The company is very customer friendly. They showed so much concern and truly give customer service. Mr Tony was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely refer anyone to UNIVERSAL BODY
My car was in an accident, and the windows were busted out. When I went to get my property out of my car the next day, the car was in a cover area so that my belongings would not get rained on and other car that were not under cover they were covered with plastic. The extra step to take care of your property is awesome.
My vehicle was towed here and the process to pick it up was quick and easy. I had a flat tire also while it was in the yard and they were so helpful in getting me back rolling safely I really appreciate everyone there
I can tell you this they are more dedicated to having your car and better shape and look better. Paint job better than what it was when it went in to have the work performed. Donnie and his team are spectacular and amazing at what kind of work they do I have never been dissatisfied and believe me with my driving I’ve had been in there at least a half a dozen times and never been dissatisfied and probably going in there to seven time here pretty soon no family members friends all have been there and everyone has ever complained always happy with the work that comes from the outcome of Donnie and his team at universal body shop. I’ve known Donnie for a long time. I would not recommend anyone else to do any type of bodywork, paint work or anything they will match it to the best of their ability sometimes it is hard to match, but I can tell you by experience and you cannot hardly see a difference in anything From the color of the original color to wear when they paint it back. It is identical good people treat you right fair price and I mean more than fair pricing and just wanna know to let you know that Donnie Alan is a great respected not someone that’s in there trying to take advantage of you gives you a fair price not the cheapest in town, maybe but we’ll do the best job in town for you. Who wants the cheapest job when you get quantity over you get quality over junk and that’s what’s out there that people throw used parts in tell you their new gonna use the best of the best. Best customer service I have ever seen in my life. I had a lot of questions and she never got upset. She was so knowledgeable and great, knew way more than the DMV. She even booked my place in line at the DMV while I waited for a receipt. Everyone in the office was also great. So sorry forgot her name, she knows who she was. Sincerely.The man who flew from Texas to pay an ex girlfriends overdue bill. Thank yall
Pleasant and professional staff!!! Our repair was completed on time as promised. Communication with updates was helpful and the workmanship is top notch. Our 5 yr old car looks better than it did new! Thank you Donnie & Staff @ Universal Body Co!!!!
First off , my vehicle was towed even though the tow order was canceled. When I was told by the police that Universal towed it, I called and asked and they said they had no record of my vehicle being there. I had to call back multiple times to get them to acknowledge it was there. THEN when I went to pick it up they STILL had no idea where it was.
It didn't help that the front desk person was, frankly, surly and adversarial.
All in all, would NOT recommend.
I have been dealing with Donnie and his family for at least 20 years. The work is amongst the best in the city they are honest and their pricing is always fair.
Be aware on this company a car on my name was towed and they waited until the bill was almost 600,oo to sent me the certificate letter.
I call them and a very RUDE woman tell me about, tatata, then when I was to pick up the van, I think it was the owner that tell me that I will be able to sell it in 1,000. Sad, I can not even sell it in $600.
My mistake I trust people and I really wanted to leave that place than I did not take the time to check the van, which is now a trash, nobody wanted even me, I will need to spend thousands to make decent .
I guess they were laughing a lot because of me being naive and stupid, Yea I think that guy who was telling me how nice was the van conditions have a great time.
IF YOUR CAR IS TOW FOR UNIVERSAL BODY BE CAREFUL THEY WILL LIE TO YOU FOR MONEY,
I have used this company for several repairs. They always go above and beyond. It seems people get their name confused with another company in town with similar name but not the same results. If you have a car that needs body repair I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have fixed several family members vehicles and all have been great experiences and results.
Mr. Richard is one of the best towtruck employers I have ever seen and a man with a kind heart this company is very fortunate and blessed to have him good work mr. Richard
Absolutely worst customer service I've ever seen. They basically steal from you ... you find out after they send out a certified letter that you never got????
I am going to talk to my lawyer after this ridiculous charge.
WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE EVER!!!! THEY HAD MY CAR A WEEK LATER THEN THE DATE THEY GAVE ME TO BE FINISHED AND THEY DIDN'T CALL ONCE TO GIVE ME A UPDATE. THEN WHEN I GOT THERE THEY WERE RUDE AND THEY DIDN'T IX EVERYTHING I WAS QUOTED ORIGINALLY!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO LIKES GOOD SERVICE.
