We had a wonderful experience with getting my car fixed here after I was rear ended. Deborah was a wealth of knowledge and walked us through the whole process from start to finish. She provided updates as she had them and guided us through the rental car process also. My car looks amazing and I'm glad to have it back! Thank you all so much!

Greg and his company did a fantastic job fixing my car after Hurricane Milton! They had to redo some panels and the paint matches up perfectly. Deb’s customer service is top notch. She called with updates weekly and helped with insurance. Couldn’t be happier!!

Well they towed my girlfriend's daughter's car which was I guess necessary but I ran into this old buddy of mine son they're funny he just got hired on and someone had to give this place a 5-star review honest work for honest pay giving the kid a chance that's awesome thank you
They are horrible with the customer my car was picked up with the forklift and was damage by it. I told the guy he was gonna damage something by lifting it in that spot he Didn’t listen to me still picked it up and the lower control arm was broken. I went to try to talk to the owner or the front office people have hit we can resolve this problem, but they instead kick me out and told me to get out of the property.
Greg and Debbie were exceptional in handling of collision work and communication. Biggest problem though not under their control, parts availablity. Always kept me informed.

I trusted my 2017 range Rover sport with American Enterprise auto body and these guys were incredible. They fought tooth-and-nail to get me OEM parts they did not settle with the insurance company until I had my car perfectly fixed. When I received my car it was like brand new, completely detailed, smelled New too , and looked new, and was up to factory standards protecting my factory warranty. I'm a respected businessman of the Cape Coral community and I'm going to tell you right now American Enterprise auto body is the only place I would trust with my very expensive automobiles. Don't let the insurance company choose who you use for an auto body shop I'm telling you right now it will be the biggest mistake you will ever make, I did that in the past I will never do that again I will only choose American Enterprise auto body to work on my car's and you should too.
I was rear-ended in my new 2019 Lexus with only 3,000 miles on it. Greg at American was professional and attentive throughout the repairs. He explained that even though the insurance company for the driver that hit me told me I would be "required" to go to their direct repair center, that the choice was mine. Did you know that insurance companies coerce their own customers to go to their repair shops so they can save money? They are not on the side of their customers, and I am extremely happy that I went to American Enterprises Collision. My car was fixed perfectly with no issues, and I was educated as to what insurance companies do to their customers! Thanks, Greg!
Just had some bodywork done on my car and couldn’t be happier! Work was done on-time; workmanship was excellent; and the price was fair. And when a complication arose after I got the car back, every reasonable effort was made to rectify the problem with the least inconvenience to me. Greg, the owner, and Debra in the office, were very personable and professional.
I had a scrape on my bumper and needed it painted. Got a few estimates from some of the places around Viscaya in Cape Coral and just decided to stop here as I was driving by. Greg was a really nice guy, and gave me the best price. I left my car there that day, the job was done quickly and took exactly as long as he told me it would, and when I picked it up later that week my bumper looked brand new! Would absolutely recommend these guys if you need body work done on your car!

Greg and his staff painted my 78 Corvette last year. Beautiful job. However they are not an auto repair shop. But guess what after $4800 in repairs the last year Greg and Phil fixed it. Love you guys.
I would only take my vehicles to American Enterpirse Collison for body work!!! Greg , the owner is awesome and Debra in the office is the sweetest!!! I myself have had work done here as well as my entire family and many friends , all very satisfied with the work and with the staff!!
I found this to be the one place down here in Florida that is honest and has true craftsmanship. I saved a lot of money here and he does beautiful work.

