Ray and his team of technicians are so thorough! I can't say it enough the amount of detail they provide for diagnosis and ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently! I'll update more after I receive my vehicles back, but for now thank you all for the hard work and dedication to figuring out the problems with my buses!
Read the reviews and believe the reviews!!!! Prior to my husband choosing this business I read the reviews. I warned him to steer clear but for some reason he went against my better judgement.
To keep this brief, the original quote was over $18k, and my husband arrived to the shop with a truck that was able to carry a load, actually he had just delivered a load prior to driving to the repair shop. They were supposed to have a diagnosis the next day, lo and behold, that didn't happen. After sitting over the weekend, my husband called on Monday. Take it, I asked him again to get the truck back due to the fact this process was already making me feel uneasy.
Fast forward to two weeks later, almost $8k to the shop, we were both fed up because EVERYDAY after the truck was supposedly repaired, they LITERALLY would come up with another excuse or ISSUE. We thought we would be able to drive the truck from the shop but it would not make it, we had another $500 tow bill to pay.
Stay clear of this shop UNLESS you have did business in the past with them. Like I told Ray I don't know how he sleeps at night because it's no way anyone would pay $8k for a truck repair if they would not be able to drive it again until they put the extra $10k in repairs (clearly that is their game, they give you a high quote, if you don't fix every issue and ask them to fix what you think will work after consulting with them, they continue to lie and tell you it's working but something else is wrong until you pay what they wanted you to pay from the beginning). And trust me, he kept referring back to the original quote.
My advice, if you are forced to do business here, CYA, and get everything in writing via email. Do not call and talk because he tried to convince me that my husband agreed to the repairs although he knew it would not correct his problems.
Shame on them, I am a firm believer Karma is a 'you know what'!
Dropped my RV off to get front brakes and AC checked for compressor clutch not engaging. After a couple of weeks, call to check on status to get a quote. Once I received the quote, it was for $7,042.67. I told Mr. Marquez that I can’t pay that for AC and brakes so give me a price for their diagnosis. Mr. Marquez attitude instantly changed to the negative. I didn’t receive an email for diagnosis quote, so I stop by to check on the invoice and it was for $1,290.01 which AC is still not working. I paid the bill and he sent the lady in the office to go get my 38FT Diesel Pusher. He asked if that was a problem, YES, it’s a problem, so I walked down and drove my RV off the property. When I started inspecting my RV, it was not ready for me to pickup because all the fuse boxes were not put back, wires were not zipped tied back, all basement doors were unlocked, in the Coach you could tell where the Mechanic Tech walked and touch due to OIL from hands and shoes, wire not plugged back in where they belong/kick panel not put back on floorboard. You would have thought my RV was in a junk yard/repo for parts. Received second opinion about brakes, only needed front brakes replaced for a total of $704.26 and not rear brake. NEVER will I take my RV back to this company or RECOMMEND this company to anyone…
Update: I remember the technician told me he had took the dash apart and tested all the wires and fuses. Well I was under the dash and notice a plug was not push in completely and when I pushed it in, the A/C, condenser fan and compressor started working again. I saved $673 which on the invoice was to install a 12 volt supply to A/C compressor. Thank you GOD!
My A/C compressor frozen up while traveling from PA to southern FL. These guys got me back on the road in less than 24 hours. Great service and very friendly staff. They turned my major disaster into just a bump in the road, can't say enough good things about them.
OVER $5,000 WASTED, 30 DAYS LOST, AND BUSINESS DISRUPTED FOR UNRESOLVED AC REPAIRS
I had a terrible experience with Allstate Auto & Truck Repair, wasting OVER $5,000 and losing 30 DAYS of use of my van while they repeatedly failed to fix the AC system. As a business owner, I rely on my vehicle, and their incompetence caused significant disruptions to my work and financial losses.
Over the course of FOUR VISITS IN A MONTH, they inspected the AC system, claimed there were no issues, and charged me again and again for Freon, parts, and labor. Every time, the AC system broke down shortly after leaving their shop. At one point, they admitted additional problems, like a locking AC compressor clutch and leaking lines, but they still refused to take responsibility or offer a lasting solution. Instead, they kept billing me for ineffective repairs.
They also mishandled payment, telling me my check wouldn’t work and asking for an alternative payment method. After I followed their instructions, they tried to cash the original check WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. When I called to discuss the unresolved repairs, they promised to call back and schedule an appointment to “make it right.” THEY NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH, leaving me without answers or a functioning vehicle.
This experience cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, WEEKS OF DOWNTIME, AND LOST BUSINESS. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
Great business and just good people!! We all know just how bad it sucks when the vehicle you use to make ur income, kicks the bucket. Allstate was upfront, right out the gate. Mr. Rey called me with the diagnosis and explained my options... I just felt, I made the right choose. Extremely, knowledgeable, good Ole boys. I'd recommend Allstate to everyone!!
I am so happy to have found Allstate Auto & Truck Repair Inc.! I had a serious issue with my truck shutting off and becoming hard to restart. Two major dealerships in the area had my vehicle for a total of a week and never found the issue, all while charging me for diagnostic tests.
A friend referred me to Allstate Auto & Truck Repair, and once I explained my issues to Ray, he was eager to have his technicians look at my truck. Remarkably, the same day they received my truck, they found and corrected the issue at an amazing price.

