Ive had a small few run in’s with Asap towing @the 103rd st location throughout my time living in Jacksonville and honestly they are one of the most reasonable and respectful towing services I’ve ever encountered.. crazy saying that but its true; they don’t kill you with crazy insane fees and actually try to work something out with you , they’re definitely PROMPT, and so long as you keep it respectful with them they actually try to help lessen the stress. I definitely appreciate that. Regardless of your towing needs/reason if you have to deal with anyone best hope it’s them! Definitely would recommend.
Called the company at 9:53 am. Had a truck on its way by 10 and had the car back home (after an hour drive from pickup to drop off because I live so far away) at 11:35 unloaded and paperwork done. My vehicle was in a rough spot for the pick up as well. Felix got there, safely blocked the lane, got the car on, and was able to move out. That level of quality and care is rare today. Worth every cent!
I had a car abandoned on my private residential property. I called ASAP Towing to have it towed and had an authorized agent at the site. They said based on Florida Law I have to physically be there for them to tow it. I told them Florida Statue 715.07 does not require that I need to be present. Then they claimed it was Duval County law. Code of Ordinances Sec. 804.1303(a) requiring a written agreement does not apply to property that is obviously part of a single-family residence.
This morning, my son’s friend was on his way to school for the first time in his car. His headlamp caught on fire and one of your tow drivers pulled over to help. After the fire was out, he helped locate the fuse to get the auto running lamp to turn off so we could drive it to my house safely. The driver’s name was Tyler, and he must live around the Baldwin/Maxville area. I didn’t have cash on me to offer him. I asked if he had CashApp so I could give him something for helping and being a Good Samaritan. He declined and gave me his card instead. We have used another tow company several times in the past, but this driver will add us as a customer in the future. I hope that this company can locate this driver and make sure he is well taken care of and acknowledged for his outstanding moral grounding. This is the type of worker that will keep customers coming back.

James is the BOMB! My car, a 2019 Camaro SS stick, was in the bottom of the Wells Fargo building parking garage downtown Jacksonville with barely 7 ft clearance and a spiral ramp to the top that barely fits one car without scraping, much less a tow truck with a car behind it. I should have videoed this Herculean effort. It was driving artistry! My destination was in Palm Coast from Jacksonville. Once we got the car to the surface, ASAP had a second truck, a flat bed to load my baby up for her final journey for repair! Jennifer was amazing, and was sympathetic to my anxiety, and took the time to make sure my service was detailed to my specific needs. A specialty truck to get me out and a flatbed to take it all the way to Palm Coast for repair. James got me out and Steve got her to the dealership. It was an amazing team effort from dispatching a specialty problem, to getting g to the finish line. Let’s not forget same day service with a smile. Sloppy company with zero accountability . I was driving on the Buckman Bridge leaving sufficient distance between my vehicle and their tow truck. A substantial sized rock hit my windshield that flew off of their flatbed truck. I immediately pulled up next to the truck so my daughter can take pics only to find the ENTIRE flatbed covered in gravel! Lazy! You can see the driver carries a broom but they are too lazy and messy to clean off their trucks. I immediately called the company and spoke to Chad who told me he reviewed the photos I submitted and to send him an estimate, he also asked for a 5 star review! The audacity! I told him of course I’ll do a review after they take care of my damage! Did they do as they said? Nope, the owner said I have to go through my insurance! What a joke! It’s their negligence which was acknowledging, but I’m the one having to go through my insurance and having the claim affect my rate! This was anew windshield! Do better and take accountability for your sloppy driver and their failure to clear gravel! I will be escalating this! I would not take it this far had it not been neglectful, but this to gross and lack of accountability. I would not recommend anyone using this company! Glass claims are not “free” they still affect your insurance. Jerks!!!!
I should’ve done this review a long time ago and I procrastinate on everything that’s why my aunt‘s car got towed. But let me tell you ASAP towing they stepped right up to assist my 85 year-old aunt had problems navigating how to get her car back because her registration was expired from out of state The staff at ASAP towing especially Santana immediately jumped into assist anyway that he could if your car gets towed by someone just keep a level head. It’s not their fault. They’re just doing their jobs. Let them have an opportunity to be helpful and they will thank you ASAP to for having compassion
I needed a disabled vehicle removed from a garage, another tow company wrecker operator could not figure it out and just left. I was a little upset at first that it took so long for ASAP to get out to me but the operator sent Felix was a lifesaver. He quickly got to work and was able to remove the vehicle and load it on a trailer for me. He was very professional and even made sure my load was secured. If you have a difficult task I would definitely ask for him.

ASAP is the absolute best. All of their drivers are amazing. I always use them for accidents for sure. But I have multiple jobs and I am a caregiver full time for my mom and another way they are amazing I am unable to take my car to get maintenance and tires we know that is an all day thing and my almost 90 year old can't endure such a day. So they take my cars for me and pick them up and deliver to my door. In today's busy life this is such a blessing and for anyone with a busy life such as Doctors, Lawyers, Dentists Or multi-taskers that aren't able to take a day or two or three depending on the maintenance and parts availability or any delay that is a major issue for some busy bodies this service and this company is a 10 but Google only provides 5 . So I wanted to thank all the drivers and staff at ASAP Towing. I truly appreciate everyone and everything they do for me and my kids been a fan since day 1. They have such a dangerous job I'm more impressed with each encounter. ASAP to me is always Superb always always Professional Always Safe Always Prompt..Love you all thanks again for helping me with an impossible schedule but a crucial need...Highly Recommend!! Worst company owner very rude, not willing to help and told me that they won’t help with something already broken when the coilover was never broken and the frame was never bent. I don’t see how he can say they aren’t responsible for what was already broken when it wasn’t . Really worst tow service I’ve ever experienced 1st I told them over the phone that the car had a broken control arm and was pretty low to the ground. So when the trucker gets there his first complaint is that it’s a little low, second was that I didn’t have a toe hitch, I asked if he’d want me to grab one from the house since I lived 5 mins up the road he said yes. By the time I got back he was trying to load it up backwards cause he found a different spot. That’s just the first thing the second was when he told me I needed to sign something then proceeded to say he didn’t know where it was so I didn’t sign anything. 3 my car only had a broken control arms I took pics and vids of my car before the toe btw. While not watching he snapped my coilover (front driver suspension) and bent my frame up while pulling my driver side headlight out partially. Then still proceeded to make me pay the full $180 to drive 5 mins even though causing pretty costly damage to my vehicle. So please be careful with the toes make sure you watch what they are doing closely. Makes me very upset I now have to spend a lot more money to get my car fixed and had no sympathy from the driver as he broke my car even more I took videos of it after as well… added some pics to show the damage to my car as you see the 2 pics before my coilover in 1 piece and my frame straight, second 2 pics coilover snapped and frame bent…
