Very quick and reasonable price . Highly recommend them. Got me out in 10 min .
I dont know which location they dispatched from, for me but, I broke down in macclenny fl, and was using my roadside assistants and they called ASAP towing, give me and 1 1/2 for the driver to arrive, after waiting 2 hours, gave them a call to be told that there was 3 accidents which is why I haven't been towed yet, and that accidents are priority and there Is only 3 drivers, how do they have 5 location and 3 drivers, the dispatch was awful he had the I don't care attitude and pretty much didn't wanna help or anything, and left me stranded for 4 hours, so gave them one more call to tell me they won't be able to get me towed till in the morning. So they are the worst company since they pretty much got raided or in trouble by the Jacksonville, FL police for some reasons, they have totally went down hill in towing, if your in an accident give them a call, if your broke down at midnight don't count on them coming. So I went through my vehicle warranty roadside assistants and got a way better towing company that's been around forever and I could count on. Just all out the worst for midnight tows.
Every experience I’ve had with this company has been GRIMEY! They are money grabbing scam artists that are rude from the start. They need to be shut down. If you’re not careful they will try to sneak in bogus charges WHICH IS ILLEGAL.
