Of course, I didn't like it one bit when ASAP Towing removed all my vehicles from my own property, which I've been on since 1999, and even started my trucking company, Natalac Express, there in 2012. But when it was orchestrated by Armand Kareem Davis, who became the administrator of the estate because my older brother and I didn't have a lawyer at the time, we thought we were family. I say now, don't ever trust your family. This is how you can either lose your vehicles or pay thousands to get ownership back. Having my beloved truck towed, hurt my heart! But after dealing with Jason Henderson and James from A$AP towing, It made it a little easier. They were kind and courteous and timely… Which, as we all know is huge when it comes to getting our vehicles towed where they need to be! James, was the driver, and he was knowledgeable and understood how important my truck was to me.
I hope I never have to deal with any towing company again… But if I do, I will definitely call ASAP Towing. Great customer service, timely, courteous and careful w my baby!(my truck;)..⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐
On Christmas Eve, ASAP Towing towed all three vehicles belonging to my family from a Walmart parking lot on the Westside near 103rd Street in Jacksonville. We were customers, not overnight parkers. There were no visible tow-away signs, time limits, or overnight restriction notices where the vehicles were parked. Still, every vehicle was taken within hours.
The entire situation felt predatory, not protective. It honestly appeared like a pay-to-tow setup, where customers were targeted the moment Walmart closed, as if someone was waiting for the opportunity to clear the lot. Whether intentional or not, that is exactly how it came across.
When I called ASAP to locate our vehicles, the dispatcher who identified herself as Alexis was rude, dismissive, and openly unconcerned. She stated it was Christmas Eve and she “didn’t have time.” No empathy. No explanation. No assistance.
When we arrived at the yard, my children and I waited about 45 minutes in the cold for someone to open the gate. Once inside, the attendant was sarcastic, refused to retrieve the vehicle, and made us walk to the back of the yard ourselves to find it. This was late at night, on a holiday, with children present.
We paid only because we were told the company would be closed on Christmas Day and we would be stranded without transportation. That is not customer service — that is coercion through circumstance.
This company showed no compassion, no professionalism, and no accountability. Christmas Eve with children should never turn into a towing nightmare. Families deserve better than this.
I strongly advise anyone parking near this Walmart location to be extremely cautious. What happened to us felt less like enforcement and more like a cash grab.
Asap towing is THE BEST! please call them if you need a tow. Steve-o took care of my family of 6. I do not know how I would have continued my day if this man wouldn’t have answered the phone. Asap towing is contracted with my apartment complex as we have residents who pay for reserved parking . However, when they’re needed to tow someone , they’ll tell you to wait for 2 hours and then when you call them to inquire about the tow , they’ll tell you they don’t have anyone to pick up the car ! Waste of money and time.

This place is a total scam and ripoff, they towed my car from my complex and said the rates was $32 a day that totals $224 to pick the car up when I go to pick it up and the say $637 that’s a $400+ increase a total scam. Don’t call them use someone else that’s honest people work hard for what they have and not to be scammed
Didn’t even want to put one star , but however they are nothing but crooks, they tow cars that have value from income based housing complex’s knowing people don’t have the money to get their cars out of impound , THEY TOWED MY 2018 Chevy Cruze this morning that has been sitting for months because the tag is expired and there’s no insurance , THE CAR WAS PARKED IN THE DRIVE WAY FOR A REASON because it wasn’t being driven until we can get the money to get it re insured , but the man took it upon himself to tow my car then when my husband tried to stop him he laughed in my husbands face and said 71$ and I’ll drop it right now my husband said I don’t have that kind of money right now , the man proceeded to say well looks like I scored another pretty car to resell ,PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES , THEY STEAL VEHICLES AND THINK THATS LEGAL !!!
Shane piked up my husbands truck this morning and took it to dodge on commonwealth. He was excellent!! He made sure to inform me of the process and let me know when it was complete. He kept in contact with me the entire time. I hope that If I ever need a tow in the future, I hope it it him. Thank you so much Shane!
Absolutely the best company to choose I don’t care what any body says! No one will ever be able to convince me that there are others willing to help me the way that ASAP just did. A Strange guy walked up to my car, took a picture of the VIN and then came back and stole my car. I contacted the rent office the moment that I saw the suspicious person. She (Diana) stated that she would tell them not to touch the car as this is private property. They waited a good 30-45 minutes and stole the car. I called the rent office and they advised that ASAP towing was the company that took the car but, they shouldn't have without a 24hr warning sticker. When I finally reached someone Alejandro told me that they had put a sticker on the car. I have Video Cameras ALL OVER MY TOWNHOUSE and I searched from today back to last Monday and no one never put a sticker on the car. Furthermore, When I asked for proof of the sticker Alejandro stated that he didn't have to send me proof. He went further and stated that putting a sticker on the car was a courtesy to me. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY NEVER PUT ONE ON AND MY CAMERAS ARE PROOF! I've contacted 2 of the local news stations about today's events and will follow up with you all on the outcome. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THESE THIEVES!!
May be great for personal tow, but, in my neighborhood, they terrorize. Watched one of the drivers tow a young lady's car while she was taking her groceries and children into her apartment. She was parked temporarily by the steps because she had a lot of groceries and children. He waited until she went upstairs then quickly hooked her up and drove off down a ways with her car. Then charged her almost $100 just to take it off the truck. Smh. I understand there are rules, and I could understand if the car was left there for an elongated amount of time, but really? They sneak around here very early morning or very late at night looking for those types of opportunities. Seen it happen multiple times. I already know they target low-income areas where they know people cannot afford to get their car out of impound. It's really sad because some of the residents are actually trying to get out of the hood, yet, as always, you have these types of hinderances.
Shane is amazing!! 5am we were heading to the airport and our car completely broke down in the middle of the highway. Literally in between an exit merge zone.13 24/7 tow companies didn't answer or told us they were booked. Once I got Shane, it was smooth sailing. He brought our car all the way back home, hid our keys for us and tried to roll our windows up but due to the car not working properly he was unable to and put a protective wrap on our windows. So appreciative of y'all and especially Shane! He was so kind and went above any beyond for us.

