ALERT!
I went to Tampa, Florida on Saturday, October 19th 2019 and paid $8,000.00 for two (2) 2013 Mitsubishi Fuso Box body trucks with Lowes written on the sides to the Manager/Owner Anthony of All Auto Hustlers "Auto recycling & used auto parts". Unbeknown to me, this facility does not operate on Saturdays but because Anthony, the Manager/Owner was there he facilitated the sale. He gave me a hand written receipt and a business card. I advised him that I was going back home to arrange the shipment of the trucks. He told me that there is no rush as trucks would be there waiting for me.
Afterwards I called Anthony repeatedly to make the necessary arrangements and was told on all occasions that he was not in office. I continued to call and was told by his wife Patty that his son now runs the business and I never got the opportunity to speak with him as I was always told he was busy.
I spoke with Patty on 4 occasions asking questions on how to move to the trucks to Miami.

Due to Covid, I was unable to travel.
I called on May 19 2023 and spoke with Patty and was told that the trucks were gone. I asked her if I am going to refunded and she said no, the trucks are gone. I went on further to emphasize that it would be illogical and senseless for anyone to give away $8,000.00 and her response was "They are gone, the trucks are gone".
Her response was without regard or care.
My niece called on my behalf and spoke to Mike on 10/14/25 and left a message for Anthony to return her call. Mike was very rude, disrespectful and brash from the beginning of the call and after hanging up on her multiple times he started yelling saying that he is not woke and again hung up on her! There was absolutely no reason for him to bring that into the conversation but he did! RUDE!!!!
Mike you should not be conducting or handling the business at all!
The only fair request is for the money to be refunded for the paid products that were never received!!

Had my car picked up today. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. One phone call, texted photo of license and registration, the car was picked up the next day and I was given a check. Wish I would have done this sooner. Thank you for the great service.
I had a wonderful experience with their services. I called and got a quote on two vehicles and they gave me a fair quote and the following day their driver came through and picked up the vehicles with no issues. From start to finish they explain everything and their customer service is excellent. Very kind and professional people work there. I am a happy customer and I highly recommend them.
These guys/gals were great! They worked with us, gave us the best price for our daughters totaled car, were very communicative with us regarding the pick up of the totaled car; and talked us through all of the paperwork, etc. We would recommend them to anyone! Excellent customer service and hustle! And as my fellow Xena Warrior Princesses can attest too. Being treated respectfully by someone in the automotive industry is sadly few and far between.

Hello Everyone , My name is Peter. On October 25, 2024 I went to this company in search of a TCM for my Vehicle. This place was the only place I could locate the part for my vehicle . Before purchasing the TCM I notice wear to the Device which is typical for a used part and I asked Mike who is a worker at this location if the TCM WAS DAMAGED IN ANYWAY . He guaranteed me that the park will work. Long story short after installing the device and noticing it wasn’t functioning and that he sold me an broken TCM. I returned . Now when I I came to return the item. Mike told me that they don’t do refunds on those type parts Even though there’s a sign up in the office that says they do refunds. Mike then proceeded to tell me that he will not refund it because he don’t know if my vehicle cost the damage to the TCM which is crazy if you know about cars you’ll see why I’m saying this. Mike then proceeded to argue with me about the fact of programming the TCM after I repeatedly told him that this certain part is a plug-in play, he refused to give me a refund, then offers to get me another part which would take about a week if they had it, I politely let him know that I don’t wanna do business with the company that are selling damage parts then how do you want a refund? I don’t want another part. I want my money back and the craziest part is is that his own programmer for TCM’s ended up telling him that it is a plug-in play and he still didn’t want to refund me my money. So eventually, another gentleman stepped in and told him to give me a refund with the 25% restock fee, the craziest part about this is I paid $400 for the TCM that was broken which I returned. They took $100 to restock a broken item. When I asked for full refund, they refused so now I’m here. Genuinely guys stay away from this company. I should’ve listened to the name. These guys are hustlers please beware!!!

I sent an employee to have a part picked up, so he can fix his vehicle. You charged him $400 dollars for a part that was supposed to be (plug and play). It wasn’t. The part wasn’t correct. On the same day, we tried to return the part. You said we had to pay an ADDITIONAL FEE TO REPROGRAM the part.
You were proven wrong , the part DIDNT need to be programmed. The part didn’t work. So now, you look stupid, you agreed to return the part, but you charged a 25% restocking fee. What?!?!
$100 dollars?!?!!? You’re a sham.

Scheduled a pick up from wheelzy to junk my car. I was able to schedule a same day pick up. 4 stars because they came outside of the time window I was given. Otherwise everything went well and communication was great.
Super easy. Good communication. Just moved down to FL and having my car was more of a liability than an asset so I was looking to get rid of it quickly. I had to reschedule my original appointment for pick up and it was no problem. If you’re trying to get rid of a vehicle fast, I would highly recommend. No charge for the tow as well which was a major plus.
I needed to get rid of my old car that sadly was bound for the big car lot in the sky. They quoted me a price on it that was higher than what I was told the car was worth running if I sold it to any dealership and were awesome about hauling it off. It was the easiest transaction I've ever had and considering I'm mourning my car I appreciate that convenience more than ever.
The process went really well overall. The only reason i didn’t give 5 stars is because Wheelzy gave me two different answers when i asked how to make sure the title was changed. The tow driver was great and he gave me a check on the spot. Wheelzy just needs to be more clear about how long it can take to change the title. But i would still use Wheelzy & this tow company again, this was the first time i’ve sold my car to a scrapyard & they made it easy & were patient with my questions. In the end, Wheelzy told me to call the tow company about the title & the tow company was professional & very helpful with their answers.

I have to give a round of applause when it's deserved. I bought a transmission from here for my car and it turns out it wasn't good.
They have a 30-day return policy for bad parts and I was thinking to myself with us is going to be a pain in the butt. Jason and his staff were very accommodating and understanding that the part was no good. They gave me no hassle and refunded my money and thanked me for my business.
