Elite Used auto part , are full of it. I order some headlights from Elite and they sent me headlights that are damaged. And then they sent me headlights that didn't match . This have been going on since June 6th 2025 . DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY FIRST, because they do not want to refund you back your money ,I got played . This Elite is in Elliott city Md. 21042.
This is a fantastic used auto parts business. Service was Top Tier. They're open 30 mins later than other places so you can make it after work. Prices blew me away......its nice to feel like you're getting way more than you're paying for, especially in these days and times. This place is definitely a vibe, especially if your a car guy. Highly recommended.
I bought a compressor and it was defective. When I returned it, they charged me a 25% fee for returning it. They sell bad parts and charge for the return.
Are you sure you want me to come back to your store to get the compressor and install it to prove to you that it doesn't work and that you sell damaged parts and on top of that you charge for returning it when I told you that the part was bad? Your compressor has no compression and that's why I had to buy somewhere else. You don't want to look good here, everyone already knows that you sell damaged parts.
If I can rate a zero I would. I purchased a shifter gear for my truck and asked the owner " if I needed to return it because I wasn't sure if i needed it could I?" He stated yes as long as it's within 30 days and restock fee. I didn't need the part after realizing my original shifter just needed reprogramming. I took the part back within 30 days and the Owner told me I couldn't get my money back because he doesn't take back electrical parts. The receipt says no warranty on electrical parts, not that I couldn't get a refund for a part that wasn't needed. I wasn't asking for a cash refund I was just asking to return payment to my credit card because I was told I could minus the restocking fee. This place is a scam and they don't care about their customers. He could at least gave me half of my money back, but all he did was try to argue back that there's no warranty. Avoid if you can!
Great service!! Tony helped me out with a mirror I needed. Really nice guy they closed at 5 but was willing to wait for me til I made the hour drive over there. A very good price too compared to the prices in my area. Tony also sent me pictures of the part to verify that it was the correct one before I made the trip. Overall great service, would definitely recommend calling them and checking them out!

Very rude. Picked up a fender that was supposed to have a “buffable” scratch. I drove over an hour to see a very deep scratch in the fender. I understand it’s a used part but I was told the scratch was “not deep and could be buffed out”! Liars. I still bought the item but only because I needed it. Even asked for a small discount and the person (believe it was the owner) told me he didn’t care if I drove 5 hours, he won’t discount the $75 fender. Will try to avoid doing business here from now on.
Bought a rear end for 07 toyota. Installed and found that it had a bent axel. Contacted them and they didn't feel responsible for there part. It cost me double to install and then repair there part. Do not use this parts dealer.
If I COULD give 30. Zero stars I would!!! NEVER EVER will I even think about the words ‘ elite auto parts “ just typing those words make me SICK!!! THE WORST place I have EVER dealt with in MY 53 yrs on this earth!!! DO NOT even let elite auto parts come out of your mouth!!!! Please people. I am NOT crazy!!! 53 yrs on this planet. My only regret is that I released my Lfyt driver too soon. Because they were able to deliver the item in than 30 minutes.

Even though they didn't have the part I needed, they were very courteous to me on the phone and in person. A gentleman took that time to take me out to the vehicle so I could inspect the part I was interested in.
Refused to sell me a part because it required shipping which I was willing to pay for in full as well as cover return shipping if there was an issue. Their excuse was we are not sure if it's going to be good. If you can't tell if something as simple as a drive shaft is good then perhaps you should not be selling used car parts in the first place. I would recommend going to a more competent salvage yard.
Dude answered the phone like he aint wanna help me off tops then didnt even check to see if they had my part just said no we dont have it & hung up. Now thats rude
Did not returned the calls, then Told me they have the part, when came over they told me they do not have it. Guy did not ubderstand what that part is and where it is located Will not let me check the vehicle if it is there or not. Waste of time and unwilling to sooth their screwups.
Horrible customer service and they sell bad parts. Not to mention the place is a dump and they have no sense on how to run a business. The skinny one with the big head is very rude and thats why he was fired from japanese and European auto parts.
These guys were awesome very personable. Don't judge them based on previous posts. I think people that buy used parts should understand it's a gamble. Remember this is a business don't bash them. Mark thanks for taking care of me.
Called and order two doors. Didn't show up when promised. Called, they told me they are on the way. When driver arrived only one door was loaded, apparently the other one was damaged. Why do you make people loose their time? Just tell what you have and be a honest business. Don't recommend. Go somewhere else.
Horrible customer sevice! I arrived in the morning and payed for the part in cash. I was told it would be ready for me to pick up at 2pm and when 3:30 rolled around I called. As soon as he knew who I was he made excuses about why the part wasn't pulled. Basically wasted my time with these guys and 60 miles of driving. Don't go here!

HORRIBLE these people are jerks I could barely speak with the Indian or Muslim accented person and he was very cocky and condescending and I know my way around cars and parts. Part ended up being bad and a waste of money it was a Hybrid battery off a Honda Civic Hybrid thank god I didn't have to pay a mechanic to put it in still wasted my drive there and the 3 hours it took to install and then to remove again!!
