Then when the guy escorted me to my car to get my belongings he went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate them and wish I wouldn’t gotten the gentleman’s name they helped

Had my car break down while away for the weekend. Called Thompson Enterprises and spoke to Natalie. She was very kind/considerate and provided a quote. I did some checking with other towing services. Nobody could compare to the price quote that I received from Thompson enterprises.
I called back and scheduled towing service to get home. They were very fast efficient and Chuck the tow truck Driver was absolutely outstanding! He went above and beyond to make sure that I made it back home to the dealership safely to drop off my car. He even waited to make sure I had a loaner car before leaving.
I am forever grateful for the stellar customer services they provided to me in a time of need.
Very professional, friendly, and helpful! I left my garage door opener in my car and Thompson Enterprises was able to rescue it and they held it for me for a good few days before I was able to come back to that side of town and pick it up!! Very happy with them :)
The young lady at the window was so nice and courteous. She let my daughter meet her friendly dogs. They were gorgeous! The gentleman that let us in the yard to get my things was amazing. Mike is the consummate professional. Gave me a prompt time, showed up on time, was very careful with my Maserati, and figured out the issue and got me up and running. Maseratis have a special latch for dead battery neutral and still I could not get it into neutral for towing purposes. Mike was very knowledgeable about this configuration, tried various options, and found the one that worked. I highly recommend Mike and his business. First time I have used him and if the need arises again, I will be calling Mike Thompson.

Had a awsome experience here with Jason Gaston ! Was there looking for my first dirt bike for my daughter and fell into a whole lot more. I was welcomed with smiles at the front office by his amazing staff. And was then giving a walk around tour of his establishment. I then found that his work on boats are very superior to others. His knowledge and friendly demeanor was noticed. We then came to a mutually agreeable price on the dirt bike and shook hands. The next day I came with the money and then he was nice enough to help me out and have it delivered to my house not to far away. This is exactly what I love seeing in our local businesses as this man and team will now have mine and I will refer anyone that needs services of this kind there . ITS RARE! Thank you again team! I recently purchased a used vehicle, and I wanted to be sure that it was in good shape. On a friends recommendation, I called Thompson Enterprises and made an appointment to have the car inspected. For such a small job, I expected that it would be treated as such and just glanced over, but I was wrong. They went over the vehicle very thoroughly, and pointed out to me everything about the car that was good and bad, and made just a few recommendations on what the dealer should take care of during the warranty. I'm very happy to say they treated me like any of their big clients, with lots of attention to detail, and they were very courteous and professional. I've never reviewed an automotive repair center before because I've never had reason to, but these guys were top notch, and I really appreciated the way they treated me. I'll definitely return for any repairs my wife and I might need in the future, and recommend them to anyone in northeast Florida.
Took my 2001 Mustang V6 base Convertible for a restoration job, Mike (the owner) was excited to work on my car but unfortunately much to his regret he had to be the bearer of bad news, my car is beyond repair. I was heartbroken, Mike was very upset about this turn of events and as such is helping me with making sure my next car is in good condition with no hidden surprise.
Furthermore I would like to mention their honesty, many other shops would have done the work and sent me on my way without me being any wiser.

I was given a 3-4 day completion period; the repairs were completed 2 days early. I will return if future work is needed on any on my vehicles. Already referred 2 potential customers to them.

After we received a few quotes from a dealership and a few other auto repair shops estimating the cost to fix my wife's car, we decided to get rid of it and buy a new one... then a friend told us to call Thompson Enterprises. Reluctantly, we did; and now, my wife couldn't be happier! The customer service was outstanding, the wait times were nonexistent, and the savings were mind blowing. Once they had the parts, the car was not only repaired by the end of the day, but it was completely detailed and spotless when they returned it! I own a 2005 Mercedes E320 CDI, which as a diesel requires extra special care and handling. After several years of significant wear and tear, both from the mechanical and cosmetic sides, it was time for a complete overhaul. Mike, along with his family and staff, made sure that it that is was job that was done right and more than exceeded my wildest expectations.
To name just a few of the items covered he painted the body, refinished my wheels, changed my tires and ball joints, reset my computer system ,repaired both quarter panels and fixed my front fender and lights. Oh and I had a full detailing as well!
Amazingly, despite using Dupont paint and Mercedes certified parts, the price came in at the same as one of the competitors quoted just for the paint.
I'm grateful for the service, the product and the price. Simply put these people run what is possibly the best company in North Florida.
