Shop located in busy area and comes up pretty quick, sign lays flat on fence & parallel to the road so we actually kissed it the first drive by. Its a tow lot so it was as expected but we weren't expecting Scott, the guy working. He met us in the lot to confirm our business there and then invited us in for paperwork and keys. He was very friendly and informative and we stayed a chat longer then are business there required. Anyway, crappy situation put the car there but the chat with Scott made it a little more tolerable.
Cheapest tow I found and so reliable!!! I was surprised how cheap they were and was kinda wary of it, said it could take about 30 minutes to get to me and boom! 10 minutes later said they were close! I was so relieved! I met Matt the driver and he was so kind! He truly was a gentleman, and handled my van with such respect! I will definitely be referring him and the company to anyone who asks! Thank you again Matt for just being you, your company should be proud to have you and I'm sure they are!!! 07 blue honda odyssey!?
The tow company did a great in towing my truck from the highway and to there place. Then they towed it from there place to the house. Did great job flat bedding it to and from without . messing up the four by four part of the truck. Great job guys. Thank you
Had a tow truck driver from this company “ patrol” my neighborhood for a while. The hoa hired this company to take care of unwanted cars in the neighborhood. Instead they towed residents on a regular basis and charged a lot to get your car back. The driver was rude, sneaky and vulgar. One day he was circling the neighborhood looking to tow my neighbor. I warned my neighbor then the driver proceeded to cuss me out and rush to tow the truck, almost running into someone. We partitioned the hoa to fire this company.
Drove 45 mins to get my car released. When I showed up perfectly in between open work hours, Nobody was there. I then called the number, and they said it will be a 40 mins wait. You're a business and you set your hours. Do better next time. I shouldn't have to wait for your mess.
Broke down middle of Tampa, on a busy road, Police called them, they arrived in 20min on a Sunday, and dropped my truck and key at the dealer. Great service,,,,,would call them if I needed a tow again.
I just want to thank Chris for the great customer service. I was in a bad accident and he helped me remove my tag and get all my stuff out of the vehicle. Being injured I really appreciated his willingness to help and positive attitude. Thank you Chris.. from the girl with the Grey GMC Terrain…
