A diagnostic was completed on my brakes, and they gave me their recommendation. But, I didn't feel pressured to follow through. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and courteous. It was a very good experience, and I would highly recommend this business.

Great service. The guys told us what was wrong how they’d diagnose and what to do if there was a further problem. AC repair. Ice cold and dye in the tank if there’s a leak for later. Gave us a time frame for the work and they were spot on. True professionals. No pressure to do unnecessary work and just good people. The price was very reasonable and exactly as they said.

0 stars. I had my Audi Q7 brought in for a battery replacement and picked it back up with a blown multimedia interface which was a $4300 repair, for which they took no responsibility for. DO NOT trust this repair center, even for something as simple as a battery replacement. They lack any level of professionalism and accountability. When I called to tell the manager I picked up my suv from a battery replacement with no power to the MMI, I was told they would look but it would be best to bring it to Audi because it may be some sort of code that needed to be reset when they swapped the battery. So I brought it to Audi and was told by the Audi technician, they could have blown the MMI simply by connecting the battery incorrectly, which can blow a fuse and permanently damage the MMI. I spoke to the manager (Alex) to explain the Audi technicians informed me it could have happened when the new battery was reconnected however Alex told me in order for them to take any responsibility, I have to provide him proof or something in writing from Audi blaming Superior Auto Care. Reputable companies do not make accusations about businesses without being a witness. I told the manager they could call Audi and discuss it but of course he couldn’t be bothered. I offered to use my service contract to cover the cost (as it would be cheaper)and explained to the Alex, the manager that although I would use my service contract, this would max out my policy so I wanted to be reimbursed for the repair. The balance when I picked up my vehicle from Audi was approximately $2400, which I paid out of pocket because the MMI was the larger repair. Alex argued that Audi was LYING to me and that there is no way I maxed out my service contract? Really professional. With how unprofessional Alex had been, I asked Alex to please have one of the owners contact me. No callback from them, ever, still to this day. Then I sent an extremely detailed email including receipts and details of repair from Audi. Miguel (owner) sends a reply that they will take 0 responsibility without proof. My issue is they can’t prove they didn’t do it. There is no way to prove what caused it so they can’t just take no responsibility. The only way that’s possible is if I was recording a video during the battery swap. One of the calls to Superior Auto while they had my car, the technician tells me that my vehicle wasn't done yet because they were still waiting on fuses for my car. “What fuses did you have to replace for a battery exchange”, I said. He didn't answer me but tells me Alex will call me back. Is that not enough proof that they did something wrong. Since when are fuses exchanged for a better replacement, unless you blow them. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I post this because I read reviews and assumed because of their rating a battery replacement would fine. It's not just the repair cost, but the unprofessional tactics from management and the time to coordinate fixing their mistake. What business just ignores customers? Ryan, the owners son, had the nerve to ask me to pass out a stack of his business cards at my work but yet he too refused to respond or reply to any communication on the number listed on his very own business cards. I listened to Ryan praise how wonderful his father is at taking care of customers. Ryan assured me whatever the mistake was they will pay for it. Once they realized how expensive it was, then they refuse to take responsibility or any accountability. Absolutely disgraceful to run a business like this and the poor customer care is what puts companies out of business.

I had a coupon for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. With the inspection they found something that if left unchecked would've totaled my car out from the damage. I am going to be able you fix it so thanks very much! Service and price were great.

They took my car right away and then did a thorough inspection of my vehicle, which was included in the very low cost promotion for the full synthetic oil change.?? They also rotated my tires and told me what needs to be done in the future. Great people ??

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the waiting room, I was impressed by how professional and welcoming everything was. Luke and Alex were absolutely amazing — honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They clearly explained what was needed, didn’t upsell unnecessary work, and kept the pricing fair. Communication throughout the process was excellent. What really stood out was the level of customer care — they even covered an Uber ride home at their own cost, which says a lot about how much they value their customers. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can truly trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them.

Extremely professional. Walk me through my air conditioning issue on my truck chased down the problem and fixed. Did not try to overcharge me like a lot of the shops in Florida. I will definitely be Taking my vehicles to these guys. Thank you for your hard work.

The guys at Superior are just that- SUPERIOR. They don't jerk you around by doing unnecessary things, repair costs are reasonable, they are super nice and professional. Bonus: they can drive manual vehicles! We absolutely will be regular (as vehicle needs) customers. Quality, honest mechanics.

Straight to the point. They do not persuade you to get any extra (non-necessary) work done that you decline. Efficient company. I love the fact I was able to view my inspection and estimates online. They worked with my insurance (Carshield) and exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend.

Made appt, able to get in right away. Superior offered oil change, tire rotation and inspection at a great price. They provided X-ray inspection of whole car, what's good, what's going to be needed later, whats needed immediately. No pushing up-sale, just honest needed & done. Rebecca at front desk is an angel, friendly and professional, polite. The place is clean and comfortable. All questions answered. Definitely reliable and honest place of business. Highly recommend.