Warning!!! dont ever let these people tow your car worst experience ever charged me 175$ for 5miles because the city called them and tacked on additional charges afterwards and WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME!!! Wes was the driver he was rude and inconsiderate never letting them scam me ever again watch out!
My experience has been absolutely horrible! 😢 Debra is very sweet and perfessional. God for bid, don't talk to Greg(owner) and ask him anything about your car after you've had four ETA's and every week get told another week! 31/2 weeks later, and he is still waiting on parts and finding new parts he needs. They offered me a discount since one harness part took so long and now they have taken that option away and he tells me if I keep pissing him off by asking the same questions after he told me he would explain ONE TIME AND ONE TIME ONLY, he would make my car take another month if he wants to!!!! Seriously? And this is my insurance company (Mercury) "CARS" FACILITY?!?!? Than he proceeds with better yet, how about I refuse to quit working on your vehicle and you have to wait for another shop to come get it and it takes another two or three weeks for you to have it!!! I responded with, "Well, that's better than your first option of 30 days or more!!! He responds with I told you that you are pissing me off, and hangs the phone up! Not very professional for the owner of a shop. I guess he doesn't understand that there is a BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HIM AND I. I AM THE CONSUMER , I AM PAYING TO TALK TO HIM. HE IS THE SUPPLIER, WHICH IS GETTING PAID TO TALK TO ME AMD REPAIR MY VEHICLE. FOR SOME REASON HE FEELS HE NEEDS TO HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE SOME SORT OF EMPOWERMENT OVER MY CAR!!!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT A BUSINESS OWNER HAS THE NERVE/HEART TO THREATEN TO KEEP THE CAR OR MAKE IT TAKE LONGER BECAUSE I am upset that this has taken so long.My car has been gone a total of SEVEN WEEKS and he thinks it's some kind of competition game????(IT WAS IN HIS BUDDIES SHOP THAT TRIED TO COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD ON MY VEHICLE AND I HAD TO FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO GET IT PULLED OUT OF THERE, GREG ACTUALLY HELPED ME GET IT OUT OF THERE BY TELLING ME ABOUT NOT SIGNING PERMISSION TO REPAIR TO CLOSE ENCOUNTER'S) OH BUT ONCE IT GOT TO HIM, HE HAS PLAYED GAMES EVER SINCE! I just want my car back!!!!!! I DONT WANT TO PLAY THIS "GAME" ANYMORE!!! I have gotten no estimates at all just told my quote is pretty high up there!!! I am so discussed and saddened that there are people in this world that love to make a person go through hell for no reason.....HE SAYS IT BECOMES MY PROBLEM WHEN HE HAS TO WAIT A WEEK ND A HALF FOR A FRAME PULLER, A WEEK FOR APRONS, THREE WEEKS TO FIND OUT MY WHEEL CANT BE ORDER WHERE THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD. STILL WAITING THREE AND A HALF WEEKS LATER FOR SOME AIR BOX THAT I JUST HERE OF FOR THE FIRST TIME YESTERDAY. NEXT WENSDAY FOR THE HARNESS PART TO ARRIVE TEN DAYS TO INSTALL. AND WHAT EVER ELSE IS MISSING WHEN THEY PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AFTER ALL THAT IS DONE. SO NOW ANOTHER ETA of who knows when?!?!?
No review, just a rebuttal of Mrs Sherrouse saying our shop Close Encounters Collision committed fraud. Let me start off by saying 4 Best of Capes don't come by committing fraud as does a A+ Better Business Rating and we are NOT a DRP shop, as all work is from referrals by doing nice work and good customer relations.
We had no choice but to throw this job to the curb with an owner ( by her husbands own words) as crazy as her .She in no way shape or form had to pull strings to get the car removed from our shop which her insurance company came and paid us in full for work HER insurance company authorized, she is just upset SHE wrecked her car and is now damaged goods. It is now in the 3rd shop trying to deal with this couple and I'm sure it will end badly again as there is no pleasing these people .
My car was towed to American Enterprise Collision after an accident. From the first day, they put my needs and rights above their own. They fought long and hard to make sure I was receiving fair and honest treatment and informed me of many helpful tips that saved me thousands of dollars. Even after knowing that my car was considered a loss, they continued to help and advise me in many areas. American Enterprise Collision is the most honest body shop I have EVER heard or dealt with.
