I had a dent on the hood of my truck and they did a excellent job getting it out. Jim was great with communication and personable. Would highly recommend for anyone needing body work done with an honest and reputable company
Repairs were completed timely as promised and the car looks brand new again! Jim is amazing on how he can handle so many customers in the office and employees at the same time and still remain consistently personable and kind. Some of the female office staff were a bit nasty (personality wise), which almost caused me walk out initially, but once Jim took over, (he actually owns and runs the entire operation), he provided me a comprehensive quote (which turned out to be the best price out of three): I was sold. He delivered just like he promised. I recommend this shop.
I never asked for an estimate. I drive a AMG, which is electronically complicated to work on. And they gave me a very fair price a terrific job, partnered up to get the electronics perfect. With the driving, I’ve seen down here. Auto Body repair should be a very big growth industry. And I wish them the best.

Ted and Jim are the best! They fought with the Insurance company fixed the car and it looks like it did before the claim. They missed hooking up my fog lights when they put it back together. When I brought it back over they didn't argue or get defensive they just scheduled the car back in and corrected the issue. Professional and excellent at customer service. Courteous and excellent service. Ted was great. Front bumper with liner and clips had been broken away on twelve year old Mazda SUV. No painting required. Looks almost new! Can't tell it was in an accident. Even washed vehicle, both inside and out. Would definitely use them again!

I had an unrelated problem and didn’t know how to fix it,because they had done body work for me in the past and were so nice I went to them for advice,they fixed the problem for me had I gone to the dealer it would have cost much more.
I’ve usd them for 2 separate collision repairs, I’ve recommended friends and family because I thought they were respectful, but this last repair was a nightmare, over 4K of repairs which started at 2k, I turned my leased car in and got billed for the paint job that was a mess. I’ve gone there and explained this called Jimmy didn’t even bother calling me back. Please don’t believe what jimmy tells you
Very nice owners and staff. Very reasonable price for a body damage repair and it was done surprisingly fast. They really went out of their way to get me fit into their schedule. These guys have have been taking pride in their work fixing body damage on 3 sperate vehicles of mine since 1998. All at a fair & honest price. Up front & straight forward with all updates even if it's not the news you want, which I respect. I didn't even bother to get a second quote this time because their honesty & insistence to do the job right the first time has earned my business for life.
Highly recommend Jim and his team at Master Touch. Chad has the Coyote looking like glass with a roof seam better than factory. He turned a rollover into showroom perfection. Quality is best of the best.

I really did a number on my side mirror and was quoted a crazy amount by a dealership to replace it and was still going to have to have it painted. I brought my 2007 Expedition to Master Touch after being rear-ended and these guys were AWESOME! Flawless work! So I brought my 2006 Expedition in for some damage to the rear window and paint and once again they did AWESOME! Quick turnaround and spectacular service!
If you want the best body work and paint work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. I have had several cars repaired there, the repair we're perfect, you could not tell the car had been hit. Even on a custom car the paint matched perfect. These guys are professionals.
Great job! They only accept parts that are absolutely perfect. My car should have been totaled out But they convinced the insurance company to fix it because it had low mileage and good upkeep. So I have a car that looks brand new. Definitely worth the wait

Best Auto shop in town!! The staff are wonderful and easy to talk to. Master touch has fixed 3 of my vehicles. When I got them back; they looked brand new and they even cleaned it for me, inside and out.... Much love for Master Touch, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The staff was professional, took lots of pictures to send to insurance, called the rental car place and had a rental for me in 5 min (delivered to their shop while I was there), did a fantastic job, and then clear coated my entire car 6 weeks later! Great service. I would send anyone to them if they need work done on their car.
