I first visited Sound Playground about 2.5 years ago when I upgraded the sound system in my Lexus. Recently, I had a little issue with the subwoofer’s volume knob. It turned out my knee kept hitting it! I went back, and they didn’t just fix it, they did it free of charge. They explained what was happening, adjusted everything, and sent me on my way. I didn’t expect such honest, thoughtful service. If you want a place that actually cares about their work and their customers, this is it!

Jordan, Tyler and the team at sound playground took great care of me. I have a GMC truck and had a competitor install a Tesla screen and they did a horrible job half the functions weren't working. Jordan came in and fixed a problem under 1 hour and was very reasonably priced. He's earned my business for life. Don't take your vehicle anywhere else!

Speakers blew out after 2 days. Didnt touch the knobs or anything but don’t know it was entirely their fault or the manufacturers from skar audio. They finished the wiring in about 15 minutes. But chunko was nice.

Had a blown speaker on my truck, called Sound Playground and they had an appointment available next day. Showed up to appointment and both front speakers were replaced in 30 min! Sound quality is great, as well as the warranty. Couldn’t recommend anyone better to do the job. Also, $75-$100 more affordable than quotes I got from 2 other places who couldn’t see me until late next week. Can’t beat going local!

When into the store for a touch screen radio and install. They ignored me for the first 5 to 10 mins with no other customers in the store. The the woman quoted me an insane amount of money! Won't do business there ever!

If you need an interlock device DONT GO HERE. Haven't had the device 3 weeks and ive had 3 visits. 7 hours. And im in the driveway locked out because they don't know what they're doing!!!!!!! Updated post. Almost fried my computer with their terrible wiring.

They knowledgeable, and very professional in conducting their business. I'm dealing with them on an Interlock issue and the level of service and genuine care for me is beyond words. And while dealing with my issues I over hear their conversations with there sound clients. It's amazing, you tell them make and model of your car and they don't go to the computer of manual. They dive right into the issue and diagnosis a problem, suggest options etc. It truly has been a pleasure dealing with Sound Playground and when my Interlock issue is resolved, I'm having them install my new radio system. Very satisfied

srop in to up grade the radio in my 2nd car. Joanne is great knowledgable and friendly. got a nice sony marine grade stereo blue tooth fir a great price installed in less than a hour. i will be back to up grade my boats sound system

I got a Sony head unit installed. It cost $376 in total. Messed up part about it, is I found that very same unit selling for $90.... So what the hell? I even had to return for the unit to be reset in my dash. Good thing the labor is lifetime. I didn't want to ask about the unit overpricing. Figure I would just get run around.

I knew the moment I walked in and saw the cat that I was going to get a great service here. The quote I received for my subwoofer was reasonable and the install was quick. All of the employees are approachable and quick to walk up and help you. 10/10 will come back again for my next install.

This is an amazing team—friendly and exceptionally skilled! They installed front and rear recorders and a 50” light bar on my Bronco in about two hours. The results were flawless, and everything looked perfect. I was especially impressed with the relay switch placement; it was unexpected but much better than where I would have put it. They also hid the light bar cable so well that it’s not even visible—something I didn’t anticipate. True masters of their craft! As a bonus, they have a friendly cat hanging around the garage, which adds to the great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back. Creative installers & Fantastic service all around!

I have a 2006 Infiniti QX56 vehicle. There aren't many stereos that work with the Bose system that is in there. But I wanted to keep the Bose system because it sounded fantastic. I just needed to change out the radio head because it was faulty. If you search online you'll find that they do not make a harness to adapt to the Bose manufactured harness for that vehicle or at least that year. Not only that but while I was taking the cereal out and removing the radio bezel, from the age it was very brittle and almost disintegrated in my hands piece by piece. I bought one that's very close to the OEM version for that vehicle. But the OEM costed $526 and change, the one I bought cost $89 and change. Well what do you know, it didn't fit properly with the new radio center piece that goes inside of the bezel. Instead of turning me away, Jordan, (whom I would have to assume is the shop manager)... refused to tell me it couldn't be done, and proceeded to modify my radio bezel to make everything fit properly. Come to find out, the radio itself would not work properly with the Bose amplifier originally in the vehicle. Taking all of the Bose system out would have cost me hundreds of dollars. And replacing everything that was in there would have cost me thousands of dollars. That did not stop Jordan from trying to figure out a way to get my stereo to work with that Bose system that I wanted to stay because it sounded amazing. After figuring out that a secondary amplifier was being turned off, he eliminated the main amplifier with one of his own amplifiers that he sold me, and got the entire system sounding even better than before! He had to work almost 3 hours after the shop was closed to get this system to work properly. Mind you this is after Auto sound of Cape Coral, and Sound Works of Punta Gorda both said they would not touch it. So in short this is my review... If you want the job done right the first time, skip all the other ones and head straight to Sound Playground of Cape Coral, there's a reason they've been established longer than the rest of them. And tell Jordan I said hi and thank you! You've just earned yourself a lifetime customer!

Drove down from Naples because I heard was a good spot to get my stereo system installed and it did not disappoint they went above and beyond for me thank you so much for your service what a great family owned business

Great local business operated by great people. Very honest and and upfront with their work and prices. They did a full install on my 2021 Ram and my son's 2019 Kia Forte. Both vehicles sound great.

Blown speaker in the passenger door was driving me crazy. It got worst the day before and with a 3 hour ride home today I knew I had to do something about it. Stopped in to see the crew at Sound Playground. They quickly verified my issue, gave me a couple of options and a price to replace both front door speakers. I threw them my keys and they had it done in a few hours. Went back to pick up my GS 350 and it sounded as good or better than new. Nice and clean work with no signs of short cuts and all hardware properly reinstalled. Thanks guys I was able to rock and roll all the way home

After going to three other places to get estimates I stumbled upon sound playground, and I'm so glad I didn't settle for any of the first three! Professional, personable and reasonably priced. I had a new stereo system put in my car with a backup camera, then I had window re-tinting done a week later since I was so impressed with the people that work at this place especially Jordan (installer)and Joanna (scheduling). Really nice people, unlike the other places I went to. They know their stuff. My stereo sounds amazing. Highly recommended.

Went in because I’ve heard nothing but good from this family owned company went in for a audio installation had two 15s hooked up and my car is ground shaking with bass these guys know their stuff and the wiring job was amazing fair pricing definitely recommending everyone to them for all your needs

Got my windows tinted on a 2021 chevy 3500. When I picked it up, I wasn't paying much attention to the detail because I was just happy to have the tint done. After a day or so and actually paying attentio, I noticed the cuts were very uneven. You shouldn't be able to see any of the cuts, but when it's like a wave going down, it's hard not to see them. The tint lasted on my windows for about 2 months then the drive side started peeling off. It got so bad I had go just pull the hole piece off. Now the passenger window is starting to peel. If you want a temporary tint job, this is the place to go. If you want a quality tint that will last, take your money elsewhere.

I absolutely love this place! I had a stereo system put into my daughter's 2008 Explorer and whatever they did they did it right because we both said it sounds like we got new speakers installed! And everyone there is super nice!
