Had my trunk repaired via auto claim on my insurance in Feb. 2025 They left the spoiler off and had to keep the car for additional days. When I got it back, my speakers went out for a few days- but they miraculously rectified themselves. End of Oct. 2025, my trunk and back seat are full of water. The shop fixed the issue free of charge. Car was given back to me dirty and filthy after both repairs with little to no concern for the cleanliness or comfort of my ride.
Had a tire blow out and damaged the fender wheel well. Robert got me in the shop quickly. Lee then brought the car back after a little while, perfectly fixed, and I was on my way. Both Robert and Lee were very professional, knowledgeable, and eager to get me back on the road quickly. What a wonderful surprise to meet such genuine folks that want to help others. I can highly recommend this shop and will tell my friends to use Victor's Body Shop for all their car repair needs.

I went to Victor’s yesterday and spoke with Robert about some cosmetic damage on my right front fender. The fender well molding was loose and there was a dent and some marks and paint gouges. Robert went above and beyond. In the near 100° temperatures, he used clips to secure the molding back in place, popped to dent out and used a cleaner to remove a majority of the marks. It looks 90% better and I can live with the rest. THANK YOU!! I have already told several friends and coworkers how great you are. Here are before and after photos.

A surprising and amazing experience. I had creased the plastic front bumper of my car and was looking for a simple, inexpensive way to restore the crumpled bumper. I planned to drop the car off at Victor's as I was expecting it would take a while to fix. When I arrived, one of the employees took the car from the front parking to the shop and said it would be a few minutes. A few minutes later, he came into the shop and said it was done. The cost - nothing. How often does that happen?
I’m honestly so thankful for victors! The shop took my 4 runner in & within a week made it look brand new!! I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for work done on their vehicle.

I went to this shop today and was impressed with the customer service, knowledge and expertise of Lee. He was able to replace my front bumper emblem without costing me a large sum of money. The job was done in a short period of time which was awesome.
I had been all over town getting quotes to get my bumper fixed. Victor was my last stop for the day and let me tell you I’m soooooo glad I stopped. I was told a bumper had to be ordered and it was going to cost over a thousand dollars to fix. Victor pulled my car in the back and popped the dent out and wasn’t going to charge me anything it took him 20 mins he saved me soooooo much money I still paid him for what he did but he was honest and that’s the kind of person you want working on your car he wasn’t after money he just wanted to help. Last week, I needed body work done after a hit and run on my Toyota Sienna. I had my three young kids with me and was worried about the cost of the repair. Robert Gutierrez immediately came to my aid. He was so kind and helpful, a great communicator, gave me options for a full bumper replacement or to pop out the dent for a huge cost savings. Within 10 minutes, he had popped out the dent and it looked great. I was so grateful for his compassion, honesty, and fitting me in quickly so I could get my kids back home. I would highly recommend this auto shop and asking for Robert.
Victor’s Body Shop gave me a very fair quote for this repair. They did the job on time and were able to get me in sooner than originally scheduled. I’m very pleased with their work and will be using them again for any auto body needs in the future!
I can’t say enough good things about Victor’s! I got in a wreck, and took my car there immediately. I was originally quoted July 8th for a completion date. Not only did I receive my car on July 3rd, but it looks as great as it did when it was brand new! every person I talked to were kind, professional and knowledgeable. minutes before the shop opened. I was greeted by a young man and talked about the damages. He also helped me take the pictures to send to my insurance company. He talked to me without making me feel rushed and even pointed out that my back tire had been pushed forward. Which I really appreciate! The staff there is very professional and nice!! Had my vehicle back a day before I was scheduled to return the rental with everything that was wrong, Fixed! Victor's Body Shop also washed my car and had it looking Amazing!! Took my 93corvette there to have my rear guarter panel repaired they did a excellent job, can't even tell its been in a accident also they painted the entire rear of the car great job in matching the paint color. Highly recommend for fiberglass repair.

TOP NOTCH SHOP!!!! I recently needed to get the fenders to my '08 Hummer H3 redone-- they were very faded. After reading up on the reviews to Victor's, I decided to try business here and I am so glad that I did! The service was very friendly and approachable. During the initial consultation, got a great quote right off the bat (great prices!) and it was painlessly done. I felt very comfortable with the estimated work specs and the time frame for completion. Then, to cap it off, when I saw the completed paint work, I was simply blown away. I am at a loss of words when in comes to how grateful I am for EVERYONE at Victor's. After an accident, I was left arguing back and forth with the insurance company on whether it truly was a total loss. After a few days of searching and only finding high cost and well-known repair shops, a neighbor mentioned the great work Victor's did for his boss and we planned to stop by to get an estimate.
Upon arriving we were immediately greeted and taken care of by Robert. He was able to provide me with options and gave me estimates. Of all of the estimates I was provided by all of these other body shops, these estimates were at a lower cost, yet were exactly what I needed and seemed to be worth the cost. I emailed the estimate to the insurance company, and as promised they sent me a check. I knew without a doubt, based on the customer service and help I received on the first day at Victor's, that THAT is where I was taking my car to be repaired. I set up a date to take it into the shop and it was taken care of within 7 days as promised.
The work done was PHENOMENAL all the way to the small details like the screws even! The car came back looking way better than it did before! The Victor's team most definitely went above and beyond to take care of my car. Even taking care of an additional panel. Even before I left the lot, an employee saw that I was leaving and noticed my car was dinged up on the doors and sides (not a part of the repair, just ugly looking) While I was finishing up and paying in the office, he went ahead and took it upon himself to touch up small spots on the car where the paint had come off. Tell me where you can find any customer service like that!
I am grateful! The car is back to normal and there are no other folks I would trust to take care of me other than those at Victor's. Their work is cost effective, they're good at what they do, and they know how to run a business. They truly care about their customers and everyone at the shop is down to earth! That's hard to find!

Lou, Lee and Robert were all absolutely AMAZING to deal with. They have excellent customer service and the work is beautiful. I would highly recommend them. Good guys. Professionals. Did the job on time. Very kind. I live close to the shop and because I don't have anyone else to help me, they kindly pick me up when the car was ready. They also have a very reasonable and fair price. I will post before and after pics as well. Note: they didn't Paint it, just repair it. Now, they painted the front. This is what service and work quality is supposed to be like!! Best experience on both and I am picky when it comes to both my vehicle care and what I do with my money. I had a broken mirror, called and got estimate over phone, part was in next morning, Robert called me when it arrived, I took the car in and less than 30 min work was done (looks better than before), had a power window problem, he looked at it, ran out for a motor and had it fixed in a flash. On top of all that with a super friendly attitude and without overcharging me. Best shop in town, wish we had more businesses like this in town. Thanks Robert and Viktor for taking such great care of me and my car!!!
