Went a few days ago to buy wipers for my 2025 Carnival,the store manager, I think his name was Jenaro, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will come back for sure. All the employees were very welcoming
Went to the this store on Thanksgiving and Jenaro greeted me and was so kind and helpful I was having an issue with my battery and he took care of it for me and was very knowledgeable and had exceptional customer service. He took care of my issue as fast as possible and I even made it to my family's with enough time to spare for Thanksgiving dinner. He above and beyond. I would go there again if I have any new issues with my car ?

Staff are always attentive and helpful. Have never had any issues getting the parts I need. If they don't have it in stock, it's always been quick to get them. They take used oil for free up to 5 gallons.
Jenaro was an incredible help. Even though the computer system said I should take it to a shop. He knew that would cost me a ton more money so he went out of his way to come outside and spend 20 minutes to help me install the battery that was much more complicated than a normal install. Would highly recommend him and this location for any needs. I will 100% be back
Bought windshield wipers about 2 weeks ago, someone put them on wrong, went to O’ Reillys, Emery not only helped us get Better windshield wipers but also put them on correctly!! Emery was very professional, friendly with a great attitude!! Thanks Em!!
Stopped by this store today to exchange an oil filter I purchased at another o'reilly location, because the filter I was sold does not fit my jeep as was told to me by the clerk. When I tried to exchange it for the correct filter, Jose told me, with some attitude, he could not find my purchase under my account and that I could not exchange it. I did not keep my receipt because they have my information in the computer. When I get home, I have an email from O'Reilly asking me to rate my purchase of said oil filter, so I call the store to see why I'm getting an email about my purchase, yet it doesn't show up on my account. The young lady assisting me on the phone looks up my account and finds the purchase and says that I CAN return it. I live 30 minutes from the closest O'Reilly, so it's not worth my time or gas money to drive back there for a $10 filter. It used to be worth going out of my way to shop here, but I will no longer be purchasing my automotive parts from O'Reilly as their customer service is non-existent.
The staff at this store are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Emery and Miss LowAnne (I hope I’ve spelt their names correctly!) were so kind to us the day before Hurricane Milton. They both went above and beyond to answer our questions and make suggestions for what we were looking for. This was a very stressful time to be in our area of Florida due to the impending storm and so many stores were out of all stock, but this location had exactly what we needed. Emery and Miss LowAnne made our hurricane prep much less stressful. Thanks guys! Definitely stopping in again soon!
Well nothing against the workers there but I found O'Reilly's not to be able to compete with some of my other Auto parts retailers locally often when there are a few options available it's only the most expensive one that they have in stock at least for the stuff I've wanted I'm sure they're a great place though
They were good to me. I like it when sales people great with a "hi, how are you?" Not how can I help you. They let me find what I needed, then, asked if they could help me.

Had the individual wrench we needed at a fair price. Glad we didn't have to purchase an entire set. Employee was very helpful and was able to show us exactly where what ee were looking for was.
It was an ok experience. Overpriced but only place in town that had the part I needed for my truck at the time. If you order online for instore pickup don't wait for a confirmation email to let you know your part's in. Just call the store. I never got a confirmation email and needed the part ASAP. The staff was great. Very polite. I'll use this store in a pinch but definitely not my first choice.
Haven't been there more than a few times but haven't had any issues yet. They keep up the way they're going they'll be my 1st choice on the corporate list of parts stores. Prefer local otherwise
I had an emergency a few days ago and before going to the store I call to check if this location had the part I needed. The put me on hold for over 10 minutes. Hung up and called again and placed me on hold for over 10 minutes again telling me that they had a lot of customers in store and had to wait. A “lot of customers” 30 minutes before store closing? Sounds to me that employee(s) didn’t want to work because was near closing time. I went to this location one time to buy some suspensions (in which they didn’t work since has to replace them a month later) and will never ever bring business to this location.
They wil go above and beyond to help you to get the part that you need. There is a lady manager that makes sure if she don't have the part you need she will call corporate and find and search the other parts distribution warehouses around them to make sure you get what you need. They are all fine people in this store. They have the best prices. They don't require you to pay for your part in Advance either like their competitors do! They make their customers fell special like their important. Please stop by and give them all you parts need business. I promise you won't regret it. Most all of the parts we get from them also have lifetime warranties! How many places do you know that stand behind their products like that? Shop Orileys for all your parts needs!
Manager Jeff didnt apply the senior discount to my grandmothers brakes wasnt trying to help us save a dollar autozone n advance both at least try to save you money some thing n they claim they have the best parts overall between autozone n advance , Napa and a few others idk we will see how these brakes work good we buy the VERY BEST OREILY CARRIES
Would not change brake lights even though its advertised in their website. ..called ahead and was refused once I arrived ......terrible service at this location!!!! Gibsonton location changed brake lights in less than 10 minutes.
Completed my oil change , this store always has a better and available selection of oil on hand, I use 5W40 and it can sometimes be difficult to find, but I always find it here!
Got the okay in the phone to return a part. Come to the store and the manager is on the verge of cussing me out acting like I was lying to him. Raised his voice and everything, but I was persistent and got my refund. Love the Advance down the road and recommend anyone in this area to go there instead
The battery of our car that was parked away from the store went dead tonight. I went inside the store asking if I can rent a car jumper. Chad the assistant manager offered to walked over to the car and jumped us. He did not accept the money I was giving him. I am so happy to know that there are still people out there who liked to help just to help. God bless you Chad! I will definitely use this store now for any of my automobile needs.
Never have an issue. Sometimes check out time can be longer then expected when just grabbing washer fluid. People working at this location are nice folks. Store is kept clean.
Went in for a can of Fix-a-Flat, and the store manager said I should use Slime instead and handed me a can of it. When I used it, it clogged up my tire monitor. As it turns out, there's a special Slime formula for tires with monitors, which the manager should have mentioned in the first place. Now a $12 leaky tire fix has become a $60 job to have a mechanic replace the monitor. At the very least, the O'Reilly manager should have given me the replacement monitor at no cost since his faulty product recommendation caused the problem. I do NOT recommend this store at all. There's an Advance Auto Parts store nearby -- I'll go there instead for future car care needs.
Service was amazing and the employees here really know what their talking about. I needed a bunch of stuff for my first car and it needed a lot of work. The guys here poured me in the right direction and told me how to go about do it.
