair and this was avoided due to the care of the driver. People often leave bad reviews saying they wish they could leave “0” stars but in this case, five stars is not enough. We give this company a 10 out of five stars for quickness in arriving, quickness in getting us out of a bad situation, price of the job, professionalism, their care and concern to do the job without damaging the unit, and their ability to do a large job with a small piece of equipment (a job that another company with large equipment said they could not do). We HIGHLY recommend this company.

Excellent service! I have been to many car service places, and this one is above all the rest. The price is very fair and the owner really cares for his employees and it shows. This business has been there for 35 years. They really know what they are doing. Your car is in great hands. When we were traveling in our motor home from NY through Florida our tire blew out. Upon closer inspection, we decided to get all new tires. Scallys ordered our tires for us and put them on the very next day! They were very kind and very professional. We love our new tires! The owner and his daughter were very helpful. They have an amazing team!

Had to drop my truck off after hours Labor Day weekend. I knew it was a blown spark plug. They opened Tuesday was done by Thursday. I just had to wait my turn. Fortunately, I was not in a rush. They fixed the blown plug, but truck was running a bit rough. Service guy plugged in computer saw another plug was struggling. Fixed the other one on the spot. They charged for the part, not labor. I did not ask for that, but maybe they felt bad since it was missed. Everyone was super nice! I know it's hard to trust an industry when you are not familiar with vehicles. But the lady upfront was awesome. The guy (manager?) Next to her was just there to run a good business. The service tech was just GREAT. Nice and would show me the computer and what it was doing. I am new to the area and will be using Scallys! Hopefully just for oil changes!

Got a great price on tires. Knowledgeable staff considering i did not know the size of the tires. No sitting around waiting at the shop I was advised of the time it would take. I said I don't mind waiting unless you can take me to Walmart. So they did and I was able to do both errands at the same time. Very convenient.

Today I had to get my truck towed by AAA. They used scally's and I couldn't be happier. The gentleman who is driving the truck went above and beyond any tow truck driver I have ever experienced. He helped all of us get to where we needed to go, pulled my other vehicle to a place where I could access it out of the flooding in my yard and safely got my truck back. He refused any tip and said it was his good deed for the day. I was touched and extremely happy with this gentleman and the company's service if I could give more than five stars I absolutely would.

Been there many times. Always quality service! They won't fix what isn't ready to be fixed unless you tell them to. They don't try and gouge you. Today it's hard to trust a garage because everything is trying to sell you extra services and snake oils. They don't do that here. They also keep their equipment up to date. I've never experienced them being rude. I have seen 3 customers trying to talk to 1 employee while he's on the phone and trying to answer another line. So maybe there is a reason someone is being perceived as rude? I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended. Oh and their tow truck drivers have never been anything but nice and decent to me.

Scally's has always come to my rescue. They are honest and reliable. Their prices are very reasonable. If they don't have your parts in stock they will order them quickly. Their flatbed pickup of your car is exceptional. It's always there to help.

I was visiting the area from the other coast of Florida. My van wouldn't start so I was stranded. My husband called Scally's from our home on the other coast. One of their tow truck drivers was in my area, YEA! In just a few minutes Paul arrived. He was awesome! There was a lot of traffic and a lot of pedestrians in the area but Paul managed to maneuver that huge tow truck perfectly. He was very kind and professional. I have only this one experience with them, but it was a good one and I would use them again.
