A few years ago I bought a Chevy head from them . Got home and found a Crack in it . Took it back and they got me another head . They looked it over good for me to make sure it was good. I had no problems with them . Good people.
Call to inquire about a motor and was told that they were as extremely pricey depending on how much money they put into them and that people were bidding on them all over the country so these folks are dealing mostly with online people not locals ,, they was real polite though thank you
STAY AWAY! I NEEDED A TRANSMISSION FOR MY 2003 HONDA. I LIVE 1 HOUR AWAY WHICH IS 2 HOURS ROUND-TRIP I HAD TO MAKE FOUR TRIPS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO EXCHANGE EACH TRANSMISSION THAT I WAS GIVEN. THE FIRST ONE DIDN'T WORK THE SECOND ONE WAS BROKEN THE THIRD ONE WAS NOT EVEN FOR MY CAR NOW 33 DAYS LATER I STILL HAVE TO WAIT ON ANOTHER TRANSMISSION AND SPENT $800 AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT THEY KEPT SOME OF MY $ CALLING IT CREDIT CARD FEES. AT THIS POINT AFTER FOUR TRIPS THAT'S 8 HOURS TOTAL I COULD HAVE DRIVEN FROM JACKSONVILLE TO NORTH CAROLINA IN THAT TIME THEY DIDN'T PAY FOR MY GAS NOR MY TIME AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT THEY WANT TO KEEP MY MONEY STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE I WILL DEFINITELY BE MAKING A REPORT TO THE BBB!

Second time ive been here and both times they sold me parts that didnt even fit my car. Will not return. They will CONVINCE you that they arent just trying to make a sale and that they are selling you what you need but they are lying.
I have been going to this place for the last 5 years, and I will never say anything bad or negative about them. Anytime I called and asked about a particular part, Ms. Tina has always been very helpful, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The prices are always on point and cheaper than expected. And I have never had to return a part.
Terrible customer service and was very nasty with his attitude. I believe the white man that works there is racist and does not like black people coming to his business. So be careful going up there looking for the best customer service cause you won’t get it.

I called and it was like the most miserable person on the phone, short and very rude.
I understand people have bad days, but be all groggy and annoyed by asking questions about if you have a certain vehicle on your yard.

Always say they are gonna call back or check pricing and never do. Bought a gas tank for my mechanic shop, provided them with the vin and they managed to still give me 4 different gas tanks so I just ordered from somewhere else
They had exactly what I needed, & at a fraction of the cost of other salvage yards in the area and surrounding counties. I was very pleased with their service, even if it is unconventional. I was able to install the part in the parking lot to confirm its operation and it checked out. It's been several days and I'm confident in the part. Even if it fails in six months at that price point it was well worth it. The counter girl is an absolute babe as well, so that was a major plus. Anyways, I will be coming back if ever need be.
Bought a transmission from them and it wasn't any good they told me to bring it back and had another one waiting for me .. I had a great experience working with them and would refer anyone to get parts from them the staff is polite and friendly
After getting the run around on a good truck bed from other yards. I stopped here and they had just what I needed for less and walked me right to it. On point with fast and friendly people. Will surely do business there again.

Called for engine, claimed he had 1, drove there, took a walk threw the yard ,found what I needed , and got me a really awesome deal,way cheaper than anywhere else,they had It pulled and ready to load on my truck within a couple hrs..everyone I dealt with had good hospitality, i will definitely refer ppl and be using them again..thanks R&R
I am pleased with the service that I have gotten. I needed an alternator for my car. The first alternator was not the correct one. With my old alternator brought back to compare to they switched it out with no problems. The ladies were nice as well.
Ok so if I were you I wouldn't buy anything from this sham of a business. The owner is a terrible person that will rip you off. Today hes earned the name rip off Ray. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE WILL SELL YOU BAD PARTS THEN TRY AND BLAME YOU FOR THE BAD PART.
Firstly this place is a salvage yard and there is always a chance you may get a wrong part just as you would at an advanced or autozone and there are cases where within the same year parts will change on the same vehicle. I purchased a transmission that had an identical look and fit and yet turned out to be the wrong one but after speaking with Ray (The owner) I had a replacement within a few days and it worked perfectly for me. I received a quality product at a fraction of the price others were charging.
Decent selection you can get information over the phone about what they have or what they don't have decent prices could stand a little bit more organization same owner for many years very knowledgeable in Auto Parts Transmissions Motors and so forth staff will help you find what you're looking for if they don't have it
I got my part fast and I got what I need it I come here every time I need parts for my car. They just need to get better in customer service. I would have made it higher if I would have better customer service.
Great place always got good parts.... they can really work on there customer service Conversations and they over the phone stills. It feel like being rush like yea ok we get back to u bye in the middle of u talking. Beside that there great.
Basically I called and got a price on the part I needed and was told $50 with a $10 core charge..... they said the part was pulled and ready....I get there to pick it up and they say the price is$75 and don't know anything about the $50 quote...smh Bad business. Never again
So let me first begin by saying that if a place has numerous negative reviews, take it as a sign that they do shady business as a norm. These people are very smooth and if you aren't on your game they will get you good! If you call to see if they have the part they will tell you "yes", and then when you get there and wait an hour you will find the part they are trying to sell you is not the correct part for your vehicle! Please have your part #'s handy and if all else fails run their part # through auto zones fitment checker and make sure! I am upset that you tried to sell me the wrong part, but I would have been really upset had I bought it believing your smooth talk and got it home to find out that it was wrong! Nice try though!
I've been purchasing parts for years and (knock on wood) everything was perfect never had a problem with my parts well maybe once and they exchanged it, also the parts last didn't have to repurchase, also if your a woman this place comes in handy most of us can't take off parts. I'll be going back tomorrow hopefully I'll have another good experience.
My experience was a good one and I'm glad! I had my part about 30 days before I had the money to pay my mechanic to actually do the work and I had already bought my part from RnR. Came to find out the part did not fit my car and RnR offered to exchange out and still didn't have the correct part so they gave me my $50 back. For that they will always have my business!
I purchased a windshield waited all day for someone to come install they closed @4pm no one never came was unable to contact them after hours they close on Sundays Monday was a holiday so I guess I will have to wait until Tuesday !! Very bad business poor customer service!! Had to cancel plans and everything
had three different engines from them installed and all three were bad, do not use these people, they said every one of the engines were checked and in good running condition when we bought them, stay away, had to get a engine from a different place after the third one installed was bad. not very honest people not to mention paying three different times to have an engine installed, you've been warned
Do not use these people unless you can bring your part to them and match exactly and inspect carefully. Also make sure under no circumstance would you have to come back. They will sell parts that don't fit without modification. Even though they swear interchangebility. They will be rude and will not help you until all and any new customers are helped if they are not selling you something new. While sitting and waiting for over three hours I watched them try to sell broken parts that the customers caught before buying. Also heard them selling an engine they knew had problems that they figured the one buying could just fix. Without telling the customer. They didn't know if it was major or just a spark plug. They told the customer the engine was running good. A lot you learn about them when they make you wait over three hours for a couple small replacement parts. Be very careful about them.
I had a 99 Ford Escort that needed an engine. Purchased one here for about $600. Installed it and the rings on this engine were blown. No compression. I phoned them over and over for days to speak with the owner. (the staff was about as helpful as a wet mop and less responsive than dirty water) The owner dodged my calls. The place is a dump and the staff isn't any better. I warn anyone, purchase anything at your own risk and hope it works out for you. Different strokes for SHADY FOLKS. Don't believe me try it for yourself and see if you get anything different.