You can tell he truly loves his job, and that means everything when you're stranded and stressed out.
Yes, sometimes the wait can be a little longer and people give them a bad rap, but let’s be real — this is a tough job, and every call they get is a different situation. What I know for sure is that these guys always show up, always care, and always do their best.

This the worse towing service. They steal customers cars by asking for you car registration before they release your car. The law is your registration remain in your car along with your Insurance cards. My vehicle was towed. I called them immediately at approximately 11:30 pm. They kept stalling stating someone will be There in 30 minutes. Thirty minutes turned into 2 hours later. I told the if someone does not com I will JSO and report my truck stolen after that someone showed up ten minutes later. They will be reporting to the State. I’d rather walk 100 miles before I use this service.
I had Tyler as my tow truck driver this evening. He took great care as he loaded and unloaded my truck - the same amount of care as if it was a Mercedes. He was very pleasant and we chatted as we drove. Totally great guy and his customer service was great. I’ll use ASAP Towing again if I’m ever stranded!!
I had two unfortunate events last week that required two cars be towed. The first was needing a car towed after an accident. We told the police we would handle getting the car towed. ASAP dispatch immediately sprung into action and were there very quickly. The second time last Friday morning, we need another car towed due to a tire issue. The team once again rushed to assist us, even calling us in route during rush hour to give us an exact ETA. They arrived within 30 minutes. I can’t thank you all enough for rushing to help us in our time of need. We will continue to use ASAP for all our towing needs.
My daughters stolen car turned up after 2 1/2 years and we got no real answers from police. We werent told anything about the car just we could pick it up at ASAP for XXX$. Danielle at the service desk turned the experience around with her excellent customer service skills and understanding of our frustrations about fees associated with recovery of our vehicle. While we were not happy to have to pay for our property that was stolen from us, she made it reasonable and helped us get the car back home! These people are crooks !! ASAP drives around apartments complexes to find good cars & truck that’s sellable to tow . ASAP have no experience drivers, we wait all day for someone to make a tow and the driver showed up five hours later. To say he can’t do it and they need to come tomorrow!!!?? The guy with another truck is off ???? Wanted us to make appointment for the next day after sitting for 5 hours. Will never call them again !!! A ZERO rating but I had to push one to get out of the review !!!
My wife, sister in-law and I broke down and we called numerous places for towing. ASAP towing answered right away and the customer service was super nice. All the other places we looked at were over an hour wait and cost way more Shane got to us within 30 minutes and eased our minds throughout the process. We will definitely be using ASAP for future needs and referring friends and family to them if the need arises. Very high kudos to Shane and the team with Jacksonville ASAP towing.
ASAP was prompt and my tower Josh E. was awesome! They dispatched quickly. My car arrived at my destination only about 10 mins after me! Josh was even nice enough to explain what he thinks may have lead to my breakdown and tips if something similar happens in the future*fingers crossed*! Very genuine and professional guy and didn't try to take advantage of a lady in a time of distress but offered the fact that it may be an easier fix than I was afraid it may be. What can I say, other than THANK YOU!! I just bought a car, and within days of purchasing it, the car won't start. So I called around to other towing companies for pricing. On my third call, I reached ASAP towing, and not only did they have the lowest price, they gave me another discount on top of that blowing the competition prices out the water. This might be insignificant to most, but to this small business family, that savings was major for us. Not only did they have the lowest price, but they also had the quickest response time,of a tow truck showing up to my house, that I have ever experienced in my life. Our driver's name was Santana, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I have never come across this excellent of customer service, then what I experienced today. From the phone call, and the lady that scheduled me (I should have gotten her name), all the way down to our driver, Santana. I will never EVER call another tow truck company ever again as long as ASAP is in business. Best experience ever!! Thank you for making this stress free for us!

These two gentlemen are absolutely amazing. When I called ASAP towing, I had the pleasure of connecting with Mr. Stinson. I was a little frazzled, as I was at home cooking dinner in Green Cove Springs and my daughter was stuck at work in Saint Augustine.
Mr. Stinson was a calming breath of fresh air, beyond helpful and truly a joy to speak with. He made sure that he had all the information needed to accommodate our towing needs with a price that could not be beat by their local competitors.
Mr. Mike Crowe was assigned to our tow request. He showed up 25 mins before the time I was told they would be able to get to my daughter. He opened the truck door for my daughter, he kept conversation with her the entire way home and made her feel like they had known each other their entire lives.
ASAP towing will forever have our business. This company and their employees far exceeded my expectations and for that I am forever grateful. 5 stars is just not enough to show how great this company as a whole is.
Best towing service in Jacksonville Florida! My tire blew out right in front of the Sports Complex, I called two other different tow companies, and they said it would be an hour or hour 1/2, I called ASAP Towing, and they were there in 15min. He also worked with me on the price, this was my first time using them, but I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
ASAP took care of me when my Ford e350 van decided not to on a Saturday night. Will was the driver, a very professional, personable, and entertaining hero. I highly recommend ASAP.
