I had the unfortunate experience of having my vehicle towed by my HOA on a Saturday afternoon while I was at work. Wendy at the 103rd location was fantastic! She was so helpful and kind! She really went above and beyond to help me and she didn't have to. So, if you have the unfortunate experience of having your car towed, at least you can deal with kind people. Thank you Wendy!
Just has an experience with ASAP towing. They would have gotten 5 🌟 . But the tow operator Douglas Willie or Willie Douglas showed up and left saying it's not worth it. I'd asked him about contacting FHP for a road ranger for support. We'll he continue to curse and then drove off. So I called back to ASAP after my insurance company reached out to them. I didn't get the gentleman name. Phill or something. He was helpful, within 5-10 FHP had a road ranger & Gabriel showed 2 minutes later. Phil & Gabriel deserves 5 🌟. They deserve a raise. But it takes 1 person to mess things up. Tell Willie if he doesn't like the job find other work.
Reasonable prices and fast service, and idk who the guy that picked up my truck was, but my man has serious skill with that flatbed, props to you sir.
