The worst experience ever and I wish I was exaggerating. My car was told from Jacksonville airport and sent here so by the time I landed around 6 PM and figure it out it was already getting late. this place only accepts cash no debit so not only did. I have to try to figure out how to make it to the ATM with no vehicle once I retrieved the funds I Uber to the facility just to see that it was in an empty pitch black street with no lights in front of it. My Uber driver refused to let me sit there at now 7 PM at night by myself with my luggage after Nick told me to sit in one of the wooden chairs out front until he arrived to the facility which wasn’t until 15 minutes after. I thank God for My Uber driver not leaving me there. We’re over $200 in my pocket and my luggage alone. Once the driver finally arrived, they don’t even allow for you to come inside of the office so the money exchange is done outside of the facility I never felt so unprofessional, unsafe and unprofessional in my life. It was so dark on that block that he himself( Nick) Had to use the lights from my Uber drivers vehicle in order to just look at my drivers license. The fact that he knew that not only was a woman, but also had his daughter with him that was a young girl, told me I could sit out front in the dark is crazy. My uber driver had even mentioned to him that she refused to leave me there alone from how sketchy everything looked. I wish that the experience stopped there but then as we walked to go look at my vehicle he informed me that Jason Went through my vehicle and took my spare key out of my purse, but then said that a coo was also involved But refuse to give me the police report so that I can retrieve the officers badge number. So not only was I not present when they went through my vehicle And my purse, where my car key was, but I was also not given the police report information. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
They towed my vehicle, and when got it back my hood was bent. I asked the gentleman about it. He trying to say it's a older vehicle. I guess they thought I wasn't going to get my truck back. Check your vehicle when you get it back, I think there doing bad. Dnt use these company
Wilson did an excellent job repairing a dent in my new truck. The work was done in a very reasonable time frame. I definitely recommend and I’ve referred my friends to him.
They liars and scammers told me when I got into a car accident that I HAD to get my car towed because they couldn’t move it out the way but they drove it out while messed up and I wasn’t thinking straight because of the accident and only did cash only because they do under the table business but I already called the police and filed a report their looking into the business now also they feining for money poor and broke don’t shop nor give them any type of money keep them at the lowest
I needed help recently because my car had a license plate screw that had worn and I couldn't remove. I took it to Wilson's and they were so gracious and courteous to repair the issue for me immediately and without charge, which they didn't have to do. While it was a small issue, it was a big deal to me. I will definitely be back to them if I ever need repair work again. THANK YOU!!!
The worst costumer service ever.. they don’t care about anybody else.. Big lady setting up front She only cares about her pocket. Keep changing price every other minute doesn’t keep her word what she said previously, those guys are sucks avoid at any cost deal with them .. The worst people on the planet

Took my dirty, dented car to Wilson’s Body Shop. It was a sad sight to see. Picked it up today and saw a beautiful sight. They repaired it and cleaned it. Very professional and courteous service is what I experienced at Wilson Body Shop.
Super pleased with these guys. I was t-bone and needed my 2017 Toyota Sienna repaired. These guys took my van in and brought it back to showroom condition. They even went the extra mile and detailed it inside and out and fixed the under carriage cover that was coming off. Only took them about 2 weeks. Super pleased with the service they provided.
This was my first experience having to deal with auto body repairs. Dianne working the auto body front desk was such an expert at her job, she's definitely the reason I decided to choose Wilsons. Whenever I was taking it around for estimates, nobody went into too much care detail like she did. I couldn't be more pleased with the work. My car was at Wilson's for front end repair. First time 3 weeks, with little communication. When I was finally told it was ready, the first words out of my mouth on seeing my car were "the bumper doesn't fit". I was told that is what the guy was working on and to come to the office to take care of paperwork/payment. After that, the bumper was no different and I was told it was the best they could do.
The Geico adjuster had told Brian over the phone if anything wasn't right to let him know. That didn't happen. So, I scheduled to take it back for them to fix assuming they had communicated for a different bumper. 5 days later, the bumper still was not a proper fit and they have "jacked up" my car so that it is difficult to reach the hood release and the hood no longer covers all seals properly when closed.
I had the Geico adjuster out to look at my car yesterday and he authorized additional funding for a different bumper, but as Wilson's took so long, I have used up my 30 days rental.