Like a fine tuned engine; it takes much more than one part to make it run at its best. A business also should run the same way, with each team member playing a significant role in order to achieve maximum success. This was obvious to me, while I had my vehicle serviced and tires replaced. Well done gentleman! Highly recommend.

My car decided to die right before Christmas. During this troublesome time, Mike at Superior Auto Care kept me updated through every step in the process and made it smooth sailing. What was once a headache was made really easy with their care and expertise. It was all done in one day and now my car is back home! It’s hard finding a reliable place but I see myself using their services in the future :)

Very satisfied called in and Mike had me come right down. I was told from somewhere else that I was having a charging issue. They checked it out and looked over a few things and that was not the case. Car is running fine. Good honest people and everyone is super nice. Thank you guys. Highly recommend.

⭐️ 1-Star Review – Terrible Service, Costly Mistakes – Beware Back in April, I brought my car to Superior Auto because my check engine light came on and the car wasn’t driving right. I spoke with Alex, and after a few days they told me the water pump and PCV pipes were leaking and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $2,200 for the repairs. I approved the work, but it took much longer than expected — and now I know why. Even after they said the car was ready, I could see in my app that they kept driving it around for no reason. When I called to ask why, they told me it was out getting washed. That was a lie. When I picked it up the next day, the car was filthy — I have pictures from that exact day and will be posting them. They didn’t even bother to wipe it down, let alone wash it. Fast-forward six months: the exact same issues came back. I took the car to the dealer this time, and they confirmed the water pump and PCV pipes were leaking badly and needed to be replaced again. Now I have to spend another $2,672 to fix the same problem Superior Auto supposedly repaired. This shop clearly had no idea what they were doing, and their poor work has now cost me almost $5,000 and months of frustration. Do NOT take your car to this place. Save your money, your time, and your car — go somewhere else.

Superior Auto Care gave my car a very thorough inspection and brought me into the shop to show me exactly what needed attention. In addition to the oil change that I requested they also replaced the rear brakes after showing me the wear on the originals. They kept me apprised of theri progress and completed the job in a very timely manner. Alex and his staff are truly professionals and go our tof their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Their prices are very competitive and they did not try to over sell me on anything that i di not need. Highly recommend this business!

Fourth time coming to this mechanic and all four times my car has been serviced and issues have been addressed. Their online reports of your vehicle is very thorough. With pictures and all. They do not seem to be the kind that over charges and recommends unnecessary things. They have convenient hours, drops off appointments, and even accept walk ins. I highly recommend! I’ve also had a great experience with the staff, very friendly, welcoming and personable.

A great shop with great people and support. Called and got Rebecca for a quote as another shop had diagnosed the vehicle, but was really expensive for the quote to repair the AC Evaporator Core. They took my information and got me a much cheaper quote fast. Brought my car in and they gave the car a once over and started the repair ASAP they were so open and responsive to any questions and requests for more information. After dropping my car off they even offed an Uber back since I work from home. 10 out of 10.

I always used to take my cars to the official dealership for repairs. Until they tried to overcharge me. I took my car to Superior Auto Care and had the repair done for a reasonable price. The staff is very pleasant, especially Rebecca. She is professional and called me with updates in a timely and accurate manner. I can highly recommend them!

My 02 Buick Regal needed a radiator. I had received a mailer from Superior and decided to give them a call. Spoke with Alex and made an inspection appointment. The staff was very friendly and attentive. After the inspection was complete, I received a inspection text link that was easy to understand, and included photos. Very fair pricing and our 02 Regal runs great now. Also, thank you Superior for free of charge security key fix. Much appreciated. Highly recommend!

I was already annoyed to be taking my car back after having it serviced there three months prior. They told me I needed a new battery even though my battery was only 2 and a half years old, and said it was going to cost $480. I was gagged by the price and asked why it was so much, and service manager Alex said it's because there is so much labor involved with my make and model of car, and proceeds to send me a 4 minute YouTube video of someone putting a battery into my model car, the only part of that video that was sped up was them putting everything back, so to be fair, maybe 10 minutes of work they charged me an hour and a half labor for at $179 per hour. They knocked the price down to $417 and I said fine, paid it and when I got my car home I noticed my headlight trim was missing. I called the shop and asked if they still had it there and they said it was loose and it got broken by the tech. To be fair they said they'd replace it at no cost, but you break it you bought it! Also why did they not own up to it while I was checking out? They got the part in and I asked how long it would take and they again said an hour and a half.... What? So when I went there I asked to watch the tech because I don't trust them not to break things and as expected it literally took two minutes. TLDR: exorbitant and highly padded labor costs. Techs breaking things they had no business touching and then hoping I wouldn't notice. The only reason they got 2 stars is they didn't give me a hard time replacing what they broke. The search for an honest mechanic continues
