If I could give zero stars I would, I had them tow my truck 3.7 miles, they towed it incorrectly causing my hard bed cover to break off and fly off. When I contacted them in regards to it with a quote of $5,660.72 to replace the bed cover they offered a check of $1500 and return my cover to me, which trying to make things easier I accepted. Two weeks later I’m still fighting to get my bed cover back. The guy I thought had it refused to answer my texts. I then receive texts from someone else stating to stop harassing them over and I quote “a busted ass bed cover”. Do not use this company because if they damage your vehicle they will not take responsibility.
I was stuck in the side of the highway. Within thirty minutes Adkison towing sent out a driver to pick me up. Upon arrival, Prince was very effective and friendly. He was very easy to talk to and he did his work quick and right, especially for a lowered car like mines, he was as careful as he could be. The car ride to my location was filled with chatting and a good atmosphere, very friendly. Once at my location we got out and he took my car off, again, safe and quickly. I’d recommend Prince for his quick and effective anctions, and friendly environment.
Worst experience ever. Tried to overcharge me for mileage. Then the tow truck driver left my car on and killed my battery. This service was paid for by my insurance. I would rather pay out of pocket than ever use them again. Also, ladies, better off to get your own ride than to ride with the driver. I felt completely unsafe around him and chose to not ride with him and have my husband come and get me.
My car wouldn’t start after having a dead battery. I had to request a jumpstart service through my insurance and they sent Adkinson Towing to help out. Prince was the person who helped me and did amazing! He helped get my car back running and even offered a suggestion of where to go to have the battery rechecked. He was truly a blessing! I definitely recommend Adkinson Towing.
The level of service we received from Dylan (driver # 934) was impressive, exceptional, and definitely exceeded our expectations. He was extremely prompt responding quickly to our request. I made the call to the dispatcher, and Dylan called less than 1 min after my call with the dispatcher ended. Dylan showed up FIVE MINUTES after he called - FIVE MINUTES!!! I absolutely do not know when I have ever received service that fast let alone with any previous tow truck experience I have ever had over the years. Normally it’s a minimum of one hour, if not more, any time I’ve used a tow truck in the past. Fast food places don’t even move that quickly. It was ridiculously impressive! When he showed up, he explained in detail how the process would go, so we would feel comfortable about the whole thing from start to finish, and he handled our vehicle with so much care like it was his own. In addition to Dylan being extremely punctual, he was incredibly polite and courteous, he was very friendly, and just did a PHENOMENAL job overall. IT WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST TOW EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. We even called two other companies before Adkinson Towing, and they said it would be a couple hours wait possibly up to 4 hours. Dylan communicated above and beyond, was courteous, and excels at what he does. He sets a high example for Adkinson Towing by being very professional and respectful, and you can tell he enjoys going into work daily and enjoys what he does. If he didn’t, he would not have provided the high level of exceptional customer service he provided. It was a very simple, easy-going experience in our very stressful situation of being broken down with two flat tires. We will only be using Adkinson Towing for any of our future towing needs. Dylan went above and beyond, and we highly recommend using this company!!
I had such a positive experience with Adkinson Towing in Jacksonville. I thought I needed a tow and arranged assistance through my insurance company. Within 10 minutes of placing the request, Tristan in Dispatch at Adkinson reached out. He was friendly, communicative, and really took the time to listen. He explained the process and let me know I’d hear from the driver once dispatched.
Corey, the tow driver, called me directly and asked thoughtful questions about my vehicle before moving it, making sure not to risk further mechanical issues. Not only was he professional, but he was also genuinely kind, I felt like I was talking to a friend.
Thankfully, the problem resolved itself, and there was no charge for the dispatch. Still, the level of care and customer service I received from Adkinson was outstanding. In a time where good service and kindness can feel rare, it was refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values both.

My tire came off of my car. I was in a BJ’s parking entrance blocking the way. Adkison towing was really helpful that night. Really great service and great staff. Angie was very reliable answering the phone and all my questions that night. Kody the driver has great manners and showed up on time.
I texted Christian for a last minute tow, he got it hooked up and taken care of in less than an hour. He has been responsible for towing a previous vehicle of mine a few years back when I broke down on the highway and did an excellent job. My husband's car broke down on his way home from work, where he works night shift. I called my I insurance comp and told them the car needed towing home and my husband needed a way home as well. Insurance Company got us a two-in-one! My husband was able to ride home. He said Christian was extremely nice and helpful and he truly appreciated it. I'm gonna start with this. Getting your car towed isn't cheap. With that said.....Adkison was super awesome. Gave us a 30-60min wait time & Carl showed up in about 15min. Carl was super polite & personable. Long story short he saved me about $1500.00 by diagnosing my car ( again long story short it wasn't an official diagnosis just a helpful "I think this might be your problem" please don't be mad at him HR.)

We called Adkinson Towing at 1am. after getting the run around from two other towing companies. I can honestly say I was very happy with their service and professionalism. We broke down, leaving the track with a small trailer. They separated and towed both units for what I felt was a more than reasonable price.

On I-10 when a cooler line broke on our 43' coach. Our insurance called Adkison Towing and Cameron was there within a hour. Very professional and knew what he needed to do to get the coach towed to the shop. Made sure the air bags were up by running an air line coupled into the coaches air. He then slid under the coach and unbolted the driveshaft so as not to damage the transmission and engine. When he came out from under the coach he had taken a picture of a broken shock absorber. Cameron and Adkison Towing know what they are doing. Great people!
Casie gets 5 stars from this morning. New driver she’s great ask for her trust me, but took 24 hours total to have my car picked up for a flat by insurance ride side assist? Road side assist 24 hours almost,320$ lost in 2 days missing work I’m not happy at. I pay extra 26-30$ a month for your company why? 24 hours help later and I have traumatic brain injury so help is really needed. Just 1 little tire 2days of stress
Adkison dropped my vehicle in the middle of the driveway, got stuck in the yard and completely destroyed my yard. And the driver covered his butt with untruth. Pictures are attached. Do not use them, they are unprofessional.
I normally never leave reviews but Matt driver number 922 did what most tow truck drivers for some reason including Mazda roadside assistance thought was impossible. My Mazda CX 90 hybrid all-wheel drive died on me in my garage and for whatever reason it doesn’t go to neutral. Plus it’s an all-wheel drive so they couldn’t just pull it out. My car was parked in my garage, the way we usually park cause we try to fit 2 cars so it’s close to one side. Almost everyone including Mazda roadside assistance and AAA said it’s not possible to tow it cause there’s not enough space to get it flat on the 4 Wheels. Matt however had no problems, it was just light work for him. Just to emphasize it again I had 4 people refusing me to do it cause they said it was impossible without damaging the car or the property, I was told to call a recovery company. The people of Mazda corporation in California were scratching their heads, on how to get this car out. The guy in my book is for sure a natural and the best there is. I highly encourage Adkison Towing to give him a raise. I’m gonna tell everyone in my circle and neighborhood to always go with Adkison towing especially because of Matt driver 922.
Mr. Prince was very kind and attentive with me and handling my car. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait and he was here in 20 minutes. He towed it to the mechanic and sent me pictures of the vehicle and with whom he left my keys with. I recommend this towing company. Thank you for the impeccable service.
