If I could I would give them no stars. I went to get exhaust manifold it took me over 2 hours to take it off some bolts was rusted and some was really hard to get to but i managed to get it off. Get to the counter to tell me they can not sell it to me. But they take everything off they can not sell you before they put it in the yard So why would you have 5 same cars with same part on them. They did not try refund my money for paying to get in or offer me anything for my 2 hour of my time I wasted all they said was I’m sorry I can’t sell it. I will never ever go back and I will never tell anyone about this place
This place is a complete rip-off. They post old, outdated photos of vehicles online, which is misleading. I showed up in good faith, expecting the part to still be in the vehicle as advertised. However, they require you to pay before you can even check the vehicle. After paying, I went to the car only to find it completely stripped — the part was gone.
When I explained the situation to the young lady at the counter and requested a refund, she told me they couldn’t issue one simply because the part wasn’t there. That’s unacceptable.
If you’re considering doing business here, I strongly advise against it.
Went her earlier today looking for Jeep Grand Cherokee center wheel caps and was not disappointed. Everyone was so kind and warm and the whole experience was wonderful! Nina was amazing and me and mom appreciated the kindness everyone showed us! The lot is very nicely organized and they have a huge array of affordable parts for nearly any car you can think of! I’ve always went to this junk yard to get parts I need but I wish they would answer their phone I dropped my wallet there today and I need to know if it got turned into the front desk I don’t care if they keep the cash I just need the other things that was in my wallet

Went today with my son to get a part for my Toyota 4-runner.

It's bad when you're telling someone something and they try to turn your words around to say something else. If you get parts from Go Pull It, please make sure you take a picture of the receipt and one year warranty, and where they put a color dot on the part you get, so when you go to return it, you want have any problems. Just a friendly reminder.
Update: A prompt and professional response was received and I truly believe this issue will be resolved over time as the new inventory is received, I understand it's not instant, thank you.

Been going here for years and everything is excellent and free military entry are why I always pick here over everywhere else, I only want the online photos of the inventory vehicles to be taken better, maybe even the correct vehicle also, can we just get 4 photos from each corner of the vehicles so that we see the whole thing, I understand that the part I need may be removed before I get there but I hate showing up only to see the damage from an accident not pictured is also the part I was coming to get and I could have saved time and planned accordingly, example being if I needed a front bumper but only have pictures from the back of vehicle then when I arrive I see it was in a head on collision which destroyed the bumper, I can deal with someone else getting the part before I get there a lot better than it not even being an available option, 5 Stars will be back when this issue is corrected, assuming the company/management even cares.
Fairly poor communication throughout the entire process that I sold my beloved (but really old) first car. However, the guy with the tow truck arrived at my house at the beginning of the two-hour pickup window they gave me and was very quick and efficient, so not a bad experience overall. I know I can’t control what happens now but I just hope the good parts of my car get used and become parts of other people’s vehicles, that car really meant a lot to me
Went there few weeks ago first time didn't have right tools went back to my truck to retrieve showed the lady my tool bag which had my brand new hoses i had purchased from auto zone earlier she said I had to leave them the fella that check my bag when I came in said I didn't have the hose had he did a thorough check he would had seen the hose under my tools so no problem I went to my truck bought back more of the same hoses showed them to the fellas he said to me you going to leave them to I'm like wow I spent 20 years in the military 25 at usps I don't need to take a 50 cent hose from you guys had my receipt with me wow what a first impression

The prices online says one thing but you'll end up paying more when you get there like for center caps on time that doesn't have center caps, convience fees when you have to pull your own parts... They charged me an environmental fee or spilled oil when all I got was a door panel... Just be careful because they will charge you extra for stuff you don't buy or need like for warranties on parts that's you'll never return and get offended when you decline... The customer service is bad especially when you're checking out and they are extremely rude talking to you like you're stupid even when you know you're getting screwed over... They have good parts but the customer service is really bad
Called this business intending to become a regular customer since we export used parts to Latin America . Lady on the phone very unprofessional and rude didn’t even made the effort of providing a better price for exporters, she said they have two exporters they only sell to, which to my amazement I had never heard such a thing from a serious established business! Who turns away new customers like that? Anyways there’s all kinds of people working in places and answering phones. These people don’t need new clients , guessing they own a business to turn people away! My partner walked on Sunday and she was not helpful either and when asked for the managers name she refused to give it. Good luck to you all !
This place has some of the fairest prices in Jacksonville, as well as actually had most the parts I needed for my 03 Jetta. the only downside is when people pull the engine's down they tend to just cut the wires but, you'll get that at most places to be fair. overall 5 star experience and thank you to Lina for being super helpful and friendly!

I traveled 53 miles One Way to get a transmission that their computer system said would fit my vehicle. WRONG. I spent 5 hours of my time to pull the transmission due to insurance regulations, which I understand and don't have any problems with.
ALSO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING. I Only purchased the transmission and warranty. I was charged for a "trailer hitch ball($7.24+ the warranty $1.44.) No it doesn't sound like much, but it's My Hard Earned Money that's being STOLEN.
And after all that, the Transmission that was pulled, that They said would work for my vehicle (by their information) DOESN'T FIT MY VEHICLE. My step grandson was told that the transmission from a 2007 F150 with a 4 6, will fit a 2006 F-150 with a 4 2.
Whoever installed the computer system needs to be fired, because unfortunately that was a One Year Only transmission fitment for the 4.2 I learned this after contacting a Ford Dealership.

Incredibly Rude Staff-Avoid This Place.
I rarely write reviews, but the appalling treatment I recieve at this business left me no choice.
The employees here clearly have no interest in customer service or basic human decency. From the moment I walk in, I am met with condescending attitudes, dismissive responses, and a blatant lack of professionalism.
I don't know what kind of training-or lack thereof-these staff members have, but they made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience. No effort was made to assist or even treat me with the bare minimum level of respect you'd expect from anyone, let alone a business trying to retain customers.
It's disheartening that people like this think it's acceptable to speak down to others, but I suppose it reflects poorly on management for allowiong such behavior. If the staff at this establishment are this miserable, they should consider working somewhere that doesn't involve interactiong with the public.
Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a place where your time, money, and dignity will be respected.

Love your yard but the prices are getting too high for it to be worth it sometimes. I can find a lot of the same parts online for less and I don't even have to sweat or get dirty for those. One example is the mini Cooper s intercooler. It's $68 without core exchange from you guys, I think? eBay has them for 45-55 w free shipping and all I need to do is push a couple buttons and wait for it to show up at my door. Please guys, consider lowering prices. I for one would be there more often buying more than I am now. All the best from a concerned customer.
Check in was easy, got the list of vehicles that matched my search and was able to go in and get straight to it. Pulled exactly what I needed and was charged per part, prices were listed on the website so I knew just about how much it would cost. Very organized and well maintained. Bring your own tools, but they provide wheelbarrows
They have amazing prices and always have a lot of vehicles and great awesome parts. I'm a veteran and veterans get in for free and you get discounts to check out. This is why I prefer to go there The staff are very nice and helpful and I've never had any issues with this junkyard.
Let’s start by saying this is not the typical junk yard and the staff here is amazing. My adventure started with Britt who was direct and focused with a good personality for controlling the flow of men coming in to buy parts. She was very helpful and is an asset to the company. The rest of the staff also did a great job i just didn’t have the same interaction. The field of cars, trucks, vans, suvs both domestic and foreign models available.
I gave them 5 stars because their professional approach and courteous staff. Thank you.
