I brought my truck up here this morning with a high idle issue. My truck was fix in a little over a hour. There's alot of shady mechanics out there so it is hard to find someone you can trust. With that being said the staff is friendly, the mechanics are knowledgeable, and the prices are beyond fair. If you need you car back on the road, call Mike.

My truck broke down this weekend as I was traveling on I10. Mike’s was the only shop that answered the phone. That was my good fortune. If you want fair priced, prompt, courteous, and professional service, take your vehicle to Mike’s. Eddie repaired my truck and explained the problem and showed me the faulty part. He was thorough and fast, and I really appreciated this automotive shop and its people while I was far from home.
I was happy they were able to get my car in the shop fast. Unfortunately, I was there for two 1/2 hours hoping they could fix my problem. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and kept telling me what I was saying was wrong with my car didn’t make sense. He said I was just confusing the auto stop function and told me to just come back once it gets worse… I paid them for work they didn’t do and my car continued to cut off on me at traffic lights and stop signs. After spending $782 at Chevy they told me it was only the battery and the sensor on the battery. I wish the mechanic at Mike’s could have figured out this problem since it was an easy fix… I didn’t feel like my concerns were being considered or addressed.
Took my Subaru here for failing to start, guys had it up and running in 24 hrs. Didn’t charge me half of what every where was being quoted and car runs excellent. Will be going here for all my mechanic needs.

Had an awesome experience with them. My car wasn't wanting to accelerate and codes told me throttle body sensor so got brand new throttle body and pedal sensor and still nothing. I take it to them and they figured it out in like hour it was my break light bulbs and switched them and now it works perfectly! Absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
I Took My 2007 Hyundai Sonata GLS There To Have The Transmission Serviced. The Mechanics There Under The Guidance Of Mike The Owner Showed Me That There Were Metal Shavings Inside And That My Transmission Would Have To Be Replaced. They Found A Rebuilt Transmission From One Of Their Suppliers And Had Me Back Driving Again In Less Than 10 Days. I Highly Recommend Anyone With Car Troubles To Try Mike's First For Not Only The Price But The Service As Well !!
So, here's the truth. I spent nearly a grand and they had it for about six days. My AC needed to be fixed. They told me it was fixed. It wasn't, so I took it back. Then, they told me it was fixed again. It still doesn't work. We won't use them again. Highly recommend you avoid these guys.
Brought my Jeep in for an engine failure. The situation turned out to be VERY simple and easy to fix, and rather than do anything shady to increase their profits, they were completely honest with me, when it was clear I had no clue about anything mechanical. Extremely trustworthy, very reasonable prices, and very fair treatment. Highly recommend them.

Our car 2007 Saturn died in a parking lot. We looked for a towing shop that also does repairs....we couldn't find any..until we ran into Mike's Automotive...they tow and fix. We gave this shop a try for the first time.
The tow truck was ordered, we were told he would come within 1.5 hours. The truck arrived in 1 hour. Very fast and on target, 20 min later car was taken to the shop.
Next morning we got a call from the mechanic stating the engine was blown...he gave us all the details...he recommended engine was replaced...
Mike the owner helped with pricing for the engine repair and new engine replacement ... he recommended to get rid of the car due to the costs...
The owner mike kept the car on the lot at no charge while we figured out what we would do next....
We had his mechanics take things off the car which we can use on another car...as we looked into.getting rid of the car...
The costs of removing things off the car, the tow, and diagnostics were all very very low fees charged vs the competition we checked...we checked 4 shops....
This shop is FAST EFFICIENT AND VERY COST EFFECTIVE. THE PEOPLE working in the shop are genuine and down to earth. Making a living...the owner, the mechanics, the secretary..all very helpful.. I will use this shop again.....AWESOME PRICES SUPER HELPFUL AND HONEST ADVICE

I found myself in a "PICKLE"
So To Speak.
I was getting gas at Sam's Club and when I tried to start my truck it would not go. "Scratch My Head"
The BATTERY was what I thought was DEAD.
I called for roadside assistance and they sent Mike's Towing the VERY POLITE GENTLEMAN try to jump it,
It would not jump. Turns out it was my starter they Towed me to the garage and I want to say that it is THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever run in to in "YEARS" I was given a price for new starter and agreed and the job was done FAIRLY QUICKLY
I HAVE NEVER RUN INTO this kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER in a car REPAIR SHOP. The CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER TO THE MECHANIC TO THE OFFICE PERSONNEL IS TOP SHELF in MY BOOK.

We broke down on our vacation! Very stressed! They were open on holiday weekend, super friendly and got us back on the road in a couple hours!! Reasonable rates and honest!
They were wonderful! I was broken down in an unsafe place on the road and the towing company stopped to help even though I had not originally called them. They replaced my engine and other parts and did a great job. The owner is very trustworthy and helpful and the staff was all very friendly! I would definitely recommend them!

Our Mini Van stopped running in front of our son's school. I called for towing and Mike's showed up. Chris (from Mike's Towing) not only hooked my car up professionally, he also did a brief diagnostic on my van and discovered my alternator was done for. I didn't have a place to take my vehicle and needed it (with four toddlers) the next day. He directed me to his shop where they had the capacity to turn it around within hours. I took it there and within 3 hours of my van giving out, I was back in it and on my way. It did not cost me an arm and a leg and the service department was genuine and sympathetic to my plight. Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Mike's to anyone who needed automotive assistance...especially if you need it now! Thanks Mike...and thanks Eddie :)
