Just came up there today and got the pleasure of dealing with Mr Mike Couple things vary Professional and his Customer service is Outstanding to where it is noticeable I told him what was going on and he was on it I was in and out and back on the road with a smile
I cannot recommend this shop enough! I took my mom’s car in yesterday and had the best experience. The owner, Tony, is a truly wonderful man. He is incredibly kind and you can tell immediately that he actually cares about his customers and their safety, not just the bottom line. It is rare to find a shop that is this honest—Tony charges a very fair price and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. His employees clearly take pride in their work and treat customers with the same respect Tony does. If you are in Jacksonville, or even just passing through and find yourself in need of a mechanic, go see Tony. It’s hard to find a business with this much integrity these days!
I took my son’s car to the Honda dealership and was quoted a long list of repairs, so I called Everything Automotive for a second opinion. Chris answered the phone and was incredibly helpful; he took the time to go over pricing with me before I even brought the car in.
Once at the shop, communication was great and everything was very transparent. I also met the owner, Tony, who was very kind and easy to talk to. This is a family-owned business, and it shows. There was no upselling, and as a woman, I felt completely comfortable and trusted them. Highly recommend!
An excellent repair shop, even hybrids - recently the crew replaced the head gasket for a hybrid Lexus engine in seven business days, including time at the machine shop for head resurfacing. The dealership would take the same amount of time, but charge more. Today, months later, the car is great with no go-backs. Another repair shop, Maxi's, refused to work my hybrids, but Everything Automotive is "all-in."

AC blew warm after a humid drive so dropped by Everything Automotive of
Jacksonville mid-morning. They recharged the freon and found a condenser fan issue, fixed
without extras like a full flush. Mechanic noted salt air from the beach clogs filters faster,
had it done by lunch though shop radio blared ads.
I was in a hard place on Saturday and he doesn’t work on Saturday I pulled up and he was in a meeting and stop the meeting just to help me best place ever.
Highly recommend Everything Automotive. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, provided a reasonable price, and returned my car same day in great condition. Very happy with the repair and overall experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.
I asked Everything Automotive to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection for me on a used car. The inspection was very thorough. I was amazed at the number of things they thought to check, and the documentation they provided. While I waited I had an opportunity to chat with the owner a little bit and really appreciated his experience and advice. From what I saw and the client interactions I heard, this is the type of shop I wish I lived closer to.
Again, I give this shop my highest recommendation.
Tony and the guys were extremely helpful and more than friendly. They helped what would have been a major problem honestly and affordable. They were up front with their assessment. They couldn't have treated me better.
Spent $500, didnt fix anything, engine was still misfiring. Paid for the full scan, only for it to be as simple as the ignition coils that they supposedly tested and didn't change.
I’ve been coming here for about a year now, for various different things for my 2002 Toyota Highlander. They always do a great job, and always try their best to make it affordable when it’s a big project. I’m grateful, they are kind, hardworking people here! 10/10

Very very great service and very very quick. Came in here yesterday from overheating and they fixed my water pump and thermostat and got me out the door in less than 24 hours! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs Automotive repair. Great staff.

I was in a pinch today and I needed my car before the weekend to be looked at from a certain noise that I heard. I’m a new customer. Tony was able to get me in today. He gave me complete details of exactly what the problem was. He called me for confirmation before he began. Very trustworthy honest customer experience for me. That’s not as easy to find these days. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I will be going back and I will recommend “everything automotive” to all my friends and family.
Had a coolant leak. Called around a few shops. Tiffany was awesome over the phone. Brought my car in my Tony. Talked with him. They are all great. Ended up being a minor fix. They took care of it. Inspected my vehicle. Found a few more minor things that needed to be tightened up. I don't take my ride just anywhere. Got tired of dealing with the dealership. I recommend taking your car here for anything. I will from now on.
Today i came in to get my oul changed and get my brakes looked at. Tony and Tiffany were so helpful! I appreciated their honesty and their upfront information! My mechanic, Will was great!!! They were honest in what needed to be done and gave me options. I would highly encourage anyone who needs to have their car serviced to come here. Oh and I sat in the lobby and waited and I can tell you that the entire staff was professional. And it has to say something about a shop where they have customers that have been coming here for over a decade. This is what I got to witness while sitting there. What are you waiting for? An honest business. I had an oil leak, they fixed it, I paid, and I left happy, it started leaking again, it looked like from the same spot in the engine, they checked it, saw the part was defective, replaced it at no cost to me, & told me the part was faulty. Honesty is priceless. With most everything that is manufactured, there is a defect percentage, I was lucky enough to get the defective part and see first hand how honest this business is. I'm grateful for the faulty engine part. Thank you Everything Automotive.
Tony was awesome! He was very honest and professional. I am a female customer who feels uncomfortable when getting my car fixed, but Tony made me feel at ease and explained everything where I can understand. He has integrity. I am definitely coming back!!
I have been taking my Mitsubishi Outlander to Everything Automotive for a few years now. I'm a female and the employees there are always respectfully and go out of their way to help me and care for my situation. The owner himself even came out to talk with me. He's a great guy , honest, and treats me with the utmost respect and is genuinely kind.
My first venture with Everything Automotive started when I needed a problem solved thinking it was a electrical issue. I read this repair shop was good and went through the reviews of many shops. I felt comfortable when I called the shop. They are nice and listen to the problem and even told me they could tow my car. I had already gone to 3 other auto shops and spent about $500 at each trying to solve the ongoing code issues. Everything Automotive did a thorough check of my car and found the true problem which was not electrical. The team took the time to call me and explain the issue, the options, and the costs. They fixed my car! I was so relieved. Now I feel safe driving my car again. The cherry on the top of the fabulous service is that ALL their work and parts come with a warranty! I have recommended my parents and neighbors to come to Everything Automotive- it's hard to find a good and honest mechanic and if that's what you're looking for look no further!
My wife and I have used this shop for several years, for routine maintenance, oil changes, and unexpected break-downs. They consistently treat us well and give us fair pricing on all their work. The service is guaranteed and once when a new part was defective, they quickly replaced it free of charge. I have found them to be friendly and always interested in how they can best serve our auto needs, and go the extra mile to assure we are satisfied. This is one of the very best auto shops in JAX!
I walked in to get a certain part replaced. I was greeted instantly by the owner, who walked right out to help me. They went right to work on my vehicle and it turns out I didn't need the part, I needed something else. They took care of it, and I was charged a lesser price. I really appreciate the respect and care I was given not only as a customer but as a woman. I felt they went above and beyond to help me and they will be my new mechanic! I highly recommend!!
