ASAP people at 103rd were cool, I still didn’t like paying for the car being taken yet it is what it is. AJ and Desi were pretty chill. Laid back, clear explanations, good vibes.
Jose, showed up to tow our motorhome . It was in a very tight spot and he did amazing job getting it out without damaged and delivered to dealer for repair.

They left a sticker on the window of my car parked at MY apartment where I pay rent threatening to tow my car because my tags expired. My tag is not expired, if you run my plate it’s valid through 2027 I just never got my sticker in the mail. I know it’s on me to go and get the right sticker from the dmv but come on. They obviously came to the parking lot and went around car to car looking for issues, I was backed in and everything. I saw multiple cars in the lot with stickers. Not to mention, they left the sticker at 4:45 pm on Friday saying they’ll be here Monday at 8am to tow my car if the problems not fixed. The dmv is closed on the weekend so how do they expect the issue to be fixed by Monday morning Just predatory and greedy.

I just almost got ran over by one of your trucks. Swerving in and out of his lane. When I honked at him to get his attention, he flipped me off. Never used this service, but considering how unprofessional their workers are, I would say to not use this company.

I own an Alpha Romeo 4C coupe and I had a tire come apart on me. Anyone who has ever owned a low profile sports car knows you are terrified in having to have your vehicle transported. This was a first for me and I needed my car taken to a dealership in Jacksonville to work on it. With only a few inches of clearance and a car made of carbon fiber and composite materials you can’t just hire any tow truck driver. The Lotus dealership recommended ASAP Towing and I reluctantly called. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and I questioned whether or not she had a driver who could transport my car safely. She put me on hold and came back with good news. She said she had a great driver who would take good care of my car. When I arrived at my car, I met Felix. He was very thorough and taking lots of pictures. He told me everything he was going to do as he was doing it so that I would be comfortable. He was amazing. I watched as he got my car onto the flatbed. He even used an old bath towel to make sure that the nose of the vehicle didn’t scrape as it was loading. The precision that Felix displayed was next level and he will be my forever car transporter going forward. If you have a car that you love, I would highly recommend this company!

Too bad a fraction of a star isn't an option!!! This company was recommended by the car dealership we were being towed to after our vehicle's engine blew on I-10, right before exiting to get on 295 in 5:00 rush hour traffic. Our tow's eta was 60-90 minutes (ridiculous in the first place) & after +90 minutes of waiting, we placed a call to check on the status, only to find out our request had been DROPPED (actually, "cancelled due to no drivers available") & they "MEANT" to let us know. With a carload of people (including 2 +80 year olds & a 10 year old child), MISERABLE is not the word. Absolute WORST customer service, compassion, & excuse of a business! We ended up receiving EXCELLENT service from another company at a tiny fraction of time, and price!
Carmie & Dezeray at the 103rd location were amazing from start to finish. Very helpful & extremely nice! I will definitely be using ASAP for all of my towing needs from here on out & telling all my friends & family.
Walked in was kinda upset , then Ms.Dezeray walked in and turned my frown upset down. Very helpful and good spirit. you will notice the difference between her attitude and others. Grateful for the help with prices through this hard time. The other lady with glasses demeanor is very rude request Dezeray for sure.
Ive had a small few run in’s with Asap towing @the 103rd st location throughout my time living in Jacksonville and honestly they are one of the most reasonable and respectful towing services I’ve ever encountered.. crazy saying that but its true; they don’t kill you with crazy insane fees and actually try to work something out with you , they’re definitely PROMPT, and so long as you keep it respectful with them they actually try to help lessen the stress. I definitely appreciate that. Regardless of your towing needs/reason if you have to deal with anyone best hope it’s them! Definitely would recommend.
Called the company at 9:53 am. Had a truck on its way by 10 and had the car back home (after an hour drive from pickup to drop off because I live so far away) at 11:35 unloaded and paperwork done. My vehicle was in a rough spot for the pick up as well. Felix got there, safely blocked the lane, got the car on, and was able to move out. That level of quality and care is rare today. Worth every cent!
I had a car abandoned on my private residential property. I called ASAP Towing to have it towed and had an authorized agent at the site. They said based on Florida Law I have to physically be there for them to tow it. I told them Florida Statue 715.07 does not require that I need to be present. Then they claimed it was Duval County law. Code of Ordinances Sec. 804.1303(a) requiring a written agreement does not apply to property that is obviously part of a single-family residence.
They doing good job for sure. Def aggressive towing company. Desi in the office was amazing and understanding. Definitely above and beyond customer service. Desi makes the situation and retrieval go smoothly.
We got our class A RV stuck in sand in our pasture. Jose came and pulled us out quickly after we had tried for hours to get it out. He was fast, courteous, and professional. Would definitely recommend!!!

Sloppy company with zero accountability . I was driving on the Buckman Bridge leaving sufficient distance between my vehicle and their tow truck. A substantial sized rock hit my windshield that flew off of their flatbed truck. I immediately pulled up next to the truck so my daughter can take pics only to find the ENTIRE flatbed covered in gravel! Lazy! You can see the driver carries a broom but they are too lazy and messy to clean off their trucks. I immediately called the company and spoke to Chad who told me he reviewed the photos I submitted and to send him an estimate, he also asked for a 5 star review! The audacity! I told him of course I’ll do a review after they take care of my damage! Did they do as they said? Nope, the owner said I have to go through my insurance! What a joke! It’s their negligence which was acknowledging, but I’m the one having to go through my insurance and having the claim affect my rate! This was anew windshield! Do better and take accountability for your sloppy driver and their failure to clear gravel! I will be escalating this! I would not take it this far had it not been neglectful, but this to gross and lack of accountability. I would not recommend anyone using this company! Glass claims are not “free” they still affect your insurance. Jerks!!!!
ASAP is the absolute best. All of their drivers are amazing. I always use them for accidents for sure. But I have multiple jobs and I am a caregiver full time for my mom and another way they are amazing I am unable to take my car to get maintenance and tires we know that is an all day thing and my almost 90 year old can't endure such a day. So they take my cars for me and pick them up and deliver to my door. In today's busy life this is such a blessing and for anyone with a busy life such as Doctors, Lawyers, Dentists Or multi-taskers that aren't able to take a day or two or three depending on the maintenance and parts availability or any delay that is a major issue for some busy bodies this service and this company is a 10 but Google only provides 5 . So I wanted to thank all the drivers and staff at ASAP Towing. I truly appreciate everyone and everything they do for me and my kids been a fan since day 1. They have such a dangerous job I'm more impressed with each encounter. ASAP to me is always Superb always always Professional Always Safe Always Prompt..Love you all thanks again for helping me with an impossible schedule but a crucial need...Highly Recommend!! ASAP is on my speed dial
