these guys are very honest. i had my car towed in because it wouldn’t start, even after I got a new battery. After checking the starter, the alternator, etc., they determined that all I needed was a new battery in my key fob. Cost for all their time, and a new battery…$70. Seriously, how many auto repair shops are that honest? 5star rating?
Just moved into the area. Saw they had good reviews and now they have another. They were really nice and when I showed up for an oil change it was 1,2,3. Bought tires for my wife and the price was very good. Definitely going back.
It was my first time going to Wilson’s Automotive - and I’m really glad I went. They addressed the issue quickly with my AC, communicated clearly, and even took the extra step of making sure my hood closed fully. I highly recommend their automotive services!
Wilson’s is amazing. Our car broke down when we were at our condo. Wilson’s picked up, fixed it, and made sure it was returned to our condo. The service was fantastic but the willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference. Thank you guys for all the help
I was referred to Wilson's Automotive from my boss. I am both delighted and grateful that God connected me with Paul. This good gentleman inspected my car and he let me know the terrible and unsafe condition of my car. Unlike most people today Paul took the time to let me know the details of my car damage. He also let me know that I would be better off buying another car as my car is a death trap basically. I really didn't know how severe the damage to my car is. I highly recommend this honest and reputable Auto Repair Shop. And I will ask Paul to inspect the new car that I get. And I will refer anyone to this wonderful man. Thank you Paul.
We've been having service at Wilson's for over 20 years, tires from Tire Rack, replace rotors, oil and filters, and turbo replacement. Always satisfied, no BS and reliable.
New Review: Dishonest business. Wish we had known this before taking our car here 3 times. I would not recommend taking your car here. We had a car repaired and the check engine light came on a few days after. I was going to have the code checked at Auto Zone for free, but Wilson's assured me they would check it and see if it had anything to do with the repair. I asked them if they were sure, because I was on my way to Auto Zone, and they told me not to worry. They checked the code, then proceeded to work on the car without my permission and charged me $160. They have a sign in the waiting room that says if you don't pay, they don't give you your keys. I asked why they were charging me, because I did not say they could work on the car. They gave me excuses, but still charged me. This has never happened to me at any repair shop I have been to. It was very dishonest of them to lie to me and to work on the car beyond checking a code, then charging me for the work. They said the charge was for the work of checking the part that the code said was bad. They said they had to take things apart. Again, I did not authorize anything besides running a code, which I had explained Auto Zone was going to do for free. Check engine light came on again right after we left their shop.
Old Review: This shop is amazing. Best I've been to in 20 years. The tech Paul does an amazing job. He made our older model car feel like new again. I would highly recommend taking your car there.
Wilson’s takes care of our personal vehicles and fleet vehicles and we won’t go anywhere else. You can tell they pride themselves in providing honest and reasonable priced repairs. They changed the oil in my vehicles on Monday and the process was quick and easy! 10/10 would recommend :)

After being told by the Dealership that a valve cover gasket replacement would cost 375$ tax decided to go to Wilson's. Surely being a so called dealer alternative it would be less. NO! Wilson's wanted literally double the amount. Got a BS story about high pressure fuel pump parts and what have you. Just got the car back from dealership for the above price. Do your homework!
This place is great! Very friendly people. I have a 2018 Jaguar and they did an oil change and checked out the car. Over 200.00 cheaper then going to the Jaguar dealer
I had taken my car in for an oil leak. Andrew told me what the issue was. I found out there is a recall and I can have it fixed for free at the dealer. They didn’t charge me anything to have it looked at. I had my tires rotated and oil changed and the price was great! I would highly recommend Wilson’s automotive!
I called yesterday to pick up my brother's personal belongings from his car and was told that yes it was there. My brother died in an accident almost 2 weeks ago. Arrived there this morning with my mother and the guy that attended us with glasses was very rude since he opened the door. As soon we told him what we were there for he said the car isn't here it's still in the police impound. I explained to him I called yesterday and they told me that it was there. The man/ owner was very rude and cold hearted. Not even a apology knowing we are morning my brothers lost blaming another person for his mistake because he was the I spoke with yesterday he thought I didn't notice. This place is not worth coming to nor spending your money. I just hope no one else has to go through this sad experience that me and my mom went through.

I have been a customer of Wilsons for quite some time and I will never be back. I took my car in due to an oil leak. I paid over $700, they replaced my oil feed line from the turbo and valve cover gasket, the serpentine belt, and I got a new battery. When I got home I popped my hood which I always do after having work done, and I noticed an epoxy/resin like material all over the side of my engine cover and where the hose was connected (see attached pics). It looked awful like someone just blindly poured/splashed something in a hurry. Wondering what this is and why is this there, I called the owner of the shop Paul and even texted pics to him and he said that the engine cover was cracked and that they epoxied it to save me money on replacing it. My engine cover WAS NOT cracked before bringing it there. I said that I should have been talked to about this, that I get home and popped my hood and to see that mess, that this looks horrible. I took the owners word that what they did would hold up and be fine.
Fast forward several months and my car was taking a long time to turn over so I popped the hood and wouldn't you know that the hose they replaced was sticking straight up in the air (see attached pics) . Who knows how long it had been like that. I drove back to Wilsons and popped the hood showing Paul the owner that the hose that was replaced by them was sticking up in the air and not connected and showed him the epoxy and told him how it was having trouble cranking. He said he would call me, well he never did. I went to another mechanic recommended by a friend, and he said that they broke the cover, put epoxy on it to hurry up and cover it up, hoping I wouldnt pop the hood and notice. I heard this from 2 other mechanics that you could clearly see what they did.
Well I learned today when I went to get this mess fixed, as a result of Wilsons negligence my engine cylinders in a compression test are no where near the minimum numbers for my turbo engine and I have to replace the engine or get it rebuilt. The mechanic I went to today said that because that hose was loose for who knows how long this affected the engine. Also I had to replace the battery that wasnt even that old that I purchased at Wilsons. I cant tell you how upset I am. I wish I never went to Wilsons and I hope that this helps someone else who might be considering going there.
I usually go to the dealership. I went to wilsons in October for servicing. What a great experience. They were professional and pleasant. I will definitely be taking my car there from now on. Wish I would have went there a long time ago.

Paul is the nicest guy I met that came and towed my trike yesterday when the rear end ceased up. And today I went there and he helped me check the rear end to see if there was fluid. And than he helped load it on the truck that came to take it to the shop . If you ever need a tow call this company , worth the money .
I am so grateful to Paul and his crew. I am down here from Wisconsin and my alternator went dead. I called a few places and Wilson's was the best bet. He was so understanding, very professional. He had my alternator replaced and I was up and running within a few hours. He also had the best price to go with the great service. Thanks Paul.

Outstanding Service and Prices! Paul and his team were Great! They took care of our Truck, and the price they fixed it for, was, Unbelievable! Their waiting room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the service was the best we've had here in the Cape, and we've been here for over 13 years, and have tried a lot of other places. From here on out, we're only going to Paul and his team.
My experience with Wilson's Automotive was phenomenal I have tried other shop's to have my inoperative vehicle towed without my presence due to my hectic schedule. They even offer you the option to have your vehicle towed there before and after hours. I found Paul to be honest and a man of his word. He said it would be ready in the morning and it was right on time, and he even took time to observe something that I asked him to on my ? phone and he did. No matter how buisy he ideally was at the time he took time to address my car needs. That's what I call customer's ? needs at it's best.