AA&TR is a repair shop like no other. Tommy (the owner) , Rey, Greg and the technicians are passionate about quality work & customer service. Tommy, with decades of experience, is almost always onsite and easily accessible. Rey is also available to solve any issues you may have and keep all aspects running smoothly. Greg ensures you are getting the best possible price for parts and the techs make all the magic happen. I drove my truck to their shop yesterday for repair. They estimated the repair time to be 1 to 2 hours and made the decision to repair it immediately. I challenge you to find expedited service like that anywhere else. The total time for the repair took slightly over an hour and the cost was the best anywhere in town. Thanks to all of you that got me back on the road in the most expedited, low cost manner imaginable. AA&TR is the definition of quality customer care.
I had the most disappointing experience with customer service. If I could rate it with negative stars due to the poor attitude and lack of assistance, I certainly would. While I acknowledge that the technicians are likely very skilled and knowledgeable about trucks—far more than I am—I do know what good service looks like. It's one thing to experience a delay of 24 hours when a part is damaged during installation or removal, but when that delay stretches to 4 days without any accountability, and the response is simply a dismissive “sorry about your luck,” that’s unacceptable. We lost three days of business, and the gesture of offering half off an oil change feels more like an insult than a solution. It might be time to retire if you no longer prioritize your customers. I strongly advise steering clear of Allstate and would rate them as low as possible.

They are five star I was in an RV going from Fl to NY, My brakes went out, they was the only shop to fix RV brakes, They were professional and Rey and Bobby did a great job, they even stayed two hours after closing to get me home , They are first class, I will use them if i need repair and highly recommend them

Owning an RV is an expensive proposition, but worse than the outlay of money, is the nearly impossible task of finding a quality repair shop. From the first time that I spoke with Rey on through to the completion of the repair, it was stress free and smooth sailing. Anything that could be done to make the experience more enjoyable and accommodating was done. The techs are first rate, knowledgeable and pleasant. The diagnostic process and the fix were all carefully explained to me before going forward. As far as I'm concerned, there isn't anywhere else I'd take my rig in the future.
Following the rave reviews on Google was a serious error on my part. Complete RIP-OFF. I never write negative reviews but I have to warn folks about this place. After waiting two weeks for my turn, Took my 28 foot Ford Four Winds RV in for repair of issues my truck has= Squeaky belt, oil change,ac blower in cab,etc. I explained these issues to guy that makes appointments. After paying $800 bill and 6 hours later- left this service center with only an oil change and piece of paper documenting the problems I knew I had...NOT one repair made!!! As a woman traveling alone in my hometown... I expected more. I agreed to paying for inspection but was charged 200 additional for EACH specific problem to be observed! They also knocked 2 of my silver lug covers off then told me I must have hit a curb!
Truck repairs done the way they should be done. Brought mine in for A/C work and got a thorough diagnosis and overall visual inspection. The guys at Allstate were upfront about the work and made preventative maintenance suggestions based on age and mileage. Straight shooters and even hustled to get it done by Friday rather than hustling me! Special thanks to Rey and the technician. I didn’t catch his name but the mechanic gave a rundown on the repairs. Top notch customer service and this is now a go-to for my F-250 over Ford.
Great shop fixes just about everything under the sun. They don't know how to quit, they have a can do attitude about everything that comes in the shop for repairs.

Just had my gear shifter fixed on my RV. This place is very professional and a friendly , welcoming atmosphere. Rey is great. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly by professionals without breaking the bank then this is the place to go.
Ray is a dynamite manager! I brought a car hauler and another day cab to this shop to get them ready to sell. Ray really went above and beyond what any shop would normally do. I had never met him but he treated me like family. His team was timely and got the 2 semi’s and the car hauler trailer all fixed up and road and sale ready. He kept his promises and was extremely fair on the price. He is my “go to” for all my truck and trailer needs going forward. I highly recommend Allstate Truck and Trailer Repair. I am very pleased with the folks at allstate! Did a great job with very detailed diagnosis of problems that 3 other shops could not get rite!!! Very reasonable and fair pricing.very prompt, fit me in and got me rolling!!! Will be using allstate to do all my PM. Work.
Finding someone to work on our RV has been a challenge, so we were grateful when Allstate said they would fix it. They did and they charged a reasonable amount. My only negative is that they were supposed to call both the extended warranty people and us before they worked on it. But that's a minor concern when you consider they let us bring the RV home without paying the bill - it was their fault the bill wasn't ready so it seemed fair. We'll settle up on Monday.
Friendly folks with fast service by quality techs. Our RV needed specific sway bar parts. Allstate got the parts and installed them quickly. What an improvement in ride. Got to play with shop dog Blue while we waited.
They always do a great job keeping my truck running. They get the truck in and get me back on the road working in a very short period of time it doesn't matter what the problem is. They understand without the truck running your not working. I've been taking my truck here for years never had a complaint about their work.
Fantastic experience! Great group of really nice people! Just bought a Ford F-350 and wanted to do an oil change and get the truck checked out. After doing a very through check out the only thing they found wrong was from an emergency repair we had done in Las Vegas. They fixed the other guys work and found nothing else wrong with the truck. Proving that they are not only nice, polite, friendly, and efficient...but also HONEST. They are my truck shop forever.
Not your average repair shop. From the owner to the technicians, everyone has been over the top nice and polite! Repairs to my 06 Western Star were done in a timely, fair and orderly manner. I highly recommend Allstate Auto & Truck over a dealership!
