This is to commend driver Daniel S. (Driver # 934) of Adkinson Towing in Jacksonville/ FL., who did an excellent job, above and beyond the call of duty. Daniel managed to pick up my replacement car at the SIXT Jacksonville Airport branch under extremely difficult circumstances . He effectively and efficiently delivered the replacement car to my location despite a very late hour and incredibly cold and windy weather. He also picked up my faulty SIXT car in a very professional and friendly manner. What a great service !
Dylan was very professional. He had great communication and put my mind at ease that my vehicle was safe. He contacted me to inform me of his eta, his arrival, and confirmed dropped off. The location I had Dylan tow my car to confirmed this morning that he put the car in the exact location I requested. Normally my experience with roadside service with other companies is stressful. Dylan made sure this was not the case, his punctuality, communication, and reliability are an asset to this company. Shout out to TROYZ TOWING AND STORAGE, INC who took care of me unlike Adkison. The worst tow driver. Story time. Dispatch lady, I think Diane, was amazing. I Let her know we were returning to the car since the tow truck finally showed up (it was about 45 minute wait for them to show up). She said we didn’t need to be there, he can just tow it. 10 minutes later, the tow guy calls me. The tow guy has now been sitting at the parking lot 20 minutes. I tell him the other policy holder is there which is the person he’s calling. Then that confuses him and he goes on a rant, I couldn’t interrupt. Proceeds to say he doesn’t even see the car but he saw the other policy holder pull up in the same car. I tell him we have two of the same cars. He’s confused, ranting some more. I tell him I’ll have the other policy holder come to him. The other policy holder calls me and says the tow guy is near the car and just sitting in his truck. They talk then he calls me back stating he refuses because of my attitude. We were on the phone less than a minute and I called him out on not finding the car when he was near it. Like what? The policy holder just told me you’re sitting in your truck. I also have a voicemail from him, not saying anything just the background noise. Any ways, shout out to TROYZ TOWING AND STORAGE, INC who took care of me. They towed the car without the need of us being there and was there within 10 minutes.
We were connected to Adikons Towing tonight when our car broke down. From the moment their worker, Prince picked up our request he was SO helpful and efficient. Prince was extremely communicative through the process. He was careful and professional when loading and unloading our car. My son was super excited to see the tow truck pull up and Prince was so friendly. I hope his company knows what great of an employee they have in Prince representing them! Dylan was very helpful, as we all know when you are in an accident or have car trouble in general it can be frustrating, stressful and even embarrassing. Dylan was great, he asked what happened and reassured me that it wasn't the worst thing ever. He talked me through the process of what was going to happen next and what I needed to do. Really just helped put me at ease during a stressful situation.
I called for a tow using my vehicle's roadside assistance plan. I was advised that Adkison would be my tow company and I would receive a call from Adkison. About five minutes later I did receive a call from the tow driver and he advised that he would arrive in about 12 minutes. In less than 12 minutes the driver did arrive. The driver made sure that I was in a secure spot then he began to check the vehicle before loading it onto the flatbed. After loading up my car the driver provided me with the information that I needed then left with the car. The driver was very professional and courteous and demonstrated very good customer service. This service was provided on Sunday 12/07/2025. Later on this same day I went to the collision facility and observed that additional care was used on my vehicle by covering it with plastic as it rained just about all day and the windows and left rear door would not close completely due to accident damage

I was stuck in the rain and in the middle of Racetrack road. The company told me it would be about a half hour wait but my driver showed up in 10 minutes. Squirrel was awesome! I was stuck in the side of the highway. Within thirty minutes Adkison towing sent out a driver to pick me up. Upon arrival, Prince was very effective and friendly. He was very easy to talk to and he did his work quick and right, especially for a lowered car like mines, he was as careful as he could be. The car ride to my location was filled with chatting and a good atmosphere, very friendly. Once at my location we got out and he took my car off, again, safe and quickly. I’d recommend Prince for his quick and effective anctions, and friendly environment.
We called Adkinson Towing at 1am. after getting the run around from two other towing companies. I can honestly say I was very happy with their service and professionalism. We broke down, leaving the track with a small trailer. They separated and towed both units for what I felt was a more than reasonable price. I would recommend them anytime. Jamie came out to work with us today. He was friendly and quite professional. On I-10 when a cooler line broke on our 43' coach. Our insurance called Adkison Towing and Cameron was there within a hour. Very professional and knew what he needed to do to get the coach towed to the shop. Made sure the air bags were up by running an air line coupled into the coaches air. He then slid under the coach and unbolted the driveshaft so as not to damage the transmission and engine. When he came out from under the coach he had taken a picture of a broken shock absorber. Cameron and Adkison Towing know what they are doing. Great people!
I normally never leave reviews but Matt driver number 922 did what most tow truck drivers for some reason including Mazda roadside assistance thought was impossible. My Mazda CX 90 hybrid all-wheel drive died on me in my garage and for whatever reason it doesn’t go to neutral. Plus it’s an all-wheel drive so they couldn’t just pull it out. My car was parked in my garage, the way we usually park cause we try to fit 2 cars so it’s close to one side. Almost everyone including Mazda roadside assistance and AAA said it’s not possible to tow it cause there’s not enough space to get it flat on the 4 Wheels. Matt however had no problems, it was just light work for him. Just to emphasize it again I had 4 people refusing me to do it cause they said it was impossible without damaging the car or the property, I was told to call a recovery company. The people of Mazda corporation in California were scratching their heads, on how to get this car out. The guy in my book is for sure a natural and the best there is. I highly encourage Adkison Towing to give him a raise. I’m gonna tell everyone in my circle and neighborhood to always go with Adkison towing especially because of Matt driver 922.
