They were amazing. It was estimated an hour. Our service tech was there in 30 mins. He was very fast and very nice. The flat tire was because a truck had dropped some lumber with nails still in it. I was just going onto I75 from Palm Beach Blvd when I heard a bang and the lumber kick up under my car. I’m lucky it didn’t damage anything else.
From the moment I called Vicki was amazing. They have great communication and outstanding customer service. I called from MA to have my moms car towed to a dealership in Fort Myers. The process was so smooth. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS EASY ON ME!!!!!!

Was extremely happy with the gentleman that came with a flat bed truck at well after midnight. He was very professional and realized how distraught I was. The courtesy and kindness were amazing! He took great care of my medical mobility scooter (with a dead battery) treating it as if it was a high end luxury vehicle instead of a very unique scooter. I have already been recommending Trident in case of future need. Also, when I am scared or nervous I talk non-stop and make really bad jokes. This kind young man was laughing with me and not at me. Took the time to push my scooter up the driveway and got it all plugged in to charge. Can't say enough good!

Super experience! I had a dead Tesla that needed a tow to the Fort Myers service center. We made an appointment for 8 am. He arrived 30 minutes early, and had the Tesla on dollies and ready to go when I arrived. Very professional, and handled the drop off at Tesla with no problems. Highly recommend these folks for Tesla towing!
Trident towing, went above and beyond to make sure my Tesla arrived at the service center, even though it was connected to a charger that was connected to my house and would not let go! Totally recommend these guys to anybody!

I contacted Tesla for a tow and was told someone would be there in 150 minutes.
Trident called me 30 minutes later to tell me the truck was on its way.
Mike was great. There were some problems with the way my car is configured that weren’t the same as others they have dealt with. He stayed calm and we worked through it together to get the car ready to tow. It was actually a great problem solving experience.
I hope I don’t need a tow again but if I do you can bet I’m calling Trident.
Had to call Trident Towing to tow my old work van back to the shop. 10/10 the only thing that seemed to go right that day!! .. Mike not only got there before he said he could, but had the van back at the shop even before he said he could get to it... will always call Trident Towing in the future. Super pricing ( expected to pay upwards of $300 for after hours) and outstanding service!!

I have had this company for 2 separate roadside assistance calls on my Tesla. Mike arrived both times earlier than the estimated time. He took great care to make sure the car was loaded properly. He’s also very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

Waited for triple a for five hours. Finally got fed up and called Trident. They had a tow truck to us in 20 mins and five minutes later my car was hooked up ready to go. Reasonable prices as well only $126 for over four miles. 10/10 would call if needed again.

Professional and honest - a winning combination.
We were stranded in the Punta Gorda airport parking lot. After spending about 5 minutes with us, AAA could not get our car started. The AAA rep told us that we needed a 60+ mile tow. We then had to call AAA back and were told us that they couldn't find a tow driver to go that distance.
Trident came to the rescue AND.......
Mike double checked the battery and got us started right away. He easily could have just towed us the 60+ miles without saying anything. But he had both the professionalism and honesty to double check the AAA recommendation before racking up a large towing bill.

Very great to work with very reasonable fees. Called and told them that our dump truck was on the side of the road. Tow truck was out within minutes and had our truck on the way to the repair shop. The driver took the time to explain the importance of taking the driveshaft off to properly tow our truck. All was done during a rain storm. I would highly recommend using them!