I tried contacting Brian for a partial refund to cover the rentals for the 2nd time my car was there....to cover the cost of a rental to get the bumper replaced properly. I also suggested Geico should not have to pay for bumper to be painted again. His response.. he would pay for 2 days of rental - $100, after the repairs were done and I brought it to him to show proper fit. 2 days? So why did it take you so long? Proper fit? Do you know what that is Brian? Look at the pics of a properly fitting bumper by their standards!
Obviously I am now going the legal route!!
I am extremely happy with the repairs that Wilson's Body Shop made to my vehicle after an attempted auto theft. They fixed my window & my steering column FAST!! I know I may have been annoying at times calling for updates on my vehicle, but everyone I spoke with was very friendly & understanding. Silverado rear ended. The bumper was a complete loss with minor body repairs needed to the right quarter panel.
They were able to “repair” within a timely manner.
1st attempt to pick up after they were completed. I noticed the cap/guide tube where you insert the rod to lower down the spare tire wasn’t aligned behind the bumper correctly and it was free spinning on the bumper. They acknowledged and agreed to fix it right. They were very apologetic. No big deal. Stuff happens.
2nd attempt to pick up, the tube was now aligned correctly but the cap was still free spinning on the bumper. I also noticed the bumper was lower on the right side by about 1/4 of an inch. They acknowledged my concerns and agreed to make it right. They were very polite. I was patient and understanding knowing that people make mistakes. It is what it is.
3rd attempt, the cap was now fixed to the bumper but it’s still lower on the right side. I voiced my concerns to the service manager, he agreed and acknowledged that it was still lower on the right side. He stated “that’s the best we can do.” And that “it’s possibly an optical illusion”
At this point I’ll just cut my losses and seek a quality body shop else where.
Also over spray on the leaf spring and exhaust that I noticed when I got it home.
Although most wouldn’t notice stuff like this, I do. I simply wanted my truck as it was before the wreck.
Y’all be the Judge on this place.
I recently had my vehicle repaired at Wilsons Body Shop. I was totally satisfied with the Service and the Repair was done in a timely Manner.
I was very very impressed with worker Diane who picked me up at Enterprise car Rental to drop my car off. Enterprise was very busy with other customers and it would have taken a long time for them to drop me off at the Body shop.
Throughout my total experience of getting my car fixed… Diane answered all of my questions and was a total blessing to me.
I would recommend Wilson’s Body Shop to anyone who need to get a timely, Fair, and satisfied repair on your vehicle.
I'm glad I chose to send my car here after my accident. They did a wonderful job. My car looks brand new. Even though the insurance company I was going through wasn't communicating with me as much,Brian kept me updated on everything and was doing his best to get my car back to me. If I could have hugged everyone in there I would have lol and they cleaned up nicely as well. Lil meek (my ford edge car name) was back in action.
What a crazy experience with this shop. It took them 8 days to complete my State Farm Claim for repair. The Customer Service Rep at the shop(Diane) needs to be replaced bc her communication skills are terrible. She questioned whether or not my hail damage was legitimate on the vehicle. After speaking with my Claims Adjuster it was determined that my damage was legit. I received a called to pick up my car and when I arrived, my car was still not ready and I had to wait. After leaving this Shade Tree Shop and arriving home, my quarter panel liner was hanging from the tire. The idiot tec forgot to tighten the screws so I had to take my car back again and deal with Aloof Diane. Bottom line is this, stay away from this joint.
Ultimate pros… Had my truck fixed after a rear end collision… Wilsons finished it in less time than quoted. Paint match was excellent.
Also had my Lexus door panel repaired.. you cant tell where it was fixed!!!
These guys are the best around, and very reasonable… I wouldnt think of taking my vehicles to anywhere else…
Donna at Wilsons body shop is a gem! She is very helpful, we took our car here after being hit from the rear. It was all smashed in and looked a mess. The guys made it look brand new! They even matched the paint perfectly. They straighten out the tag! If I could give 10 stars I would.
Brian did a superb job fixing my car. The customer service and communication provided by everyone was timely, professional and friendly. They did the job in a timely fashion for the damage that my car had. They cleaned my car beautifully and I couldn’t be more thankful. Highly recommend!

Don’t ever take you car here. I was told my car was ready two weeks before I was able to pick it up being that I travel for work. My car didn’t not have running break lights or headlights when I picked it up. They did a poor job of expecting my car as I have had to pay for part out of my pocket this my repairs. A lot of part on my car they tried to jimmy rig instead of replacing it
Wilson’s Body Shop is truly AMAZING! The quality of their work makes you feel like you were never in an accident and your vehicle is just as safe and beautiful as before the accident. The employees and owner are very friendly and trustworthy and you can see that doing a great job is important to them. I will continue to drive across town to Wilson’s. They are the BEST!!
