Just want to say great job by Kyle. I needed a battery installed it was 8:20 pm the store closes at 9:00. And I have a VW Atlas so it's a pain to install plus had to scan it. Kyle could of said can't do until tomorrow but he didn't, so thank you for the great customer service and getting it done.

I personally love advanced auto for the customer service and for always being on top of greeting you. When you come through the door, you feel at home knowing that they are willing to give you a hand at any situation you are facing. Thank you, management team and staff. For making Lake Placid stores a wonderful place to come and shop for auto needs.

Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. They have always helped when I had questions about something.

They greeted everyone coming in which was a nice gesture. I knew what I needed and they asked if they could help. Since we didn't really see 1 of the product, they went on their computer to see what my car could take before I went to another store. Thankfully, that helped and I ended up with all I needed with a great price. One of those things happened to be on sale. Thanks for the help! I was able to get back on the road right after. 😊

I came to advanced auto parts in Lake Placid because my car was having engine issues. As soon as I walked in TJ greeted me and immediately came outside and ran a diagnostic test on my car. He was so knowledgeable and polite and didn’t even charge me a dime. I’m so thankful For TJ today! Give this place your business.

I've never had a bad experience here, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tonight I called in looking for some info on a 1970 Buick Electra 225, I figured it was a long shot...but worth a try. TJ answered the phone, we talked about the specific part I was looking for, he told me a few places I could start to look and the we hung up. Just a few minutes later, AAP pops up on my caller ID, he is calling me back to even better assist with the situation. He went out of his way, he could have hung the phone up and never thought about it again. In my opinion, that is exceptionally satisfying as far as customer service goes.

The personal at Advance Auto Parts are very knowledgeable in helping you finding the right parts you need for your car, lawn mower and generators. Most of all they help you install parts on your vehicle. This store is a Five Stars all the way. If there were 10 Stars I would give them all.

Love this place and the people. Above and beyond the call of duty. I can’t say enough good about Jodi. Hard worker and so nice and friendly. Actually everyone is really great here !

I went in to get a rear whipper blade for my car the man said they had one on stock but he could not find it and he have to order one when I went to pick it up he would not give me my military discount because he had to order it. If it is a stock item why do I not get my discount?? He said we had to spacial order it. but it is a stock item? I did not get my discount though not much it was my to get.

I shop here because of Jodi. She knows her stuff and her customer service is on point. She is always helpful as she is multitasking helping everyone at the same time. She is a rock star hard worker for sure.

I wanted to pick no stars worst place ever. Needed to have our battery tested. We were told only one guy could do the testing, been waiting 45 minutes for him while two other people had theirs tested by two other employees.

These guys blow away Aurozone! We needed a tool to remove the pull string on a lawn mower. The spring came out and one of the service techs took the time to wind it up for us. Super knowledgeable staff, not just on cars, but a variety of different motors. Im a certified mechanic and these guys have my bisiness from now on!

Don't know if they are always so busy as they were? If they are they need to hire additional help. Waited a while to be helped but I guess holding my receipt (for item my husband ordered) was the right thing to do. While on the phone with another customer the gal took my receipt, pulled over a cart with parts on it. Rang up my prepaid order, had me sign for it and on my way.

I was leary about going here because we have had a lot of problems with this outfit and I sore I would never stepfoot in an Advanced Auto Parts store again but I still went. I was treated with respect and curtisy which was shocking to me that had never happened before thank you for that I am willing to give you two thumbs up for now and 5 stars I have respect for your store again I hope it continues

I have absolutely no clue how to work on vehicles and everytime I've been to the store and everytime I get the best service that I could ask for! Some employees are extremely smart and go above and beyond for the customer. Not sure the name of the Man that I would assume that is the boss, but he deserves a good raise on his paycheck! Love the store. Keep up the good work!

Very very slow service, to get assistance is impossible. Too many employees walking around and no one getting anything done. It's best to go to NAPA if you want service by a professional staff, and get the right part.
