Used them once before and it was "ok"... called to get a quote... the lady on the phone was rude saying "whatever" and being very dismissive. Owner got on the phone and wanted to defend the rude comments. As a note... they were nearly double the quotes from other places. High prices and rude... not a good combination.
Response to the owner... She was rude from the beginning, with a bad attitude. I mentioned the other prices because you were much higher, and she said, "whatever"... flippant... clearly with attitude. I'm sure plenty have found her to be rude, just not looking to address it and just took their business elsewhere.
Nothing I stated was dishonest, but I see how you do business. The only reason I used you the first time was because insurance was covering it. I'd never use your company otherwise!
I had a very positive experience at Complete Auto Body. The people were kind and professional and the communication was excellent. They were able to get my car done ahead of the estimated timeframe. The job they did was top notch. I highly recommend them.

Got a written estimate to paint the hood and top of my 2005 gmc truck from the owner and that is exactly what I paid and got a professional paint job that looked like it came from the factory, very happy camper.

May, 202I I was a little hesitant about having some work done on my Porsche Carrera S and I'm glad that Bret from Complete Auto Body did the paint correction. Impressive work and happy with the results.
I had a window regulator replaced on my Chrystler Town and Country there. The young man that answered the phone said bring it right in! It was a real win win situation. I needed it done and they had the time, the part was available and he apparently had lots of experience changing them. I was on the road with a good repair done at a reasonable price less than 3 hours from when I called. I certainly will call them first the next time I needed a car repair!.
I highly recommend Complete Auto Body. Brett and his team are amazing. The service was very professional with quality results. I recieved support to navigate the insurance claim and had my car ready on the projected date. If you need auto body work or repairs check them out first.
My seat control on my Dodge pickup was missing screws couldn't find them... he found two install them and then didn't charge me anything when I need his services in the future I'm sure to go there
