  Had a great experience with MD towing today. They got to me in under an hour from my call when my tractor trailer broke down on I95. Hooked my tractor up in now time, these guys really do a good job! No complaints from the first call to the wait time to the customer service from the wrecker driver. It's not often you get to check all three boxes. I highly recommend them.

  I called and spoke to Liz late the other night and she was wonderful too deal with. My semi broke down in Georgia and needed a tow back to Jacksonville Florida. Her husband James picked me and the truck up and got it dropped at the repair shop and it went smoothly. I would highly recommend them and their services!!!

  Very disappointed with this company. We had a job planned and spoke with them the week prior then the day before and they were a NO SHOW! 4 guys and equipment on a site and these guys were a no show no phone call nothing . When we called they were dropping off equipment then it was a flat tire. They were supposed to be on site at 10 am and the last ETA they gave us was 2:30. Fortunately we were able to find another company to get the job done.

  They made mistakes, forgot to complete certain details related to the service and the wait time for the finalizing was long. After that, they said next time I come in, they will give me a discount, instead of an instant rebate. After such poor quality service there will definitely not be a next time.

  Our truck broke down and was hauled to MD Towing and Heavy Haul. Gabe was absolutely wonderful to work with. Being from KY and trying to make our way home, he did his best to get the needed parts and truck repair completed in a timely manner - all on a busy Friday afternoon.   Called and requested service. Was told and hour to an hour and a half. Took two and a half hours, no apology or anything. Their receipt just shows what you paid, noting about where your car was picked up, where it was towed, or even a description of the car or license plate

  Dropped off my big rig at MD cause a friend recommended me to while in jacksonville, guys at MD was good and friendly... and the ladies at the front office was too. Got a full PMI and DOT done with some other things the old beast needed. The techs there knew how to make my truck roar again. Thanks to mark the owner, for good info on my rig, and techs Thomas and EJ for working on my beast.... and a guy they call "little egg roll" or rick....lmao! Good guys and Scott too! that there is a funny guy. They got me wanting to get my service done by them again. Thanks you guys!

  They don’t respect the appointments . For three days I was trying to schedule an oil change. They say come in Monday at 11am and announce yourself one hour prior to appointment, which I did. I left my truck there an they said that it’s going to be done in 2 hours. Three hours later they didn’t even touch my truck, it stayed where I left it. I picked it up because I had a job to do and rescheduled oil change for tomorrow at same time. Guess what, same thing happened again. There is like one or two trucks before me , opened but nobody is working on them. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your time.

  Service was great and, despite having a large workload (this was right after hurricane Irma), the prices were very reasonable. Thankfully they didn't price gouge, even with the high post-hurricane demand. My driver, Ramon, was very helpful. He even helped us push the car into a better position for the tow truck to grab it (my car wouldn't start, thanks Irma). He was also very knowledgeable. He shared some unknown [to me] knowledge about the stuck gear shift and the tow hooks on my car. My only complaint would be that the dispatcher didn't quote me an approximate wait time and I ended up waiting nearly 5 hours before the driver got to my car. But, to be fair to the company, they were EXTREMELY BUSY (again, thanks, Irma). Overall, service was great, the driver was helpful, and prices were fair--which are a few things tow services aren't notorious for. I would definitely recommend using this tow service if you have the misfortune of needing a car towed.

  One of the worst experiences we've ever had. They kept our van 3 days, bumped us to work on someone else's van. Waited until after 5 to try and order parts and the parts on a e was closed. The owners and managers will not communicate with you and the front desk doesn't know what they're doing either. Run as fast as you can

  Waited four hours for a truck after being told an hour and a half at most. I received no notification of the delay and called to inquire to be told the driver is fifteen minutes away. After another 45 minutes i cancelled. I understand delays with traffic happen. But a phone call to let a customer know is all it takes

  I would like to Thank M.D towing for their service delivered this weekend. We had an automotive dilemma when driving from Jacksonville Florida to Tampa Fl to attend a venue when my car started over heating and just stopped running on I-75. I called my Roadside Service Co which took over 3 hours to get to me and could only take me 35 miles as per my contract. Since I had to wait 3 hours for the tow truck to come of course it got dark, cold and I was scared. The towing Co told me they could only take me 35 miles and quoted me excessively to take me home to Jacksonville. I remembered seeing M.D towing Co in passing a few times in Jacksonville so I Googled them using my I-phone and called them. The dispatcher was very sympathetic and understanding and gave me a reasonable quote that I could afford, one that was much less than the previous Co had quoted me. He assured me that they will send someone immediately to tow my car and pick me up. I was dropped off at my 35 miles marker by the Roadside service Tow truck and was soon picked up by M.D towing Inc. The Driver's name was Scott. He was very nice, courteous and polite and treated me with respect. The ride back to Jacksonville was pleasant and within a few hours I was home safe. Thank you M.D towing Inc. for turning a bad situation into a safe one. I would highly recommend M.D towing to anyone. R.A in Jacksonville.

  I would not recommend the company. The company was over priced and not punctual at all. The driver arrived an hour after he said he would be there. I guess this is "Prompt" service that they quote. The company claimed that AAA plus would cover the tow but when they arrived they refused to honor it. When they finally arrived the tow truck driver was very rude and hostile. When politely asked if the company offered any type of active duty military discounts he said, "Instead of $100 I will charge you $125 because you make a hell of a lot more than I do!!". The driver continued to bash active duty service members until a retired 30 year veteran I was with politely put him in check. While backing the vehicle onto the truck he intentionally lost traction with the rear wheel drive vehicle and squealed the tires. *****The company manager called and appologized after reading this post a month later. They gave me a full refund and ensured that the company did not condone the actions of their driver. Overall experience is still not positive but it was nice to get a refund and personal appology*****
