  If I could give no stars I would. I was from out of town traveling across the states and I was 3 hours out from my destination. I called for towing service and they said 45 mins… 8 hours passed and they still kept saying they would give an update on eta and when a truck would be in route. They never did. And never got a tow truck out. My car was sitting there for now 10 hours on the side of the highway. I Canceled them and found another towing company. I have never been so disappointed in a service. Canceling my membership immediately. This should be put out of business.

  Motor blew up in my car they came out hooked tie downs to my after market rear control arms and snapped them in half paid 300$ for them less than a month before sky towing broke them they tried to replace them with some 35$ Ebay parts wen I said that's not what i had they went off on me said they're not gonna make it right plus charged me 125$ for the tow I'll never use them ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never got my car rcas fixed thanks to these people hope they fail as a business

  This company has been extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend their services to anyone. They damaged my property and have given the runaround as to who and when my property will be repaired. I've asked to speak to corporate and the gentleman answering the phone will only transfer me to someone else's voicemail. Do NOT use this company.

  I had Justin and he was just wonderful. He didn't have change so I sent my sister in law to get change and because we are from Kentucky and not familiar with Florida she got lost Justin waited patiently with me and because I left my phone in the car he let me use his. He was the nicest and most understanding tow truck guy I have ever met please give him a raise he really deserves it.

  A PATHETIC excuse of a business. They cant handel the volume. They treat customers like trash. There drivers are under paid and over worked ...this company is a falling apart disaster. I feel sorry for anyone doing business with them.

  Worst attitude ever, they damaged our property and accused us of not parking the car properly. The guy at front desk was very aggressive and asked us to leave their property with out us getting our car back. We had to call the cops to resolve the matter. Before they turned up we spoke to the manager to get this resolved. It is one of those shady companies that you need to avoid, too bad there is no zero star option

  My work truck broke down and I was told to call Arlington Wrecker Service. I was told it would be an hour and a half before I was picked up. 6 hours later, they showed up. No call, nothing. My mechanic had the parts ready to get me back up and running yesterday but due to the delay in towing, I will end the week 2 days behind. If you are too busy to help a trucker, just simply tell them that so they can call someone else, or at least call them back and let them know there has been a delay!