We recently had our 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired at Wilson's Body Shop on Dunn Ave. Brian (in front office) and Ryan (mechanic) both did a great job getting our vehicle repaired in a timely manner. Their quote was accurate (no hidden charges). They were both friendly and professional. Thanks for getting our vehicle back on the road again. We'll definitely return with our other vehicles.
My truck died on 295. They arrived quickly and within a few days diagnosed and repaired it . They kept me updated each step of the way and solved an issue the dealership couldn't figure out. Highly recommended!! Thanks!!
I sent my car here after an accident. Although they completed the body work, they reprogrammed my key fob. It was working perfectly when I dropped it off, now the lock button opens the trunk and it will not lock my car. My key fob had nothing to do with the damages on my car, so I don’t understand why they tampered with it. First, I was told that I it had to reset. Then, I was told that there was nothing they could do. Unprofessional. Beware of this location. I’m definitely getting my lawyer involved because this is unethical and unprofessional. I’m not paying for another key fob when this one was working perfectly fine. They lack accountability. Choose another location to complete repairs. The reviews about the manager is spot on. No accountability and uphold his staff when they are wrong.
In response to the attempt to avoid accountability..
When I arrived, my car was unlocked. The push to start did not work. The lady inside said that I would have to hold my fob to it and it would start. This has never happened before I dropped it off. She knew it was not working and she stated that it sometimes has to reset itself. My car is new. Brand new… No issues until I left it with you. But, as I stated before, my lawyer will be in contact. No further response is needed.
If we could give ZERO stars for service, we would. DO NOT use this facility!! They stole the GPS out of our daughter's truck, as well as a very sentimental picture. The owner, Brian Wilson told us "sorry, we don't make a habit of stealing stuff and we aren't taking responsibility for that" and he wouldn't even offer to ask his employees about the items. WORST customer service we ever had!! It took 6 weeks to have the bumper and valance repaired. And when we picked it up, there was a large chip in the bumper. And they did not repair the busted bug screen on the hood. Now that we are reading reviews - we see that we are NOT the only ones who get this kind of treatment and have had things stolen!!
I was a victim of JSO yet again my friend got arrested in my truck and it was towed here in the middle of the night I went thru so much in the next day to try and get to the town yard before they closed only to get there and see it was cash only the only thing I didn't do that day was going to the bank. I spoke with Mr. Ryan the owner and asked if they could wave the 1 day feel and he was awesome enough to give me that so I could go to the bank and get back the next day. They really worked with me and I'm forever thankful. Under those circumstances a little kindness goes a long way. I have looked for someone who does auto repair work in Jacksonville for the 7 years I have lived here and was so happy to find Wilson’s. They have replaced practically everything on my truck and I have never had to bring anything back to be fixed again. They have fixed things that were repaired at other places though. Another good thing possibly the best thing is they didn’t gouge me on the price. I had my truck towed to them this time. Thankfully when it got there they found what it was and it was nothing. Something I had carried to another auto place wasn’t done right so my gauge wasn’t working so my truck overheated as a safety feature it will shut the truck off and won’t start. Well they only charged me for the tow they replaced my fluids and didn’t charge me anything for it. This also was because if another auto place in town had drained my antifreeze and didn’t refill it so it caused my truck to overheat. So yes I would most DEFINITELY recommend Wilson’s as far as I’m concerned they’re the best auto repair business in town and I’m not carrying any of my vehicles anywhere else but here.
After having trouble getting my truck's roof stripped and painted at another local body shop, I brought it into Wilson's Body Shop as a walk-in. Despite having no appointment for an estimate, as many other local body shops require, the employees were helpful and courteous, making a more-than fair value assessment for the work on the spot.
The work on the roof was completed in a timely manner, adding an extra day for paint due to bad weather. When I called to check-up on the status of the job they were very informative and even ensured that the work was being done to the highest quality standards possible, despite the beating I had previously given the truck. It now has a beautiful, untarnished shine once again. Given the quality and timeliness of the work performed, couple with the helpfulness of the staff, I intend to bring my truck back to Wilson's Body Shop for any future body repairs.
I have taken my vehicle to Wilson's on more than one occasion, and I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Brian is extremely helpful and personable, and I know that my vehicle will get top quality care, without it costing me an arm and a leg. With both accidents that I was in, they fixed (and detailed) my car, and made it look as good as new. You've found a lifelong customer!
